  1. “Very well,” Wilhelm said, and closed his eyes waiting for sleep to take him over. @Voidus
  2. “I disagree,” Wilhelm said, as he organised some wood and laid down in it. “We have sources of water here, food, material for building, and cover.” He yawned, and in the process, accidentally showed some of his jagged yellow teeth. “We should stay, for at least until we can survive forever only staying here. Then we can venture, but you first need a shelter you can arrive to if things get messy.”
  3. “And I’m Wes, though you can just call me Wes,” Wes said. He looked to Mike, who hadn’t answered his question. But maybe that was for a reason. “How about Mr. Mike?” Wes asked. It felt odd to call his leader by simply his first name.
  4. Wes nodded. “Definitely.” He checked his reserves. “I still have a little stored in my metalminds. But mainly,” he continued quietly. “I’m just glad I’m out of that room.” He looked to Mike with wide eyes. “If we ever have to report to Mr. Itiah again, can I be out of it, sir? Please?”
  5. Lusk got the message from Zokora and froze. He laughed a bit. Full access to information on TUBA, the DA and the Ghostbloods? Tell him no, he texted back. Storming no. This spren really overestimates how much we’re willing to pay, tell him we could probably trap him in a gemstone and torture him for info but for once we’re doing it the normal way. He paused. Then sighed. Actually, don’t tell him that. We’re here for diplomacy. Make a counter-offer, way lower than whatever rust the spren’s thinking of.
  6. Wilhelm saw Lisa return, one of those special ettmetal blades in hand. Which according to Renata meant Hellbent was dead. He was willing to trust her on that. Still, if only they had that body now. With all the height and muscle, that was some good meat. Shaking his head he took out a slab of old bear meat and took a bite, wrapping it up again and putting it away. “That eye only came when Hellbent killed someone,” he said. “Does death attract it?”
  7. Shez was knocked back and he felt the hand around his neck begin to tighten. He roared. Edahs had just killed another man. And inside, Shez could feel Alask anguish, could feel Alask’s utter despair at having one of his own people killed. And that anger raged in the Shade, far stronger than any fire. Using advantage of his strength and the close distance, Shez roared, grabbing Edahs and jumped, and as they landed he tried to crunch Edahs onto the sidewalk, his hand still around Shez’s throat.
  8. Chuckling Mr. Itiah wrote it down. “Guns n’ Ninjas,” he repeated, writing it down. He’d get the team registered with the Coucil data base soon enough. A team of underlings. He hadn’t seen one in a long while. He clapped his hands together. “Alright, it good to meet you guys, and your report has been noted. You’re dismissed.” —- Wes felt warm inside that Mike had chosen his compromise idea. Mike was a good leader.
  9. Brillin let her take the lead for the moment, it wasn probably better with her directing it. Slowly he also tried to do it as well, longer steps some way, shorter others, to try and get them going in a circle. He thought about her question for a moment, trying to dodge a table. She was right, smaller circles. “Two days, three at most, not counting tonight. Then I’ll catch a train.” He slowly began to get the rhythm of it, mustering the confidence to stop looking down at his shoes, looking over Attayl’s shoulder. “I could get the hang of this dance,” he said. It was relaxing. With proper music, however, he could only imagine how it would be like.
  10. “Oh, yeah.” Brillin felt her tap a beat on his arm and he waited until on one beat he stepped forward slowly with his right foot. He tried his best to lead Attayl into it, and accidentally pulled on her arm. “Sorry,” he said. Moving his left foot to the side, he tried closing with his right foot again. She was looking over his shoulder and he tried to do the same, still looking down at his feet occasionally. He listened to her, to what she said she’d wanted to do. Write, drink tea. Brillin found it saddening, he would have offered to help with the writing part at least, but he knew in a few days he would be leaving. Never get too connected, that was the point of travelling. Move on, new experiences and new people. Soon he would be in Wyllion, the experiences with the Parlour only a memory, fading away just as his experiences in the city previous to Elendel were now only memories. “The the lives of high-born people can look tempting,” Brillin agreed. “But then, whenever I try to observe them, I am usually stopped by some security or another.”
  11. “Sure,” Brillin said, taking her hand. He tried to get into the position she had shown, with his hand resting on her back and their other hands linked. He realised they were standing directly in front of each other. “Oh, laterally offset,” he said, and shuffled a bit to the side. “I assume you like dancing,” he said. “For you to know so much about it?”
  12. Brillin nodded. “So, forward with right, side with left, close, back with left, side with right, close?” He remembered a little bit, and some of his times dancing previously came back to him. “Okay,” he smiled. “I think I’ve got it.”
  13. “Um,” he liked Death Ninja Squad. “I mean, I like the other one, but if you want to do your one, I’m fine, really.” —- Mr. Itiah looked at his watch. “If you could be a little faster, that would be great.” Still, he couldn’t stop a small smile. They were pretty much kids, what else did he expect them to do?
  14. As the liquid stone was lashed upwards Rob solidified it, creating a large and very tall wall. “We can use for defense,” he said as he made handholds and began to climb up the wall. When he was at the top he made large rocks out of the wall’s stone and threw them down on the enemy.
  15. “Um,” Wes said, not wanting to make anyone unhappy. “How about Guns n’ Ninjas?” —- Mr. Itiah could hear the conversation and he facepalmed. Underlings. But as the man named Darkness broke out in song Mr. Itiah hummed a little as well. That one had good music taste.
  16. Storms, the man was precise. Sethramir bounced off the headband and with surprising strength the Shardblade was ripped from Max’s hands. Max let it be pulled from him as he ducked to the side of Vesuvius, and in an instant Sethramir was back in his grasp. He tried a wide swing for Vesuvius’ hips. “Killing actual soldiers would show your strength,” Max said while he swung. “Not children.”
  17. Brillin smiled, and felt his hesitation ease away as he took her hand and stood, doing an over-the-top bow jokingly. “Lady Attayl,” He said, like if he was some noble. Or better, an actual gentleman explorer. “Which dance do we start with?”
  18. “Me too,” Wes nodded quickly. “It makes us seem so cool.”
  19. “Really?” Brillin said, interested. “I would like that, I don’t think I’ve ever learned how to properly dance before. I just sort of improvise and hope nothing bad comes out of it,” he smiled abashedly and looked down. “But if it’s not too much trouble,” he said, looking back at Attayl. Definitely, she would go in his book, such an interesting woman. Gang affiliations, but knew dances by heart. “Then I don’t see why not.”
  20. @xinoehp512 Alask lost control and Shez tried ramming into Edahs again, but something was blocking him. Something he couldn’t see. Roaring he tried scratching and hitting the shield, but when the bottle of liquid was thrown to Edahs, Shez knee that the two women were his allies. Alask sighed in relief. Telling Shez was one thing, but for him to realise who meant well and who didn’t, especially when enraged, it meant Shez was growing smarter.
  21. Rob turned and forced his head away and Shana turned an enemy to a crisp. He didn’t think of her as a destroyer, not at all. He just felt a little uneasy every time he saw a charred piece of bone on the ground. That could have been him, a thought whispered, but he shook it away. Shana would never do that to him. Stomping forward, he created a large pool of liquid stone in front of him. “Some one with Gravitation!” He shouted. “Lash this liquid stone upwards, I can solidify it into a wall.”
  22. “You can go anywhere, I doubt the Council really cares.” He chortled, and took out some more note paper and another pencil, writing down the names of the people Mike had mentioned. When he wrote dow Wes’ name he nodded. So that was the guy Mr. Itiah had suggested. He needed to write down the names so if the team was needed again they could be located. “Do you guys have a team name or something?” Mr. Itiah asked, when he was tilting the note. “It would be terrible to call this ‘Untitled team #86’.”
  23. “True, true,” he smiled back, remembering that old, dusty hall back in Rashekin. It had been old and broken down, but the local seniors still had their own weekly slow dance, which they claimed had been going on for 80 years. It was quaint and nice to see such a simple lifestyle. Brillin had never thought of how visiting a posh and well-kept one would feel. “Yes,” he said. “It’s been a while since I danced, I’ll need to polish up. Perhaps with a partner?” He laughed and leaned back.
