I believe it is in addition, since it says 83 points without any weapons, including weaknesses.

Ok. I mentioned earlier I was just going off Coppermind, because I haven't read the Alcatraz books. So if my interpretation of those things is incorrect and I need to change the character I can. Or at least probably the Oracle's lenses? Getting rid of the Oracle's lenses would remove 20 points. And it would remove the dependency on them. Would the rest of his weakness be worth 10 points? It would be left like this. Weakness: Alan is quite scatterbrained at times, misplacing things and forgetting important details. His Talent both helps make up for this, whole also reenforcing the weakness because he has no reason to be more careful. If my interpretation of things was fine, I could also keep everything and just add another weakness too.

Ya, the mods do all this out of their free time. It's not their job or anything like that.

"I'm not sure how effective a glass greats word will be. It will likely shatter if you try fighting with it. Glass weapons are much less practical, the larger they are."
-
Laonin looked at the man. "I can make glass weapons. What type were you looking for specifically?" @Rashek of Bridge Four

"Both options have their merits. I think that going the road option will require us to plan a bit further ahead to ensure our roads we build now fit in with our idea of what we want the finished product to look like. That's not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind." Laonin said.

Fae watched the events playing out, and made sure to keep an eye on the people talking about fighting. She would need to make sure to stay out of their way. Or get ready to fight if they got in hers.

TUBA - The Underground Bakers' Association
Karnatheon replied to Stormblessed Dolphin's topic in The Alleyverse
But it was all okay, because as everyone knew, Meeks was no longer a member of the Ghostbloods. So anything he attempted to do in their stead had no application in the real world. And as an AlleyMod, such a blatant use of his powers could be construed as abusing them, so the mimes patched up the damage, and hoped people would stop breaking the fourth wall so often. -
"I'm sorry, but unless I was misinformed by Mack, I don't believe you were invited to this meeting. I'm sure if we need to find someone to do what you described however, we'll find you." Laonin said, looking the epic over.
-
"I don't intend you harm, Haunt. But you're really making life rough for the proprietor. Just try not to make more of a mess. What's your story anyway?" Fae said, sitting back down and taking a sip of her drink.
-
"You say no has been able to harm you? Well it seem to me that the best way to do you harm would be to forget you, yes? As a Feruchemist I can store all my memories of you into a metalmind, and then destroy it to erase my memory of you entirely. I don't know why it is you want to be remembered so badly, but perhaps that would incline you to go ruin someone else's day." Fae looked at the outline again, "Or perhaps someone with a Shardblade could put a chink in your bravado. I'm really not sure."

Laonin listened to the 'discussion' going on. It was more of an argument than anything. As he listened, a frown grew over his face, starting with creases on his forehead, and extending to the rest of his face progressively. Was this coalition going to end before it had even begun. When things finally calmed down for a moment, and he was able to speak, he stood. "Well, I think it's clear there is some disagreement amongst us, but hopefully we can work through it. To answer your question Mack, yes there are some areas that I can recommend. There are obviously some places within the city that have been rebuilt, or were not affected as heavily by the atrocities enacted upon the city. But a large portion of the city is still homeless, or living in poverty amongst the rubble and ruins of what was here before. I feel like the most impact thing we could begin with would be to start building and replacing homes for the people. Of course in order to do that we would need to remove a lot of the people from the places that need the most work. Perhaps we could set up some temporary camps outside of the city, or establish some large shelters in key places for people to stay for now. That would give us the space, and the time to begin to construct entirely new districts within the city. All with access to amenities, and necessities." "As was already established, Triton Manufacturing can mass produce large quantities of things. They could perhaps begin work on shelters that could be moved to outside of the city, and used for now. While that is going on, we would need to demolish and clear out the remains of the destroyed sections of the city, a job that could be easily handled by some Invested individuals, perhaps people with access to Division, or any number of other things. Smedry's with the Dark Talent even, or just construction crews that could be hired to do the job. Once that is accomplished, we could use several different routes to build the actual buildings. It could be anything from mass fabricated homes, to individually constructed structures. There are any number of possibilities for that, all depending on how mundane we are okay with them being."

"I'm sorry, but you are really starting to make this whole experience unpleasant. Now, you are destroying the property of the individual who owns this Tavern, so I would recommend leaving before someone does something about it." Fae says as she stands up, staring down the form in front of her. She wasn't sure if she could hurt a shadow, but she would try if needed.
-
Fae signed the paper, then glanced at the outline, attuning the Rhythm of Reprimand. "So there is a person there. You know, if you want attention you shouldn't go ruining people's day. Try being pleasant maybe?"
-
"I suppose that's reasonable. I wouldn't expect you to be responsible for something like that, unless you were the one commiting the act of violence." Fae looked around. "Do you have a form for that? Or at least some paper to write on?"
-
Fae pays attention to the commotion going on, and as it doesn't seem to be harming anyone, ignores it. Upon hearing the Tavern will be shutting down, she pipes up, "Hey, I'm here waiting for a contact. I don't see how some waiter is enough to make you want to close you doors. I'm sure most of us here can take care of ourselves."

Ok sorry. I haven't actually read any Alcatraz books I was just referencing Coppermind and it said So Oculator adds the 40 I put in there, which makes his Investiture 130 points. So it depends how the weakness gets scored how many more weaknesses I'll need to add.

Just re-pinging @Lord Meeker

Having bided his time in silence, watching and waiting, the man finally saw his chance to jump in and take control. Flying in from off screen, where he had been observing what was happening, the man approached a small group of the remaining Shadowbirds, and imposed his will on them. It wasn't too difficult, given that they had already been under the control of someone else for so long. They seemed to welcome him in, and enfold his mind within theirs. With almost a snap, his mind was suddenly flooded with a stream of images, sounds, and feelings foreign to his body. He was flying in every direction at once, using his wings to maneuver through the air currents. Swooping and diving, searching for his next prey. Suddenly feeling momentum, the man snapped back to his own body, realizing he was falling toward the water below. Reverting control back, the man focused on keeping his mind just separate enough from the swarm to maintain his own bodily functions. His planning had worked. He had been able to take over a small group of the now mindless Shadowbirds, and now his potential was even greater. He called the few he had to him, and inspected them. One in particular caught his eye, not for any real or meaningful reason, but it looked even more fierce than the rest. He Bonded to it, and manipulating Connection further, connected it firmly to others in a more dominant way. Imposing his will on it, the Shadowbird changed before his eyes, gaining a higher level of individuality. As he did this, he felt the weight of the other birds on his mind lessen, and felt the mind of the new Queen in his own. He hadn't expected things to go down in the cavern exactly as they had, but it was no skin off his teeth. He got what he had wanted, after all. Now to go find the remaining flocks, and see what could be done about them.

Fae watched with curiosity as the liquid formed itself into words, and then attuned the Rhythm of Anxiety as the lights went dim, and things began breaking. "What's going on!?" She yelled somewhat shakily as she backed away from the bar.

Laonin followed Mack to the room they had been assigned to hold the meeting in, and when offered a seat, took it. He listened to what Mack had to say, and then unexpectedly found himself the center of attention. Standing up, Laonin began speaking. "Well, over the last year my team and I have focused our attentions on some of the poorer districts in town. We've primarily focused on fixing what remains of the buildings that existed before the city was devastated. We haven't had the resources, or the manpower, to build anything new. We've worked in areas where people are living on the street, and tried to restore a lot of the larger buildings in order to provide homes to the largest number of people possible. I've used Forgery to restore many of the buildings by altering their past to never have been destroyed in the first place, and we at one point had a Channeler and an Elantrian repairing buildings in their own fashion. We have more recently been working on properly furnishing the buildings that we repair. My apprentice has been smithing day to day accessories, for the convenience and comfort of the residents of these buildings. There is of course only so much a small team such as mine can accomplish on their own, which is the main reason I'm here. To be a part of a larger organization, to maximize our efforts." as Laonin explained, he became more impassioned by his speech, and once he finished he sat back down. "So that's what we've done. I know there are many things that could be improved upon."
