No words for the dead. Sagitta almost missed what he said afterwards, her eyes lingering on the bodies on the ground. No words. Nothing to make sure they were remembered. "When I die, say some words and speak my name. Ask Intensity to remember me." She stated looking into Price' eyes. "Otherwise, I will be forgotten, my soul lost." Usually she'd carry something, showing her tribe and name, a symbol, so that every Ta'e'iloan would be able to bury her, but the nomads had taken it, same as her other belongings. She noticed the way he spoke, how he held his body. There it was again, the hate. It was dangerous, a path so easily taken and so hard to leave. He most likely wouldn't make a single logical decision when it came to Cahaya. "We can depart ways as soon as possible." She suggested and looked around. "I've never been here. Which direction should we go?" @Lunamor

Repairing the water supply. He wanted for them to repair the water supply. A grin touched her face and she nodded eagerly. "I can add something to make sure the water is harmless. Without any bacteria. If the pipes burst, then there is dirt and that means the water isn't safe for drinking anymore." And it meant, that she knew where the pipes were, that she had access. Access she could use later. That was good, really good. And if she stayed here, she had a constant number of possible subject. She could observe them. Her eyes returned to Mart and she nodded slowly. "It will be good for him, to stay in one place, have a man to look up to. We'll stay. For now. For a while. I will help with your projects. But I won't clean up the bathroom if you left a mess in there."

"We do. I'm sure we do. Can you buy them the time to get here?" Althea pulled up a list of those still active in the city, looked it through. They had some engineers, or others that had some knowledge in that regard. Quickly she ran a search, which pulled up a lot of names, that were crossed out. All older ones, experienced. She removed the filter, let the search ran through everybody, no matter their background or their record of successful operations. There was one, a young Underling, Wes. Without hesitating she ordered him over, wrote that he should bring an EMP with him. It couldn't hurt. Worst case he failed, but probably Max would already have hacked the robot to pieces by then. If it even was robot and not a human hiding behind aluminum.

Mike shrugged. "I don't know. We have to ask. But maybe we can be of assistance here." Hesitanting he lifted a hand and waved at the soldiers. "Hello! I'm Mike and these are Wes and Seom. Could you maybe tell us who you are? @Sherlock Holmes ========== Althea reached out for the spren in the world around her, and then for the enemy, slowly walking in their direction. Nothing. Aluminum - maybe. She greeted the spren of a streetlight and was suprised by its eager response. It was used to be alone. Can you sense another spren? In the thing in front of you? She asked and the spren paused, then she felt it shake its head. Nothing. Just like she herself wasn't able to reach it. I can shine brighter on the street. But the glass of my lap is smeared with dust. There was a slightly begging tone to its voice and she looked over, realized that it was right. A nearby fire and blackened the glass of the lamp. Thank you little one. Inwardly smiling she offered the spren some stormlight, which it accepted eagerly, the dirt vanishing when she soulcast it into air. The street was lit more brightly, when the light of lamp was able to get out of the glass again. The spren seemed - lonely. The thought saddened her, to many people in this city ignored the spren, even more so, than they were ignored in Roshar. Mostly because the people here didn't even know that they existed here as well. "I can't contact a spren of the armour, and T'm not sure why." She told Max and then thought about his question regarding Sethramir. Spiritual damage. "Maybe. There should be some kind of spren somewhere in that thing. If it's a mortal being or not. We already met some kind of robot, but even a robot should have a spren - or several if it was assembled not too long ago. Give it a try, but be prepared, that it might be covered by aluminum. That could be a another possible reason, why it seems like a dark spot to me."

"Yes, of course." Jessy nodded at the other two, that had been on the ship. They had all survived. One was missing, if she remembered correctly, but that was a lot better statistic, than was usual in such a situation. She extended a hand towards the water, and pulled a part of it up, let it flow in the air in front of them.

Wordlessly Sagitta knelt down next to the other researcher, quickly searched his body for another knife. It was hidden in his shoe and she took it, left his other belongings where they were. Price had already asked her to reuse the armour of one of the guards, but maybe his colleague was different. Without pausing she limped over to the boy and knelt down. "It will be over soon." She said softly, kept her right hand, away from his line of sight. "No more pain, no more fear. you will be free." Almost gently she placed the knife on the back of his neck, moved him slightly, to make sure her blow would struck true. Smiling at him, she killed him quickly, as painlessly as possible. The light left his eyes and his body sagged on the ground. Taking his legs and arms she arranged him in a dignified manner, then closed his eyes with her hand. She hadn't known him, had no way to remember him in the correct way, but then he was Cahayan - maybe they didn't care about being remembered. With a start she realized, that she'd never asked for his name, had failed him in that regard. She could only pray that Creativity had an eye on those belonging to them and would remember him nameless, without a proper ceremony. "Bravely you fought for your country, and even in captivity, stayed true to yourself. May Creativity always remember your name." The Ta'e'iloan sounded familiar, fit the blood and the death around her. She had spoken the last words so often, always after a battle, most of the time over a nameless enemy they had killed. Then they had carried the corpses away, had burnt them. Nothing they could do now. Getting back to her feet the world turned around her for a moment and she had to close her eyes, focus. "We need to take as much as possible." She instructed, pulled the tomahawk out of the forestlynx. "If possible blankets, food, water. Then we need to leave. At least in Ta'e'ilo a scenery like that will attract more predators." Fastening the tomahawk to her belt again she looked to Price, gestured towards the other corpses. "They are Tühine and I suspect, that you know them better than I do. Do you want to speak some words, so that they aren't forgotten?" @Lunamor

"They belong to an organization. Call themselves "Cursebreakers". I know nothing more. We were supposed to get rid of him, then report back. Tomorrow night, here." he pointed to the ground he was standing on. Wita smiled at Marcel, then wiped the seal clean, to be able to take a closer look at the pattern etched into it. It was beautiful, and somehow she knew, that it was more than a simple seal, that there was something behind it. The thought crossed her mind quickly and for a moment she looked up at Marcel, who was still questioning the man. He'd told her, hadn't he? She tried to remember but wasn't sure anymore, had stored too much in between once the man had started screaming. The screams. A shiver ran over her body and she quickly shook her head. Painting. Painting was safe. "I like your planting." She told Lyssa and held out the seal to her. "Look, Marcel can paint as well." And yet, a thought lingered, an offer to help, to make her forget. To stop storing for once and for all, to be able to live. Hope. Hope was dangerous, very dangerous. @I think I am here. @Hope Spren

Zokora nodded and started to walk through the familiar streets. "The 'Broken Stool' is the most frequented tavern in this area." Grinning she remembered the nights she'd spent here. "Not only those working and living here visit it, but also younger Ghostbloods. It's outside of the walls, so easy to get to - and nobody cares about age or how long you stay. It's also a great a place to meet people." "In the huge building over there," she pointed at another building two streets away from the tavern, "work the clerks overseeing trade. Not only ships arrive here, most trade of the city is flowing through here." Another wave with her hands indicated some guards. "Hence the guards." With a shrug she added, "Oasis is protected by a forcefield, that makes trade difficult. Trusted traders can get access, but in general, the harbour is used for exchanging goods." Turning another corner she made an inviting gesture towards a large market, partially extending underground as well. The air was heavy with smells, people shouted, customers buzzled around, on their way to get this or that. "Do you want to walk over it, otherwise we can go to the ships." @AonEne @xinoehp512

Sagitta's scream mixed with the scream of the young man. She took the tomahawk with both hands and stormed forward. The weapon smashed a shoulder of the animal to pieces and it let go of its victim, slashed at its back. The screaming of the Cahayan stopped and Sagitta attacked again. She aimed for the head, poured every bit of strength she had into that last blow. Hopefully it would be over soon.

I agree with Itiah. Let's judt keep it in the background as an option to be used for characters. Not as representatives, but maybe clerks, or advisors. It makes a great setting/ background for someone who wants to play a politician.

Sagitta tried to evade the claw, that swiped at her, but there was no room to move. Instead she softened the blow, still ended up with a painful scratch on her arm. She whirled around when it jumped, saw how it killed. Without thinking about it, she threw the branch away, grabbed the tomahawk instead and freed the Cahayan prisoner, by reducing the part of the carriage he was bound to, to a piece of rubble. Meanwhile the animal turned on the plainly dressed woman, gutted her with its claws. The stench of bowls filled the air and Sagitta stopped thinking. The stench, the blood, the screaming. She was trained for situations like that. Had survived them for years. Without hesitating she stepped forward, swung the tomahawk and it's head. Her blow felt weak, one-handed weapon as it was, but there was no changing that. @I think I am here. @Lunamor

Jessy caught the food paket and nodded. "I agree, we should go. We can move the reconnaissance to a later point." Her eyes met Ryan, then John, finally she smiled at the boy again and started to walk into the direction he had indicated. "Good to see that you survived. Upped our chances to get out of here alive."

Shana smiled at Rob's words. A wolf protecting the pack. He knew, about duty, about following your path. Respectfully she inclined her head at him, realized that the moment they would fight together, they would be devastating. "I agree. Let's head to sleep. Tomorrow we can eat pancakes for breakfast and see what happens." Smiling she offered Ben her hand to help him up. @Lunamor

Althea nodded, her eyes hardening. "Then let's fight." She closed her eyes and touched the spren around them, greeted them. The street, the air, the fire. All spren and she always had had a good way with spren. They were easy to bargain with. Openeing her eyes again she kept her awareness of the world around her. So many possibilities ready for her to exploit. @RayOfSunshine

Wita nodded and took the bloodseal. She looked at it closely, forgot about the others around them. Smiling she dipped a finger into the blood and drew a curved line on the handle. Blood was - like paint. And paint was colourful and beautiful. The seal itself was pretty. Fascinated she looked at it considered trying it out. The beeping was annoying, but she ignored it for the moment, filed it away as too complicated to worry about. Life was easy, when that applied to almost every situation. "Look, fairy." She smiled at Lyssa. "Do you like to paint?"

In general, I like the concept of the musician, we had a few, but they rarely got played, so to have an active one, would be great! Does the forcefield motivator only protect the violin, or can it be used for some other purposes as well? And do you have a reason for the Radiant fabrial? How he got that one?

"Because I was paid to do so. He was described as dangerous, magical. Knew some stuff about some plans. Don't ask me what. Something with some portals, I overheard a conversation." Another step backwards, a groan, a hand used to stabilize himself. "Really, I don't know anything else. Just let me go." Wita looked up, when she heard a voice, saw another man limp towards him. She lifted a hand and waved at him, then paused, when behind her Anthony gasped: "Sam, what are you doing?" @Hope Spren @Eluvianii

"Don't worry about it." She looked at Max, knew that she would go along with his decision. He was a lot more skilled in judging their chance of survival. "Fight or flee? You are the one trained in this stuff. Depending on the armour, I can end this by soulcasting his blood to acid. If he's a machine, like the other one partially was, then I can soulcast its wires. Maybe you could riot them, see if you get a reaction. Based on that I can see and talk to the spren. They can also reveal what they are to me, but it's a lot easier if I know what to look for." Turning back to Aylitha she added. "Will you stay?" @kenod @I think I am here.
