Perhaps shadblades weigh what the spren or radiants consider to be optimal. In fact it is possible that the bearer determines the weight of the blade unconsciously when bonding the spren or that the spren adjusts its weight to the holder's individual needs.

What kills me most about Moash is that he is not even self questioning. Even at all time low levels for Dalinar he still tried to understand and justify his actions he still cared enough to abide by his principles as he understood them even if it caused him pain. Moash has not a moral fiber in his body. He is morally an infant who kills people in what is the adult equivalent of a tantrum. The only reason that he does feels unhappy right now is because his father figure (Kaladin) who he does admire happens to be disappointed in him not because he feels he violated any understanding of human decency.

I suppose this is as good a place as any to ask this question. Can one be an item with a spren? We have seen how Kaladin and Syl's relationship is something along the lines of that of a married couple. Syl and Kaladin seem to love, support, and trust one another far more then any other radiant spren pair. The work Syl does to keep Kaladin from being "gloomy" is some of the best parts of OB and I love their relationship but how would it work? Syl is a piece of living investiture Kaladin is a physical being. Yes in the cognitive realm they can interact physically bust still they are different kinds of beings. I know nothing physical is required in a romantic relationship but if you discount the physical aspect then Kaladin and Syl already have a romantic relationship and Kaladin's love life is just fine making this thread redundant.

That does not necessarily mean that Vax is not Ashyn. We do know that Hoid visited Roshar and I believe that was before humans arrived there so it is possible that Ati visited the system before building Scadrial with Preservation. Ati also had the vast abilities of a shard which would allow him to see Ashyn if he wanted to. That being said we have no evidence of any shard even visiting the system at any time before Cultivation and Honor arrived and I do not know of any similarity between Ashyn, Roshar and Scadrial's cognitive realm.

But we have never seen Kaladin do anything spiritual in nature that I am aware of same goes for Jasnah.

What do you think are the cognitive, and spiritual effects of the 10 surges. My list of spiritual surges Gravitation: Allows stronger squires Adhesion: Unites of the squad Illumination: Shows truth? Part of the spiritual realm? Transformation: Forces others to acknowledge your argumetns Regrowth: Spiritual healing Abrasion: Makes sparks( bursts of connection)

True but if he gets out of it somehow she is in trouble as soulcasting a large portion of the ground is going to be incredibly costly. Also he might be able to do some kind of concussive attack with adhesion.

My personal shorthand for adonalsium it takes to long to type and I can't spell it anyway. Yes antimater does does sometimes come into existence but only in extraordinarily small quantities and it is usually destroyed quite quickly.

I do not think that Jasnah can make one thing fused to something else as that is the surge of cohesion which she cannot use. What I believe that Jasnah did at the wall was soulcast the air into metal in such a way that they metal fitted into the wall like a puzzle piece. She also might be able to soulcast two things into one thing but that would be the same as soulcasting all of two things and Jasnah cannot soulcast the entire planet.

I know that but everything soulcast so far has been some combination of essences to create something naturally accruing. As far as I know antimatter does not occure in the normal world and if it did would be outside the 10 essences paradigm leaving me to speculate about the 10 antiessences.
