I am afraid of death. Not dying, the concept of death doesn’t scare me, I accept that I am going to die someday (unless the 2nd coming occurs). I am afraid of all untimely deaths, like getting mauled by a bear, cancer, car crash, mugging, coconut falling on my head, lightning, and so on.

I would like to amend rule 003. I think that getting 100 laws approved would take WAY more time than any of us has. I propose that 10 atium per accepted proposal be changed to 15.

It is the Lord Ruler's right to take time if he wants, so there is no compensation for waiting unless the Lord Ruler would like to bestow atium upon the proposer, as per allowed by rule 109. After 2 days the Lord Ruler must either accept or deny the proposal. If after 3 days the Lord Ruler hasn't accepted or denied a proposal that he put on hold, then the proposal is automatically accepted.
