"Well, I don't know about the rest, but we haven't seen each other in a year." She kept her smile, silently hoping, that he remembered their bargain. It had been stupid to tell him about her son. If he found him, if he convinced her son, that what she did was bad - she would do anything if it made her little man happy. Or worse if he threatened him. Just like Seb had. "My year was terrible, awfull." She replied bluntly to his other question and then forced a laugh. "But the guy got himself killed, so I guess I was lucky in that regard."

Lena observed Lita walk away and grabbed something to drink herself. She walked around the room, looked who was there, searched for any familiar faces. Nobody. With a sigh she sipped her drink and then froze. There, she knew that guy. And the one next to him as well. Walking over to them she started grinning, tried unsuccessfully to hide her discomfort. Alask, should he ever choose to work against her, he had her easily in his hand. Better to be polite then. "Hey Alask, Nekorb. I hope you are alright?" She greeted them, waved in what hopefully was a cheerful way. @I think I am here. @xinoehp512

Althea smiled when Max wrapped his arm around her and leaned against him, finally relaxing completely. As usual he needed only a few words to put her mind at ease, that he would support her no matter what, was everything to her. She glanced towards the oven, dinner would be ready soon, and while she probably should have stood up and prepared the table, she stayed where she was, happy to be close to Max. "What do you plan to do, with your life, with everything?" She asked Devaan, hoping that it was a harmless question. They'd discussed enough serious things already. "And do you have a place to stay? Otherwise you could stay with us for a while. If Max doesn't mind, of course." She added, as she suddenly remembered that he wasn't back for so long. And with the shared personality, maybe he didn't want to stay at the canton? @Nohadon

Lizanne gasped when the mans foot hit her square in the stomach. She screamed in pain and collapsed on the stairs, whimpering quietly.

"Just tired." Shana pulled her hair back into a ponytail, to keep it out of her face. "Contrasting you I'm not really experienced with all this Radiant stuff. Especially not when I have to be careful and not rip everything apart at once." "Thanks. For healing me and helping. I had no idea what to do whith that crystal thing." @Lunamor

"That's fine." She made a decision. "There's a guy, who owes me some money. He lives outside. You could fetch it for me. And if it works, then we'll see. Beating people up isn't exactly unuseful here."

Althea stared at him for a moment, then sat down next to them. "I know." She whispered and closed her eyes. "We have a pond without fish, because we figured we won't be around to feed them." Reaching over she took Max hand, not caring that Devaan was watching, she'd crossed that line when they were talking about leadership anyway. "Like I said, I've changed. If I look at my priorities, the Ghostbloods aren't even close to number one anymore. And Zokora would happily take over any time." Tiredly she brushed her hair out of her face. "It's so much work to hand it over, and it's such a mess right now. It would weaken us, if I left now. Until it all is sorted and ready it will be months. And I don't know, if I can step down, without leaving altogether, or if it would be wiser to leave it all behind." Meeting Devaan's eyes she admitted. "I'm not good at decisions without any arguments behind. Leaving is not logical, it's irrational, and I'm not sure what to do with that. How to decide, how to go on." Her fingers tightened around Max and she smiled at him lovingly. "But then the best decision in my life had nothing to do with logic at all." Turning back to both of them she continued, because it felt good to finally speak of this, because she'd started and speaking loudly of this made it real. "Right now I feel like it's more important to learn how to bake a chocolate cake and be here when Max is home. Spend some time together, invite friends over, and not sit the whole night in Oasis reading through reports. I should be at the government right now, but I left as soon as possible." With a sigh she poured herself some wine and took a sip. "So many would give a lot for my position and I whine about some cake." She fell silent and added after a while. "I'm sorry. And thank you. Thanks a lot. I guess Max and I need to talk over this together. It will influence his life as much as mine." @I think I am here.

Amused Kate smiled at him, looked at his hand, to show that she'd noticed and then picked up the child, rocking her gently. It took a while, but she slowly calmed down, until she was quietly munching on a part of Kates blouse. "So you'd be willing to work?" She asked in a soft voice as to not disturb the child again and offered her to Gant.

Shana followed them, concentrated on taking a step after the other. How Rob had disposed of the bodies was impressive, maybe one day, when she'd spoken more oaths she was more useful as well. She was tired, maybe she would shower and then swim a bit - . The pool, her homework. She'd forgotten about that. "Ben? Uhm, do you think we could take a look at these maths problems I showed you? I need to have at least a part of it for tomorrow, not even speaking about that test." @Lunamor

Shana subconciously smiled at Ben when he placed his hand on her forehead again. His hand was cool against her heated skin, and was he worried? Energy floated through her and she felt better, stronger. "Ok, Rob. Simply throw her onto your back and lets go. Two minutes thirty seconds left." Andrew told Rob and she turned her head, almost growled at Rob. "Don't you dare." She pushed herself to her feet, swayed slightly and inhaled some stormlight. It rushed through her veins, helped her regain her balance. Hastily she covered her weapon and then forced herself, to wait, the stormlight urging her to move. Shana observed how the stone formed around the crystal. "Good job. Let's take that thing home." Turning her head she smiled at Andrew, called after him. "Thanks, Andrew. They tend to be complicated when it comes to weapons. We really should go." She stayed where she was, tried to regain her breath. She'd run for hours any time, but her surges, they were hard. Probably she needed to train them more. But sport was so much more fun. @Lunamor @NoiseSpren @I think I am here.

“On the count of three... One, two, three!” Shana sucked in stormlight and at three she mentally grabbed the vines. It was hard to concentrate, to turn a part of them to dust, but the were still thin and somehow she managed. It was exhausting, they tried to reconnect, they were fast. Pressing her hand against the ground she mentally ripped them apart, sweat beads forming on her forehead. "Rob... now!" She called to him in a strained voice, when the crystal moved upwards. @I think I am here.

Shana moved the earth around the crystal away. It was spreading, slowly, but steadily. The crystal was still glowing, pulsing in his violett light. The light felt wrong, so utterly wrong.

Ben placed his hand on her forehead and she felt better, warmth floated through her body and she relaxed when the pain vanished. She smiled at him gratefully. "Thanks, Ben." She pointed at the thins grootlike vines, that slowly started to crawl over the earth. "Can we get it out somehow? Maybe shovel it into a bucket?"

"I don't think so." Amara smiled at them. "Give me a moment." She walked over to Jürgen, placed a hand on his arm. "Just leave him be? If he's feeling too important for us lowly humans, then he can leave." She smiled at him, hoped to desescalate this somehow. "Don't give him the satisfaction to provoke you." Her eyes wandered to the Apex, turning cold. "I feel like you should apologize, or maybe leave. There's enough bloodshed already with the disappearances." @Steel Inquisitive @Vargo Seldon @Chasmfiend#1 @Godhunter

Shana stepped closer and looked at the crystal. Inhaling more stormlight to fuel her body healing slowly. Keeping her weight of her leg, she knelt down. It looked strange, as if it was growing, pulsing slightly in this eerie violett light. She touched it with her finger and hastily pulled her hand back. It'd parked her. "I have no idea, what it is. Ben could know. He's smart." @I think I am here. @Dr. Dapper @NoiseSpren @BookishOcelot @Sherlock Holmes @xinoehp512

Shana heard Leona turn away and concentrated. She attacked the woman again, but she evaded and Shana smiled. A challenge. Dancing to the side she slammed one of her blades against the womans's chest, accepting a blow to her leg. It hurt, but the satisfaction to see the woman bleed, to hear her screaming. Whirling around she stumbled when her leg didn't move as she had planed and with a scream shoved one of the blades right through the woman's chest. Pulling her weapon out again, blood sprayed over her chest, but she ignored it, looked around. Three gone, one left, whoch Ax was fighting. The crystal fell to the ground and as soon as it touched the earth it started to spread little lines forming, just like groots.

Shana waited until the woman was turned away, then she attacked herself. Her body moved just as she had practiced and she felt great. She aimed for the chest, but only hit the arm instead, when she got distracted by Leona stumbling. Hastily she covered her friend, neglecting her own to do so. The woman screamed and stabbed at her, suddenly holding a knife in her free hand. The blade scrapped over the stupid girls (=Shana) ribs, easily drawing blood. @NoiseSpren @Dr. Dapper @I think I am here. @BookishOcelot
