You added them up wrong. What I can think of, off the top of my head, with just the powers, no equipment, to 800. That's just with your third oath lightweaver, alleyelantiran spike, chromium compounder, and him being able to body hop, and get all of the other things you can get when your a cognitive shadow. And then there is the spontaneous idea to summon fire. So, no, Hellbent is not less powerful than this guy.

He should change that to cause quick death to anyone he looks at. Otherwise it is overpowered, and it's godmodding. Should change it to slow time, not stop time. No he isn't. Hellbent has as much skill as the Jackal, several sets of Shardblade/sharplate, and has so many different overpowered abilities that he makes this guy look like a cremling.

Walker has been hunting The Jackal and his criminal net for a year. The Jackal has been thwarting his attempts at every turn. Now the Jackal has started building his own inner circle. Walker has now opened his hunt to any who want to join him, but The Jackal is growing just as fast. Walker is hunting, and the Jackal doesn't seem to care. Now, anyone who wants in can be in, and the full might of both sides are crashing against each other.

I would not rank the powers that high, but okay. Anyways, his stupidity, might even it out. He glued his metalmind on his arm and didn't have it touch his blood, other wis know has being really stupid.

Erick speeds up, getting hit dozens of times by Precurosors on the way up, before dashing around, slicing most of them in half before Walker jumped over him, kicking him in the face and slashing at his back. He fell to the ground, got up, and swung around swing his shardblade at the ground, missing Walker by a hairs length and slashing deep into the ground. Walker kicked him in the face, and grabbed his steel mind, which was a steel band on his upper left forearm, and ripped it off. It came off easily as Eric had glued it together and hadn't even bother to put needles on the inside to have it touching his blood. Walker then proceeded to spi around him, slashing at him kicking him, and punching him. Then he was hit a spinning obsidian staff. "Oh Walker, why must we play this game," The Jackal said, catching his staff as it flew back to him, "We both know that if you were to ever truly get in my way I could kill you without a second though. I admit some of my associates are a little bit... over enthusiastic about ending those that oppose me, but if I never wanted you goen, you would be gone. Give up, or the next person who tries to kill you won't only not stop at you, they will be much more successful." Yes, but the power bleed off is why -5 points are in the system. The weakness of having so many spikes is not included in the actual scoring because when you just have one spike it's not a problem. Six spikes is a problem. It Wait, just clarifying, are you saying that all the spikes should be eighty? Like, all of them combined? @Voidus

"Okay. Wait for an opening," Walker said before having both his katanas in his hands and running around and slashing at his leg. Eric fell on the ground face first. "What hit me?" Eric said, getting up. "You just threatened to kill a steel compounder," One of the onlookers said. "Yeah. What does that have to do with anything?" Eric responded. "Oh for the love of- How much of an idiot are you?" Walker said. "Ah, Walker Drown. I'm here to kill you," Eric said before charging at Walker while taping moth his metalminds. He missed. "How can one move that fast, and still be so slow?" Walker said, taunting. "Well, I'm not a compounder so I can't tap as much speed as you," "I'm done." Walker dashed forwards, in an attempt to ram Darkhold through, but was met by a swing of his shield, that hit him in the arm. Darkhold may be stupid, but he could fight. Walker slid to a stop several feet to the side. Eric summoned hsi shard blade. Walker calmy got gup, pulled out a devastator pistol and shot him in the chest, knocking him to the ground. Eric got up, and charged at Melody, sword at the ready, tapping his steel. Wakerran into his side before he could hit him and rolled off of him, leaving Darkhold on the ground, and himself out of the line of fire. The Precursors opened fire. @Blessing of Potency

Dusk arrived and said, "Hello, I'm here to represent the Citadel's interests. I don't think we have an official government seat, but I'm here anyways! So, what exactly do I do here?"

I think that his skill points would be 20 for sword skills, 10 for hand to hand, and 40-20 for the shard blade. It's not scored, so I just guessed out of the score for a first ideal radiant. I would socre him at, in my opinion, 160m, 50-70s, and 65-75w. -20/-30 for the spikes, -40 for stupidity, and -5 for not touching guns. I completely disagree. The subtracted points are because of the fact when you steel and attribute with hemalurgy you don't get the same amount of power. Him having six spikes and a torn up spirit web is a weakness. He meets a strong soother/rioter and he can be taken over. He runs into Max and he's done for. Saying that six spikes isn't a weakness is just untro. I would assume the leader of the hemalurgy guild would get this.

I never really studied Hemalurgy, so I didn't know about that. I'll change his history so he killed multiple people to get his spikes and add whatever the linchpin spike is. His Epic weakness isn't that important, because his power is to become something for one hour each day, but I'll think of something and hold it in reserve if anyone ever figures it out. With the hemalurgy rules in the point system they add up to 80 points, and then the epic power. I might change it to meeting someone from the DA. I though he would just meet someone who practises hemalurgy and train under them. The six spikes are a weakness, then his stupidity, which has been displayed in the TENT thread. I will add a few more weaknesses if he is to powerful right now. And then there is the small thing of him hating guns. The epic power doubles whatever strength he had at that time, but it increases his weaknesses at the same time. I will remove it if it makes him overpowered. He also forgets how to tap pewter. Which now makes me realize that it is completely useless. I'm removing it.

Also, if you steal the rock and put it in circumstances where she can't reform, such as in lethal heat or under water, she can't respawn. She can't make another one, and she'd keep aging. Essentially, if you kill her and throw the rock in a volcano and she's pretty much permanently dead.

So, what do you want me to do? Take out some Precursors?" Darkhold said. "No, I told you, I have a plan for the Precursors that won't make them into a martyr," The Jackal said. "What's a martyr?" I need you to go kill a man named Walker Drown, but I need everyone to believe that you were hired by the DA," The Jackal said before showing Darkhold a picture of Walker. "Okay. Quick question; who is DA?" "The DA, or the Dark Alley, the most powerful guild in the Alleyverse. Just get going," "Okay, You're the boss DA," Darkhold said, before leaving to go kill Walker.
