    Odium's intent is not just to cause hate but also all passion. Taravangian mentions that on his most intelligent days he barely feels any empathy or passion at all, but on his stupidist days he is sometimes overwhelmed and spends all day crying in his room. Since near the end of RoW taravangian says that his average day is getting less and less intelligent it stands to reason that he is feeling more emotion, which seems to have been cultivations plan. When she talks to him after his ascension he says that "I asked for the capacity to save the world. I thought it was the intelligence, but later I wondered if it was the ability to feel. In the end, it was both. You were preparing me for this." In summary, taravangian started to fit odium's ideals of passion and emotion more and more as cultivation's blessing changed him. I belive that this is why he will be a good fit for the shard but I don't know if he will continue rayse's goal of helping the singers or not.

    If you could time travel to any year, but then never return, would you do it? What year would you go to? What time of the day were you born at (morning, night, etc)? Do you think the time of day you were born at affects your character? Do you play mtg (if not then you should)? If the probability of event A is 1/3 and the probability of event B is 1/2, what is the probability of A or B occurring (but not both)? How do you end parenthesis with smiley faces in a way that doesn't look weird (like I try to do here :))? Do you have any pets?

    Blind First, I hear the roar, loud and all consuming. The flash that follows is brighter than anything I've seen. Then, suddenly, darkness. Nothing. I hear shouts, confused murmurs. Screams. I still see nothing. The roar comes again, louder. The people around me shout, run, panic. But I still see nothing.

    I remember reading a bunch of the warriors books when I was younger, but I haven't kept up with the newer ones. I liked them though. Some questions, because ama: If you could time travel to any year, but then never return, would you do it? What year would you go to? What time of the day were you born at (morning, night, etc)?     Because I feel like her role could have just been as a mentor to kvothe. She didn't need to really have a relationship with him in my opinion and it just made it weird with her and penthe both being involved with kvothe. And I agree that those scenes really add nothing.

    Bored. But at least not dying. Hardwood. Carpet is too hard to clean. Gilmore girls! Cream cheese; I really hate normal frosting. I guess I could grow out my hair to longer than it is now. I used to have super long hair a couple years ago. Wow, this is a tough one. I'm probably going to have to go with lift. I'm rereading red rising by pierce brown for probably the fifth time. Right now I'm on dark age. Probably the whole felurian bit. Like did that part have to be so sexual? Also the bit at the end with the adem and vashet.

    Oh oops I just saw that in the original post. I was editing mine as you posted that . I think I finally got it. They all leave on the 100th night. This took me forever, but here's my logic: If there was one blue eyed person, they would obviously leave the first night, since they could see that there were no other blue eyes people and know the activist was talking about them. If there were two blue eyed people, both would see one other blue eyed person. They would know that if that other person saw no one else with blue eyes, they would have left on the first night for the reason above. Because the other person did not leave, both people would realize that they must also have blue eyes. Then both would leave on the second night. This is the part that took me a while to figure out: if there were three blue eyed people, they would each wait three nights. They would each know that if the two blue eyed people that they saw were the only two, they would have left on the second night. They didn't, so each person realizes that they have blue eyes and leaves on the third night. This process repeats for each prisoner with blue eyes, so that with 100 prisoners, they all leave on the 100th night.

    Easily the kingkiller chronicles by Patrick rothfuss. That's right: the name of the wind is better than all of sanderson's non cosmere stuff (and some cosmere stuff). Probably not a lot of people in this forum agree, but you should checks his books out. Hmmm I don't really have one. Prof if epics count, otherwise spiderman (especially in the tom holland movies). I've never really been into it, unless marrying maru in stardew valley counts.

    @AonEne and @The Last Post, both of you are kind of correct. The answer I was told was the person in the middle, because of the reason @The Last Post said, but Aon ene is correct that in the case where the first two have the same hat then it would be the back person. Also, @Mist did condense those two answers. I didn't provide enough info in the riddle to really have one answer, sorry. I think whichever one of you three wants to go next should. Good job to all of you!

    Yay! This one's more of a logic puzzle, but it's one of my favorites: You and two of your friends are captured by a monster. Luckily, he will let you free if you play his weird game and win. He ties the three of you to chairs in a line, so that each person can see only the heads of the people in front of them (the person in front can't see anything). The monster tells you that he has put a red or a blue hat on everyone's head, and that you don't all have the same color hat (they can't all be blue or red). If one of you manages to guess their hat's color, you will all be freed. However, as soon as one person guesses wrong, he will eat you all! Luckily, you and all of your friends are perfectly logical and one of you immediately guesses correctly. Was it the one in the front, the back, or the middle, and how did they know?

    No Hmmm... Not sure; I forget To get to the other side! (Jk they were just practicing with steel) Yep. I've read most of Sanderson's stuff, including aether of the night and that MTG novella. I really liked the gilmore girls when I first saw it, but not sure if it's still my favorite. Whatever I'm going with it. Hot take: there could be less people on bridge 4. Do skar, drehy, and teft really need to be different characters? I just confuse them. Half full. I'm pretty optimistic LIGHTSABERS ARE SO MUCH COOLER. But in a fight probably shotgun Yes, I love them. Can't really play them now with the quarantaine now though. Very sad.

    It's the username I've used for everything, not sure why. I think a while ago I just needed a username quickly and put in the first thing I thought of. Of course not; don't be silly 3.1415926535897932384626433832795. I memorized like a hundred digits for a pi day competition but I forgot most of it the next day.

    I wish I could play paper mtg with my friends. Online is fine, but a big part of the game is socializing and interacting. I really just want to hang out with people irl I guess :((((((
