Might Odium think that the Sibling is dead?
Karger replied to Ripheus23's topic in Stormlight Archive
I was referring to the fact that the one bit of instruction he gave Mr T is "keep track of how much these guys figure out about the tower" at the end of OB. However to your other points. Those were all really there for Dalinar. To get him to submit he wanted Dalinar desperate and without any kind of conventional or even emotional support. The two unmade took care of his army. The thunderclast could delay any radiants and threaten the city. The infiltration agents prevent Dalinar from reversing things. He came himself to checkmate. Ashertman may have already been there. The queen seems to have attracted and bonded Yelig-Nar by herself and was effectively offering herself as experimentation. The fused were needed to gather and train his army which he will need in the future. Ditto for the voidspren. Sja-Anat is their to prevent any surprise attacks by radiant forces. He did not necessarily know about or pay any attention to the diagram. He was working on Dalinar at the time. In fact Mr T designed opening the gates as a way of getting Odium's attention. At the time the tower was secondary since if Dalinar yielded it would likely become irrelevent. Odium could not send any support because he could not. Urithiru is designed to work against him. -
Might Odium think that the Sibling is dead?

Spren don't usually sleep but Syl was slumbering for some time. -
Welcome anyway!

Don't know. No one has said.
-
Yes but "I have chosen my champion already..." with a direct implication that he is talking about Dalinar might count as an appointment.

If their is using that metal might allow the stormlight through him faster. -

Odium seems interested in the tower. If the sibling were dead then I doubt Odium would care how much team radiant figured out about it. -
Plants grow under exposure to it.

Debatable. We don't know if you can turn down a position as Odium's champion. It would be better for team Radiant if Dalinar was Odium's champion cause then he could just tap out.

True. An upper limit exists. Otherwise during a highstorm Kaladin could move mountains. -
We don't know when or how they gained access and if that were true they would have also kidnapped a few men. According to Khriss a bit less then 1/1000 people are mistings. Assuming that is true you would need to repeatedly breed a lot of the strongest potential people together to get a mistborn. We know from the Teris breeding program that Scadrial can make a single women give birth to almost two dozen children. We also know that cadmium can speed this up. Breading humans for specific traits is also pretty easy(see the Hapsburg jaw it steadily got more pronounced over only a few centuries).

theory Yet another Voidbinding theory

It has 9 last I checked. -
I don't think I have ever seen a poll with so much agreement(and yes I know that I am just asking for it).
-
I really don't think that is fair. Kaladin was not willing to do some of the basic things necessary to make a relationship work. Giving a guy plenty of chances and being patient is all very well but at some point call it quits.

Trying to figure Hoid I see. Use the CR access you get through transformation and burn bronze. Also burn copper. See if your spren can push/pull on both things and emotions. See if your spren can gain any enhancement from tin. Work on some soulcasting combo moves. Making a coin and then pushing at it on the same instant. Soulcasting metal of all of the alloys inside your mouth. Duraluminium in conjunction with lightweavig(making super loud noises or flashbangs). Duraluminium in conjunction with soulcasting. Potentially helpful against highly resistant substances(like things already alive). -
Hello everyone! Nice to meet you all

Welcome! -
If he is interested in Venli then their is an aluminum lined room in Kholinar that the fused have probably not found. He could go in their and practice surgebinding or just wait for the right moment to talk to her(whatever that is). He could also stick around in beggar disguise or even master lightweaving and put on a full parsh disguise to get close to her. If he wants to be gone then we know he has lightweaving so he could probably get out of the city pretty quickly an a supply caravan of some sort and once out of the city he can go where he wants. SA4 spoilers This indicates he will probably either stay in Kholinar or head to one of the oathgates.

We don't know that. I find it difficult to believe that Shallan never noticed Ivory if that were the case.
-
Exactly. This works decently against an enemy who is outnumbered and outmatched. The minimum of effort required to keep your troops aggressive will save you all the time Dalinar puts into training his troops to be model soldiers. However in an extended campaign against any close to equal opponent or under siege from a superior force it might actually be smarter to just ditch the Sadeas troops as opposed to go through the work to reeducate them.

Also one of the few types of spren who somewhat get people.

A Detailed Theory on the Identity of Odium's Champion
Karger replied to kaladin22's topic in Stormlight Archive
Yes. Ishar also has no known particular aptitude for war or personal combat of any kind. If we put him up against someone like Dalinar you will have to get worried about him being suckered. Going by Lift's WoR interlude it is to follow the law. He is also entrusted with an Honorblade. Those are not exactly a dime a dozen. Ishar is confirmed by Brandon to be insane. Still a decent theory. Please add it here. -
Shouldn't the highstorm be a perpendicularity?
Karger replied to NiceBleach's question in Cosmere Q&A
Roshar also has a thicker atmosphere and less gravity. Also the storm seems to be global in scope so only around half the storm gets over land.
