  1. So the suspicion is that I've been shot by people, but the damage hasn't shown? I don't really know what to say to that, as I wasn't aware I'd been hit. I thought I was just getting really lucky and not taking damage, since my ship is fine. Do you know who claims to have shot me?
  2. I get the impression from the write-up that Striker was shot down by the Rebels, probably taking a hit or two from Krell as well. That tells me that Gaea is probably not an elim, unless there really are two left. That leaves us with: Xino Ark Fura Bard Of all these, I'm starting to really suspect Fura, so that's where my vote will start. Sorry this isn't longer, I don't have a ton of time before I get off work and go to sleep.
  3. The problem I have with this is that if Bard is the SK, his Krell win-con wouldn't have been activated yet. If he does believe we're this close to the end of the game, it would be dangerous to side with the Krell, especially if he really does believe we're close to getting the last elim. If the win-con hasn't been triggered, he wins with village.
  4. Bad Wolf took to the skies - maybe for the last time. She wasn't sure why, but her flight was turning on her. Hadn't they seen her flying? Now wasn't the time to worry about that. It was time to take down the Krell. If everyone wanted to kick her out of the DDF, she'd make her last flight an unforgettable one. --- That was going to be longer, but I'm suddenly on a time crunch. On to more important things. 2. Xinoehp512, "Llerk" - Neutral. Too little contribution to say one way or another. Could be inactive elim. @xinoehp5123. Elandera "Bad Wolf" Brenna - Me. Village. Because village.6. Ark1002, Bard "Bastard" Dominion - Neutral, though possible elim lean. He's been able to fly under the radar due to his normal style, but he could still be an elim using that as a cover.7. Furamirionind, Julis "Junior" Elliot - Slight elim lean. Possible distancing votes with Joe earlier in the game, along with the strange refusal to vote on Maill once things started turning away from me.9. StrikerEZ, Seth "Striker" Johnson - Village. Can't remember why, but I feel like he's proven it (again, time crunch won't let me look and confirm)10. Young Bard, Rivelda "Topsy-Turvy" Kline - SK or Village. I don't like that he says we can ignore the Krell, but that also doesn't seem like something an SK would suggest. Probably village.14. XXGaea, Iradesca "Paradise Song" Aleh - Same as Xino, too little info to say for sure. @xxGaea17. Drake "" Marshall - Probably village. I know this is a flip, but his statement yesterday saying he was certain I was elim would be a dangerous move for an elim to say against someone who'd flip village.
  5. I don't actually think they're the SK Fura is acting too strangely for me to think they're anything but village at this point, though a part of me still suspects possible elim.
  6. Are you the SK and trying to get yourself lynched?
  7. Agreed. Then he has to be an elim, unless Bard is lying. And as someone (Striker?) pointed out, lying to get a villager lynched would turn on him quickly.
  8. I mean, it is odd, but I can't disagree with it. If Bard shot Maill, and Striker is in Largo 2 and you're in Largo 3, then Maill isn't in a ship. So either he's an elim, or we're about to make a huge mistake and lynch the SK.
  9. Ignore my above edit. I was misremembering the ship list, and thought there were two ships with downed shields along with the Largo 2 which was damaged.
  10. I've said this before. Look at the timing of my vote change, and look at my arguments D1 (and past games, including one where I lynched myself for the sake of having a lynch). The votes were tied between Bard and Stick. No one else was on, and it was within the last 10 minutes if the turn, IIRC. As village, we couldn't afford to not lynch someone for the second turn in a row. That loses valuable time to gain information, allowing elims to better control who dies. At least when someone is actually lynched and we see their alignment, we can look at the voting patterns. I still think, even being the deciding vote, that the attempt at a tie was to save Bard. The only thing I could do to ensure a lynch was to turn on Stick, even if I found Bard the better choice. A tie would have left us in the same place as when we started that turn. Or worse, because we could have been wondering if the votes were trying to save Stick too, leading to a second turn wasted on votes split between Bard and Stick. EDIT: Not that I'm defending Maill, as I do believe he's a better lynch candidate, but couldn't he also be flying one of the ships with a downed shield? Just because Bard hit them once doesn't mean they'd take automatic damage. Why would you assume it had to be Largo 3?
  11. I mean that of the reasonings given, yours seems most vague (aside from Ark, but that fits Ark). It seems based on a voting pattern that previously you said fits what I'd usually do. Bard's reasoning was also pretty vague, which is why I called him on it.
  12. There are a few things giving me pause about my vote on Drake. This being the biggest thing. It gives me a strong village vibe. An elim making this kind of a statement on someone they know is village would be dangerous. Granted they could be playing mindgames, but I don't think so. Of all the votes on me, the most opportunistic seems to be Maill. I'm also starting to suspect the elims are among the less- to inactives. I'll be switching from Drake to Maill. One of the problems I have with your vote on me, aside from the fact that it's a vote on me, is it seems to be mostly based on analysis of Fura. I get that if you suspect a team of Fura and myself, voting on the one with votes already makes sense, but what reasoning outside of Fura do you have for suspecting me? Vote Count: Elandera (4) - Drake, Ark, Maill, Bard Drake (1) - Fura Maill (1) - Elandera
  13. And you say my voting pattern is off... Feel better Fura! I know how difficult this game is while sick.
  14. Brenna Rose was getting more and more frustrated with the outcome of the fights. They were holding off the Krell, but not well enough. Steel was right. They'd come too close to losing Alta. They needed to weed out the rebels. "I think we should start with Drake Marshall," she said as they sat under the glare of Steel. "Things don't add up with him, especially after Number 4 died." --- Time to respond to the suspicions. @MrakeDarshall Your first point against me was that I assumed Devotary was shot down by gunners. That was a misunderstanding of the rules, thinking the Krell and Pilot ships worked the same way. I knew that Krell could shoot down pilots, but I figured it would be very strange RNG to have enough attacks on one person (among an almost complete flight) by the Krell to have shot them down. My push to lynch you came as I started to review past cycles and see a connection between yourself, Bard, and Joe. I don't think it would be a good idea to counter initial suspicion with a push to lynch when, in your hypothesis, I would know you'd flip village. That would turn on me pretty quickly. I can't really counter a gut read, as it's a good portion of what I have on you, so *shrug*. It is what it is. Traditionally, I have over-analyzed and questioned so many of my decisions. I've been trying to curb that lately when it comes to gut reads since I usually find my gut is better than my brain in determining elimineyness (yes, I'm sticking to that word). So I'm trying to play that if there's reasonable suspicion against a person, and not enough reason to move it to someone else, I'm going to stick with it. I also can't help that I've lynched a few villagers. Everyone else has too, considering the only elim death seemed to be a result of wingmate rules.
  15. Well, we should have enough people to handle it. Good luck with Doomslug!
  16. Oh! Does that mean you can't take an action? Interesting.
  17. Uh... What? You don't feel like attacking when there's a lifebuster that could end the game?
  18. Bad Wolf fired up the acclivity ring on her ship and took off into the sky once again, responding to the call for a battle. On her way, she started to hear rumors. Rumors that chilled her to the bone. A lifebuster. "Bad Wolf reporting," she said as she turned her ship toward the incoming Krell. "Where do you want me?" Steel responded with coordinates and an order. "Get here fast. There's a lifebuster on the way. We need to take it down now." "On my way," she said, working to keep the quiver from her voice. She was Bad Wolf now, and Bad Wolf would not be afraid. She lifted into the air with a few other pilots who'd been given the same order. They all engaged afterburners. There was no time to lose with a lifebuster. "So, plannin' and stuff: I says we all just kinda swarm the thing an' hope for the best, the hell with doin' anythin' fancy," said over the comms. "Maybe take a potshot at a random one of the escort ships, if'n you arrive late to the party an' we've already exploded the piñata. Who's with me?" "I am," Bad Wolf responded. "Let's take this thing down now." She closed her transmission and whispered to herself. "Bad Wolf, defender of Detritus."
  19. I mean, I don't think there needs to be too much organization. Striker has already offered to launch an IMP missile, which means we only need three people to fire at the lifebuster to destroy it. If you're concerned there won't be enough attacks on it, fire away. If your attack wasn't needed, it'll be redirected to one of the surrounding Krell. I just don't think announcing every person who plans to attack the lifebuster is a good idea. Person A, B, C, and D all fire at the Lifebuster after announcing they would do so. Krell will then attack persons A-D, removing their shields. Gunners then know persons A-D will be vulnerable, and will have their pickings for whom to kill. Also, if the traitor is active, then announcing everyone would allow them to pick their roleblock or attack target in an effort to keep the Lifebuster alive.
  20. Welcome! We're glad to have you here, no matter what brought you in, threats or no. Though you may want to get used to the potential for death. There is quite a bit of murdering that happens in these parts.
  21. We should also be careful of having too many people target the Lifebuster, since the Krell fire back at those people specifically. Gunners might be opportunistic if they know who exactly will be targeting the lifebuster.
  22. One largo should use its IMP missile on the lifebuster. Then we'll need either a Gunner to hit it, or a few ships working together. More analysis to come later, on mobile and with family.
  23. Vote count: Drake (2) - Elandera, Ark Lumgol (2) - Bard, Fura Bard (1) - Lumgol I'm going to leave my vote on Drake. Though his explanations make sense, my gut is still telling me something is off there. Lumgol does seem suspicious though, so I'm okay with leaving things at a tie (now that the rules have changed.. thanks Steel!)
  24. Shhh.... it's not like I skimmed over the specifics of deaths... nope. Not at all. I definitely read the whole thing thoroughly.
  25. I'll be gone and without internet for about a week the second week into this game, but I'll take a spec doc.
