    For simplicity’s sake, let’s keep them the same. Sorry, I think I am here... I’m pretty surprised that no one’s done Jasnah, Lift, or Syl yet... in fact, there’s only been one female character. Props to @Sorana for that...

    No doubt in my mind that they are Era 4 Scadrians. Sixth of the Dusk is the furthest along in the Cosmere timeline so far, and we know that in Era 4, the Scadrians are now a technology empire with space travel. Everything lines up.

    Hm... my biggest Hoid theory: Hoid lost something in his life– most likely, someone he loved died– and it is directly linked to the Shattering. His ultimate goal is to bring that person or thing back to life. However, bringing this person or thing back is incredibly dangerous for the Cosmere. In Era 4 Mistborn, the conclusion to the Cosmere, Hoid will be the main antagonist. In the end, the protagonists of Era 4 MB will convince Hoid that sometimes, you need to move on for life to move forward. Hoid gives up his struggle, but it is too late. Hoid dies, and the everything in the Cosmere is knocked off balance, instigating the end of the Cosmere. As an epilogue, perhaps the Cosmere starts to rebuild itself, but it will be completely from scratch.

    Adolin is just a nice name, in my opinion. Mraize sounds storming awesome. Vedeledev is just so fun to write and speak. Ash is just short and simple. I like it. Totally not biased...

    @Mistspren, unfortunately, Arclo has already been taken. I am proud to announce the Cosmere Character Roast Battle Tournament Roast Archive! There are links to each roast submitted in Tournament One, and after Tournament Two is finished, I will update the document. I encourage you to visit the doc and read through the roasts– they're really fun to read, and to rap out loud! Here is the link.

    You got it! I’ll add you both to the list. @Herowannabe, I added "pinch hitters" to my post to kick off Tournament 2. Basically, people will be put on a waiting list. When they step in, they "chameleonize" and take over the previous person's character. In the semifinals and finals, we'll go off of the second place winner from the round before. They will also have to "chameleonize" to the previous person's character.

Ising the being of well-deserved victory, Zath. Congratulations! All the upvotes to you. Winner winner chouta dinner. ~~~ I hope everyone had fun competing in the tournament! I loved putting it together, and I’m so excited for the next group of competitors. I will start the next tournament 10 or 11 days from now. Here are the people on the reserved list: @Mistspren @Herowannabe @hoiditthroughthegrapevine @Valhalla @AxeliustheGreat @Edgedancer Jak @Rhapsody @I think I am here. @Archer We still need at least 7 more competitors! In these next 10-11 days, please respond on this thread with which character you would want to represent. You are definitely allowed to pick one that has already been used. If you are a returning competitor, I highly encourage you to pick someone new to represent. Stick to Cosmere characters only, please! As something new for this round, if you are too late to sign up for this round, you might still be able to compete. You will be put on a waiting list, so if anyone is unable to participate, you can step in and represent their character. However, this is only for the primary round. In the semifinals and championships, if someone is unable to compete, the second place winner from their previous match will step in. They will also have to represent the previous person's character. If you are a filler person, you are allowed to be on the reserved list for the next tournament. However, if you are pulled into the current tournament, you will be taken off the reserved list. Okay, wow, I’m terrible at explaining things. If anyone needs a further explanation, please let me know! In this 10-11 day break period, smack talk is allowed, and in fact, encouraged. However, make sure that you are roasting only the characters and not the users representing them. Also, please think twice before posting smack talk and think about if something is going over the line. Additionally, do not post anything that would be deemed inappropriate by 17th Shard site rules.     Same thing happened to me. Someone called my friend Ashley “Ash”... and I was like: “You called?” Another friend stood off to the side and rolled their eyes. “It’s her no life site.” I responded by saying: “Well, I have more friends online than you have in real life, so...” They tried to argue, but the Cosmere Character Roast Battle Tournament gave me some great comebacks...
