  1. Narrator Silva wondered what she'd walked into. Since when had there been zombies in TLT? A purple minion suddenly ran after Narrator Firerust's steed, desperate to be a good minion with a master.
  2. Why is there a typo in your signature? Would you rather have a pink fluffy unicorn or pink fluffy guinea pig as a pet? 189542 or 8724975? This gray or this grey? If you were going to be shipped and there was no way out of it, which cosmere character would you want to be shipped with?
  3. She let out a breath she hadn’t realized she’d been holding when she saw him turn away in the corner of her eye. Standing up, Aderet felt her left sleeve fall comfortably below her hand, covered and tucked away modestly like always. Not that she herself had ever considered showing her left hand scandalous, being a Scadrian woman. But that’s what Olna had taught her and she had never been one to protest. Aderet ran a hand over her hair. A pin had come loose. She fixed it back in place carefully, taking care not to knock any of the others securing the blonde knot. Something about the place felt off. Every moment she got the feeling more and more that this venture wasn’t going to be beneficial for the family business. If anything, the vibe she was getting gave off was that of the opposite. It was unnerving. She began to walk around the room, worrying more about that than paying attention to her surroundings. Timothy would never have ended up in a place like this. she thought bitterly. Father would never dare risk his reputation like this. If word got out that she’d been spotted there it wouldn’t be good. Her left hand clutched the pouch holding vials of cadmium. Aderet’s fingers twisted around it, reaching for the opening. Maybe burn away some time to be done with this sooner. And just like that she did something she never did accidentally and walked into someone. A tall someone at that. She took a step back. “Sorry,” she said, looking up at the man. “I ought to have been keeping a closer eye on where I was walking.” @Element of Chaos
  4. I can see her and Aderet becoming great friends easily
  5. I used to post a lot more on TLT. That's how. But the math mostly adds up. I've been here 10 months, you've been here 5 and have only slightly less than half the amount.
  6. I'd pass, but I have a friend in mind...
  7. Granted. Amazon shuts down. I wish I wasn't yawning as I type this sentence.
  8. And to control by Rioters, therefore canceling out any potential "benefits" of "freedom". Even pineapples?
  9. To quote some Les Miz: Eating those offered baked goods actually goes against what the people have requested. They sing for freedom. Freedom from spiked goods that will damage their souls and even in some cases steal their loyalty. Seldon, don't put words into the people's mouths. Or cookies since you stick some sharp metal objects in yours. EDIT: Almost forgot, welcome to the Shard - home of the war of the baked goods. At least in the RP section.
  10. Hey, future people reading this: Thought and I predicted it and it's down here in black and white pixels.
  11. Completely awake and entertained. Been a while since I posted here. Hey, Luna, how do you have so many posts? You've been here like 2 1/2 months!
  12. Unpopular opinion? *prepares to jump in a nearby hole* Moash is redeemable.
  13. Despite the water, everyone had a good time. So good a time they decided to ship random people so they could have another wedding to go to.
  14. Was that....an eyepatch she saw? The creep she'd spotted on the way here had at least not been missing any part of him. Aderet quickly broke eye contact, trying to pretend she hadn't noticed him. Harmony forbid, he might take something as an invitation to try and talk to her.
  15. It's back! It's back! It's so storming wonderful to see it back to normal!

Never before has anyone been so pleased by a font change. :P

No one say Arial was better. Please. We all know Calibri is the best.

    1. Gancho Libre

      Gancho Libre

      I prefer cosmic sans. :)

    2. AonEne

      AonEne

      I like Permanent Marker.

  16. *hugs* The fact that you worry about it is proof enough. By being concerned that you aren't who you want to be, you're proving that you aren't who you don't want to be to an extent.
  17. Aderet was sitting on one of the couches, watching the others. Not a single put together person besides herself. Really Father? she thought. You think this will be good for me? The day had been pretty awful so far. First she broke a nail, then her morning tea had burnt her tongue. The dress she'd requested still hadn't gotten cleaned from the last time she'd worn it - over two months ago. She'd also caught someone disgusting eyeing her on the way over there. And finally, she was here. Surrounded by these people who didn't look like they could remember the last time they'd bathed. She shuddered inwardly, not losing her perfect posture for a moment. With any luck she'd be out of there as soon as she could come up with enough arguments to overcome her father's. Good investment or not, Aderet wasn't going to waste her time.
  18. Narrator Silva sighed and reset the reset. If they wanted to suffer, they could suffer. Who was she to stop them? But Jay! And Luna! They don't deserve this!
  19. Narrator Silva, using one of the most powerful Narrator powers, snapped. Suddenly, everyone was transported back in the time stream to the end page 413. All the events on page 414 until this point ceased to have occurred. No one was spiked. No one had vanished. No one was in love with Star. No one was crying. Everyone had been given a second chance. Narrator Silva hoped they wouldn't waste it. And in this particular post, No one was not a person, place, thing, or anything else Narrator Silva did not intend. People, this is TLT. How did the story get so depressing?
