Hello all! Apologies for it being a bit last minute, but we've got the spoiler period end date for Isles of the Emberdark for you: March 4th. It's one month after the Tor release of the book, plus a day, because the Hoid Storybooks BackerKit is launching on the 3rd, and we wanted to give this a little more breathing room. When the spoiler period ends, we'll be moving all IotE threads - as well as Sixth of the Dusk threads - into Cosmere Discussion. We're also moving all The Sunlit Man threads into Cosmere Discussion and removing TSM's subforum. It's not getting a lot of activity, and we think a book-only spoilers subforum for IotE would likely be the same. Future threads discussing these stories can be made in Cosmere Discussion.

I don't remember if I've ever touched him, but I've seen him touch stuff that I had previously touched and knew was real, so if he is a hologram it's a solid one.

Yeah, we're more lax with the location, you can put something obviously not true there.

Hey Aliroz, I wanted to let you know that we staff hid the posts in question because we thought that comparison was not okay - in fact it goes against our code of conduct. You don't have to leave the forums.

If you go to bed then the convention ends!! Simply never go to bed and then you can hang out with friends indefinitely I think an easy way to make it better would have been not sending people to wait in lines over and over again and just sending people to stations fewer times, or having more quests be "go to any station after", stuff like that. All the errors in the puzzles were also unfortunate. (And the fact that it said the story had been reviewed for continuity but apparently hadn't actually been? XD) The game really needed more playtesting/drafting, imo. The puzzles that did work were fun, though! And the exhibitor stamp situation was...still not ideal but it seemed better than last year! Having more space for the exhibitor hall likely helped with that.

It might be a relic, I'm not sure that I've noticed it happening recently! We'll have to revisit that at some point.

I love WoF. Possibly my favorite book series, tbh. The Hybrid Prince preview readings from FanWing Fest Of the mainline three arcs, my top five favorite main POV characters are probably Glory, Moon, Qibli, Sundew, and Snowfall. It's a fairly close race for a lot of them though - there aren't any POV characters I really dislike because the writing is just so excellent, especially in the later arcs.
