The Longest Thread (Misadventures)
Gancho Libre replied to ElephantEarwax's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
Then, in a fit of remembrance of the ghanderflaffle who was crushed so long ago, the ghanderflaffle burbled in disgust and started scratching at Butt's face.- 111830 replies

He stayed prostrate until he ran out of tears and started crying out sweat, which hurt. Once he ran out of sweat, he just lay there. For eventy-three years, five months, seventeen days, six hours, ten minutes, and forty-two seconds.- 111830 replies

Then he cried because of the exploded ghanderflaffle. Not because he cared about what happened to said ghanderflaffle, but because the remnants of it had caught fire, and the entire area was melting.- 111830 replies

Naermen opened her mouth to speak, when a voice in her head, she knew it wasn't out loud because Leya didn't flinch, interrupted her. 'Let me handle this,' said the voice of the beige mist, G.L. And Leya's eyes began glowing beige. "I thought you could only do that with hosts," Naermen said telepathically. 'This isn't me giving investiture,' said the voice. 'This is me giving knowledge. Particularly, the knowledge of your trustworthiness,' In front of them, Leya began swaying, tilting backward under a countenance of beige.

Well, shoot. I don't have any lucky numbers. I feel disappointed. And a sharp pain in my mouth. Huh. Why am I glowing?

That wasn't his weakness, so Gold-eyes just laughed, and said, "Haha, that's not my weakness," However, that made him think of what his weakness actually was, the terrible Naro, and that triggered his weakness.- 111830 replies

Naermen breathed slowly and carefully. Just because G. L. seemed to trust this Leya person didn't mean Naermen should. "I heard," Naermen said after a brief hesitation, "That you could teach me my powers. I was gifted with many but cursed to never use them until I understood them all. I need to know occulatorship," Naermen knew that her curse wasn't like that at all, but with the restrictions G.L. put on her it was close enough. "So," Naermen said, "Can you help me?"

*Jumps up and down until dizzy, then throws up all over the floor, then continues jumping* -
Naermen fell through space, enveloped in a beige mist, unable to see anything but getting a sense of her surroundings. She could breathe fine, but that was, she assumed, Feruchemical breath. The mist pulsed and swirled around her, beating in sync to her heartbeat. They flew onward, but their minds did not merge like before. G. Libre had explained that it only happened sometimes. They did not speak, they only flew. They flew farther and longer than any of the other trips they had taken. Eventually, they touched down on a rocky surface, and at once the beige around Naermen's eyes receded, forming into a saucer-shaped beige mist above her head. In front of her was a woman at a desk. She jumped when he saw Naermen. "Who are you?" the woman asked. "I'm Naermen," she replied. "I need your help," The woman humphed. "My name is Leya," she finally said. "Now, what do you need?"

Then the ghanderflaffle, sad that nobody was rhyming anymore, decreed that from now on the last word of every post has to rhyme with the last word of the previous post. And everyone posting one this thread complied cheerfully and continually. You thought I was done, didn't yall?- 111830 replies

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)

Granted. however, by a strange conundrum of bad luck and counterproductive magic working against you, you never come in contact with any form of investiture to use. I wish tomatoes came cubed.
