  1. Somehow, Jace being so nice made Jenny feel worse. This lack of a reaction made her frustrated, which in turn made her feel even worse. At least she didn’t seem to be getting angry again. ”Sorry, again.” Without Jace, Ed would probably be dead. She didn’t want to let go of Ed’s hand, so she decided to abandon her attempt at a bun, letting her long black hair tumble down loose. @Weaver of Lies
  2. Indubitably, indubitably is indubitably wonderful.
  3. Yup, through calc 3. TPBM hates geometry.
  4. I like to bake, but when I try to cook I fear I may burn my house down. What’s your favorite type of icing?
  5. Indubitably, the author of this fine post is the current reigning champion of this thread.
  6. Why was he thanking her? She’d been awful to poor Jace. Jace was the one who’d agreed to heal Ed after being rudely fussed at, not her. Not making eye contact with anyone, she quite unsuccessfully attempted to onehandedly put her hair up into a bun. @RoyalBeeMage
  7. My phonecase functions as my wallet and is blue, if that counts. TPBM knows a programming language.
  8. Why do I only get the motivation to do homework at midnight? Also, on a completely related note, I’d just like to say that git is the worst. They really need to add a “just do everything needed to push your changes” command. Whoever designed it was sadistic. The chances of people understanding my rant are higher here than among my friends who aren’t in computer science. I keep rattling on about things and having no one understand what the heck I’m talking about So technological frustration win!
  9. “Thank you.” Her words were dripping with sarcasm. Jenny then froze. Had she really just said that? Jace was being kind, he’d even apologized. ”I’m so sorry, I don’t where that came from! Thank you, really. Um…” She sat back down, feeling terrible for treating Jace like that. Her headache started to fade slightly, and along with it the red tint she hadn’t noticed on her vision. @Weaver of Lies
  10. Edgar was very obviously not ok, even to Jenny. ”You can hardly move. You need more help.” They were letting him be in horrible pain. Who cared if helping him more made them tired? Edgar had hurt himself protecting them. This was the least they could do to repay him.
  11. She couldn’t just let Ed suffer like that. Red shadows blinked in Jenny’s eyes again. She suddenly stood up and spoke to Aaron and Jace. ”There has to be something more you can do for Edgar!” @RoyalBeeMage @Scars of Hathsin
  12. Jenny was angry. Why hadn’t Jace done a better job at healing Ed? That’s what he was there for, right? It wasn’t like he was any good at fighting. And Aaron. He wasn’t bothering to help more, either. It was obvious that Ed was in pain. Why weren’t they trying harder to fix him?
  13. “I love you too.” Jenny felt the pain in her head continue to somehow worsen, so she tilted her head to look at Ed. He was a good distraction. He won’t always be there to save you.
  14. Jenny just laid there next to him, feeling useless. She desperately wanted him to feel better, but there was nothing she could do. All she knew how to do was hurt people. She wasn’t like Jace, or Aaron, or Rob. She couldn’t play a tune or throw a handful of flowers to magically make someone feel better. Jenny could barely bandage a wound. Ed needed her, and she couldn’t be there for him.
  15. Jenny squeezed it back, smiling at him. For the briefest of moments, it looked like her eyes were filled with red tinted shadows. This happened in the blink of an eye, however, quickly enough that one might think it was merely a trick of the light. You cannot hold me back forever.
  16. “I won’t move, then.” After spending so much time with Ed, Jenny was able to read him a bit better than she could other people. His current tone of voice was unfortunately a familiar one. He was hurting, badly. She wished she knew how to help him.
