  1. Actually, that would be Hellbent. The most OP character besides Voidus.
  2. On a more serious note, I would like to seek community approval for my crime boss, the Jackal. I for some reason can't join the bureau of villainy, I don't know why, and anyways, if I was I could only use him for main plots. He would be used as a background villain that goes from era two, to the beginning of era 4. He would only be used against people who agree, and if the bureau hires him for a job. These(see below) are his powers, and his weakness is that his mask gives him almost all his powers. So, can I use him, in the ways that have been previously listed.
  3. Walker caught up, and punched Lusk in the face, "You know I'm 26 years old right? I'm only 14 years younger than you. Go to Damnation," @#Voidapple
  4. And then, everything blew up.
  5. Walker saw this movement and responded by stopping his storing, and throwing himself to the side, missing Lusk, but the flame thrower missed as well, and landing to the side. For about 3 seconds afterwards he curled up into a ball, his arm protecting his head, and his legs protecting his, umm..., other vital area, and he stored all of his speed of three seconds. @I think I am here.
  6. It should be about -70, becuase he can sense minds, becuase of the 10 point emotional sense, but he can't sense what they are doing, or any awakened objects. He literally only has a cane.
  7. Don't forget number 14.
  8. And unless someone tries to take the citadel, or kill Walker/Melody/him, Dusk won't care. Yeah. I tried to keep the citadel up to date, but with everyone in different time zones like we are, it just isn't practical. In the party I left for the night and when I came back we had gone through two pages.
  9. Somebody should make one. It's kind of annoying that you have to make a whole plot to do something in there.
  10. The emotional sense that I was talking about was 5-10 points. Also, I might have misunderstood you, but I believe you said the opsite about seven posts ago. That is what I was lobbying for, so I can't really complain. @I think I am here. They are pretty much tools, though the main one will become his own character when the one I'm talking about dies. I will have to work fifty more points of weakness to allow all three, but that is with me being under the assumption that being blind, and having a useless leg would be -40 points. Am I under/over estimating? @Archer If you can't, I'll help Ark. @Grey Knight
  11. Ummm... the Great Gane. So, I was saying that the bleed should go in the opposite direction. If you have less power, you should be allowed to be smarter, a better fighter, or have more gear. Right now, if you have a really weak power, like say, emotional sense, you aren’t technically powerless, but you still can’t get the excess points. Get me? I was siting the fact that right now, to become a good fighter, all you have to do isn’t rp a trip to Devaan, and then you’re good. If I am misunderstanding something, tell me. Body guards are what I’m think about. The guy can’t fight on his own as he is blind and his left leg is near useless, but there are three of them. Ahhh...
  12. This makes no sense. Why would investiture be able to come into skills, but not vice versa? Skills are much much easier to increase than powers. Why would we allow someone to be able to make themselves an incredibly powerful person, with almost no skill, and then they go learn how to fight, and bam over powered.
  13. Yeah. He was. Would almost every guild in the Alleyverse not liking him count as a quantifiable weakness? If not, I have another weakness for him. Few clarifying questions: 1. Are weaknesses still required? Like, if someone is in the point range, so they don’t need a weakness for their character to be accepted, does the character still need one? 2. Is Walker all right? This is directed purely at Archer. 3. Is it a 200 point scale bringing into account skill, intelligence, powers, and gear, or is it a pair of separate scales, one for powers, and one for the other stuff? I have a suggestion: Two separate scales, one for power, one for skill(I’m going to call it a skill scale, but it includes everything that isn’t powers), with the skill one being able to bleed into the power one, but not vice versa. This helps because it allows characters who are weaker in powers to still hold their own. It doesn’t work in reverse because skill is much easier to increase than powers. I just imagine somebody with 200 power points going and training with one of Nohadon’s characters, and then getting 100 skill points to a total of 300 points. It just doesn’t work. Right now we are pretty much saying, “If you want to be able to hold your own in any form of confrontation, you need to use your power points,” or we end up with the before mentioned circumstance. 4. How are linked NPCs scored? This is in regards to Derak, Walker’s only surviving elite. I am trying to decide whether to link him to Walker in order to stop external editing, or not do so because it might make Walker OP. I also have another character planned, as sort of a shadow Devaan, and I need to know this to make sure he isn’t OP. @Archer
  14. But don't forget to read wheel of time first!
  15. Clyde is the strange child obsessed with Disco.
  16. Suddenly, Breadmunks.
  17. Dusk won't be there, for obvious reasons. Walker will though.
  18. Whenever you watch/read/hear about something you immediately think, 'would that be a good Alleyverse character?'
  19. Does Alleycity have a sideplot dedicated entirely to it?
