Thanks! You too! I sleep on blankets and stuff on the floor because my heatvent is under my bed and I like the heat. I am cold all the time. I'll move back to my bed proper in the summer, when it starts putting out cold air instead of warm.

I wouldn't completely write this off as an option, some people might prefer to know that you know even if it's awkward. But it would be a potentially hard conversation to have, and others might not want to know, and I don't blame you if you want to avoid it.

I don't think you're blowing it out of proportion, it's not cool to out people without their knowledge/if they're not okay with it. Even if A is queer themself, they should not have done that (and why are they going down a list telling you what everyone is anyway? what even is the point of that??).

Some form of pastry, usually. What foods I eat are very erratic - sometimes I like bacon, sometimes the idea of eating something hot or heavy for breakfast makes me want to die. Today my breakfast is a slice of sweetbread and hot cheetos. eating is hard lol Because of this freaking wizard: Just woke up but good so far! I have a doctor's appointment today so that's exciting. Hoping to get something that will actually stop my periods because the pills that are supposed to do it aren't. I don't want to resort to surgery if I don't have to... I'm usually either in my desk chair (my laptop sits on my desk) or on the ground, which is currently my bed, so technically bed? Because Mestiv decided to be the Bestiv (I'm never gonna get tired of Mestiv Festiv Bestiv jokes) Oooooh boy hmmmm. I love the entire second arc if I'm being honest but Darkness of Dragons probably wins, in part because that ending is just so excellent. Poison Jungle and Dangerous Gift are both just so great in terms of character arcs; DG's plot is mostly setup but I almost don't really care because it's just that good anyway? And Darkstalker will always be a classic for this sort of question just because it stands so well on its own, everything about it is a good story. I can't choose ONE, have the top four in no particular order fun question! I'm partial to pines and evergreens, they look nice year-round and we have a bunch of them at home, so. But honestly I like all trees, especially the climbable ones. If you can climb it and it sheds Good Sticks and has nice leaves then it's a good tree. Waking up inner smol Ene with this lol

I think he certainly has more problems than the sexism, Brandon's talked about that and it's clear in the text, but I do count it as one of them. A person doesn't need to consciously care about gender to have internalized sexism and to do sexist things. Something can also be both sexist and wrong for other reasons. You don't have to be a fictional character to analyze things

Wayne is absolutely sexist. I'll see if I can come back with more explanation in a bit, but I wanted to throw out something just so any lurkers wouldn't think there's only one opinion on this - he expressed sexist behaviors and it wasn't okay. There is much more to sexism than "I hate women and think they're stupid". Sexism in the real world far more often looks like "women are great~, I love flirting with them, and they don't mind haha" or "the way I treat this person doesn't stem directly from them being a woman, but I'd be treating them differently or better if they were a man". The way he treats Marasi, Steris, Allriandre, Ranette, and women in general is motivated by several things, but sexism is interwoven. This is explicitly addressed in TLM (to varying peoples' levels of satisfaction...) but that does not mean it was not happening earlier. Brandon intentionally wrote him this way.

Hi! Brandon unfortunately doesn't have a lot of time to talk to fans these days, much less to be friends with them. Your best bet for talking to him is on reddit, but even there, it's not a definite. His schedule is pretty packed and I also don't think he looks for personal friends among his fandom for the most part anymore. I'd encourage you to try to find other friends and things you enjoy and not let Brandon be everything to you. It's totally cool to love him as an author and look up to him, but it's best not to have one person you've never met as the only important thing in your life. -
We don't ban accounts that have no signs of being bots. If there's no advertisement in their profile, we leave them be. We might reach a point where we have too many accounts and have to start deleting unused ones or ones only made for Aether of Night (there're a lot of those), but I don't think we're there yet. I don't know how much they add to hosting costs right now, though. Timing, on the other hand, doesn't matter - if they've got spam in their about me or website links, then even if they haven't been online since they created the account, it's still spam and can still be reported.
