    The quiz first gave me Willshaper, so I went with that for the TWOK campaign and decided to be a Willshaper for a while. The next time I took it I got Lightweaver. My personal choice would be Skybreaker or Skybreaker-Willshaper combo, and I went for Skybreaker stuff this time around. Been a while since I last took the quiz, curious what it would give me now...

    Alright so - basically my thought is that, with the intent of keeping vampires secret, lying and gaslighting is understandable, if still not nice to be on the other side of. Better to save her life, and then try to save it again by not [New Moon spoilers] than to risk it, I think is the thought process - the motivation makes a difference to me, where if he'd been gaslighting her about something just for kicks and giggles or to feel powerful, that's textbook abuse. Or like, from a perceived danger that he can't be sure about (like driving, where she might have been fine to drive), that's getting overprotective and can definitely be a red flag. I don't think this gaslighting is a green flag, but I do think in context, it's arguably not abusive, as it's done for a legitimate reason. [later Twilight]

    Are you up for discussion or just wanting to post your thoughts? Because I do actually think there's an argument to be made that the gaslighting in this instance is justifiable (debatable, but an argument).

    No worries So sand mastery and cytonics are from two different worlds - how did an anthropomorphic dog, made of aluminum or not, get access to either of those powers? I'm not gonna say you can't RP here, that's your decision, but I'll note that you'll probably be spoiled on a lot - this RP is full spoilers for published works - and you'll likely be confused on things. The Coppermind will help, but reading the books is the intended way of gaining the basic information. Up to you if you want to dive in that deep end, just wanted to warn you that this isn't really intended as a beginner's space.

    We generally like characters existing to make sense, and not just handwave stuff with "they appeared for no reason" and "how were they made? who knows!". Aluminum can't usually be Awakened, and I'd discourage going against the magic system rules.

    Disagree on the well-written part, personally. Bold of you to assume I'm not immortal Not anytime recently. I tend to agree with Grey where he's talked about it before and on Shardcast, but for a very brief summary so as to not derail - I think Moash killing Elhokar was not the best outcome (that's Elhokar alive and in jail), but I think it was still a good outcome. And I think he was narratively character assassinated hard in RoW, but even in that book is still sympathetic and far more redeemable than Dalinar. I'm sure that one way or another, whether he dies in SA5 or not, we'll have a lot to say on the podcast about him...
