Jessy raised an eyebrow. "I see." She then turned to Ryan and Cheh. "They don't need us and they are the ones these creatures are drawn to. Get away from them? Risky, but it might be safer." She made sure to keep her voice down, spoke only to them. @I think I am here. @Eluvianii

"If you need anything, just tell me. I'll help with the breakfast." Shana winked at Ashlyn, turned showed a secret encouraging thumbs up to Rob and headed to the kitchen. Flid and Edwin were there and she waved at them, set her mat down. "Pancakes?" @Eluvianii @Lord Furret @I think I am here.

Sagitta limped over to Price while Zura strode away. She looked at the sky, it was late. She had arrived shortly before noon, had slept, their journey, darkness would consume the land soon. "I'm exhausted." She told him bluntly, then nodded towards the sky. "And I'm not sure if we can find the horses today. I can keep up for a while, but I need to rest. I'm a long way from my usual condition. I'm weak and slow." "I suggest we look for a place to sleep while we still can see something." @I think I am here.

"Sure." Shana turned so that Rob couldn't see her face and quietly asked. With him alone? She would answer all questions, but she'd noticed the two talking, how Rob behaved and didn't want to disturb.

Shana heard steps, but finished her training before she headed over to the door. This was her time, and her time alone. "Good morning, Ashlyn." She greeted her and smiled friendly, her mat under arm. "Care for some breakfast?" She asked and stepped inside. @Blessing of Potency @I think I am here.

"Sounds good." Jessy nodded. "I've done that before." She drank some more, then eyed the new woman. (=Alyssa) "Who are you? Why were you expecting us?"

Hello and welcome Who is your favourite Character?

I finished the Moontide Quartet 4 today, and I am actually satisfied by the ending. It was surprisingly good. I already have the next one at home, sunsurge Quartet 1, and I hope the author doesn't ruin what he created so far.

I am curious regarding this Firesoul person. He seems like one of the more important player on the board, and I think we could profit if we met him. Then again, we are really inexperienced, and I am not sure, if it would be wise if we approached him now. Maybe it's better to wait, until after next meeting of the court, so that we can judge Firsoul's behaviour there and afterwards make sure our approach is fitting. In general, I think we should try to find out who is important and holds how much power and who values which attributes/ actions. Therefore I also vote for: [X] Talk to Hera Additionally I'd like to suggest an option, that isn't on the list at the moment. We have no idea about our surroundings, including our own palace. I know it might be a bit unusual for a Returned, but I think we could profit from knowing possible exits and places to hide. Maybe I'm simply a bit paranoid, but we don't know what will happen next and even a mere fire could kill our Returned at the moment, as he has no idea where he is. If we had at least some kind of orientation, an idea where we can leave our palace and which way is the shortest from the court itself, it can save us at one point. Therefore I suggest to [X] Explore the palace and the court

Shana woke a few hours later. Well, a few was a bit too much. It felt like two, maybe three. Restless she threw herself around in her bed for while, then she gave up and got to her feet. Dressing in her yoga cloths she grabbed her mat and wandered outside. There was light in James room, probably someone had taken him up on his offer to talk. She tried to walk quietly, didn't want anybody to be disturbed by her wandering through the house. When the stairs creaked loudly, she grimaced and gave up on it. Subtlety wasn't one of her strengths. The air outside was cool and crisp and she paused when she the place where and Rob had trained the last time. Where they had fought. Where they had almost killed each other. She hadn't adressed it again, after the nightmare and she knew that she'd woken something in him, a fear, and who knew what else. She still felt guilty, knew that she would feel like that for the rest of her life. Some mistakes you could repair, and some you couldn't. She'd repaid kindness with fear. It happened. And dwelling on it, would only make things worse. They would train again tomorrow - a second chance for her to behave in a different way. She walked past the post and placed her mat on the ground, stretching quickly, then stepping on it. Closing her eyes she only stood there, concentrated on her breathing, then she took two deliberated breaths and stepped to the beginning of her mat. Lifting her arms above her head she inhaled,, looked upwards, then with an exhale bent downwards, her hands touching the ground. The movements were easy, but she concentrated on nothing apart from them, focused on her breathing, on executing them as perfect as possible. The sky was still dark, it was too early to greet the sun, but it was a known and comforting routine, one she needed right now. It calmed her mind and offered her a chance to do nothing but exist for a moment. And so she did. Inhale, Exhale. Shana repeated the sequence five times, until she her muscles felt warm enough to move on. She inhaled again, allowed herself another moment of closed eyes, of gaining energy, then she started the next sequence, did what felt good and right at the moment. A sequence around the warrior. Strong and standing up. Repeat on both sides. Another one sitting and lying down, focused on her stomach and back. Inhale. Exhale. Keep your breathing deep and steady. Fight. She would fight if neccessary. She would stand up if neccessary. She would kill if neccessary. She was strong and she could do it. Another deep breath. She had to, and she wouldn't run away from her resposibility. She would be strong. She would fight for them.

Lena, completely unaware of the background of Eve's question, followed the woman with her eyes. She was making her nervous, all this standing up, walking around. "Why don't we ask for help? There is a new guild, a young one, pursuing knowledge." She lifted a hand to stall any immediate protest. "I know you don't like the guilds, but without them, we would be dead by now. Why not use the scholars, when we need them? None of us has the knowledge to repair a whole plumbing system. Nor do we know how to reconstruct houses. And apart from that, we already can see, that doing things for these people doesn't help them in the long term." Her hand made a sweeping gesture around the neighbourhood. "The moment Laonin left, things returned to what they were before. But if we help them to gain the knowledge, if we include them, maybe that can change something. The moment they know how to repair houses, how to take care of a broken water pipe, it's not two," she looked over to Eve, "maybe three of us, but it's a whole quarter working. The whole city is lying in rubble by now. Three pairs of hands trying to build it up again - we won't live to see the end of that story." @I think I am here. @Silva

I agree with Silva here. Lena is around since Era 2 and writing her is so much fun. Yes, every other character around can kill her, but so far she's still around I enjoy it a lot. Actually she's more fun, than some of my invested ones, because there are risks to her actions. I really need to think about her posts and about the actions she does, and there are so many possibilities for her to go. Yes, if you look at a duel, then she'll die within the first ten seconds, but that's not because she has no investiture, it's also because I didn't give her a single fighting skill, and it's fine. She's simply a character, that has to influence the story in another way than a fight.

Thank you so much!

Jessy smiled at Cheh's awe, slowly extended a hand and touched the water. It moved around her fingers and she took a bit of it, had it flow next to the larger ball of water. She couldn't really control it, only create an area with negated gravity, but you could play with that a bit. Picking up a large leaf she carefully scoped some of the water up and drank slowly.

Thanks a lot. Here's the last one, a new character. She's within the 150 points, so I didn't add any point suggestions for her weaknesses/ character traits.

Zokora rolled her eyes in mock exasperation. "Not even the slightest preference?" She asked and then shrugged. "I've been to the market countless times, and I visited the harbour more often than I can count." For a moment she fell quiet, thought about something she could show to Deteca, that maybe interested her. She had no idea what that theoretically could be, and sighed, when she realized that Deteca had seen all of this already as well. She had seen everything. Good job, Zokora. "If there is no place, you would like to go, we can simply grab something to drink?" She suggested and considered going back to the broken stool. She liked the place. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a quick movement, nothing more than a shadow and paled slightly under her dark skin. Slowly she rested her hand on her hip, close to her knife. You never knew.

Wita pressed the stamp on the ground, as she had seen Marcel do earlier, but nothing happened. Of course, no paint. Later. She had to try that one later. Standing up she tilted her head to the side and looked at Lewis, and the man next to him. This alley was getting crowded quickly. The only question was, who was dangerous and who wasn't. The fairy girl was nice. Marcel could dance and Kira paint. So they were all nice. Satisfied with her conclusion she starte to look through the pockets of the dead man. ===/=== Behind her Anthony noticed, that they all seemed to be focused on something else and took another step away from them. "Anthony." Sam called out loudly, unwilling to stay behind on his own. Anthony had messed this up, he had to pay the price. "Glad to see you, this nice man here, told me, that his friends want to join our gang - but obviously he lied to me. So I think, we should finish them off, and then be gone."
