He can conjure/become fire, the only reason it's as low as Class C is he doesn't use it in all of its might most of the time. He is both claustrophobic and the way his leg got broken was a building falling on him on an earthquake so it is also a traumatic experience. He is immune to fire. Okay, so trust me on this, he may seem OP at first, but that leg thing is a killer. In just about every scenario it's a major detriment.

Yes, the Stormfather was merged with Tanavast's Cognitive Shadow. I don't think we know if the Nightwatcher was also there before H&C arrived, so there's no way to tell if she came from Cultivation or was just warped by the same. I think if it were going to be anyone, Cultivation would power it, not so much Honor, because of how she and the Nightwatcher as described as somewhat melding with the earth and vines around her, and Cultivation is described as trailing into the planet (I think, I could be misremembering). It might help with the odd stuff on Roshar like the movement of the continent maintaining its fractal. It also could be a perfect gem, so it might still be going, depending on certain other circumstances.

I wouldn't say it's less potent, just different. Having no father but your mother and any family you have dealing with the fallout and glorifying your father puts him on a pedestal and you begin to blame the one who took him away for not allowing you to be able to experience his love and having him around and all the cool things the others say about him. When confronted with the man who killed him, then, you'd go pretty icy, especially if that person is doing good in life. "How dare life let him continue like this" you'd think. "He should be in jail" you'd think. You would still be angry from a multitude of sources and having to contain yourself like would be expected (from what we've been shown) at that stage in Scadrial would leave you with an emptiness that is also a manifestation of the anger.

Arguably, that would lead to Allriandre hating Wayne more, since she wouldn't have any memories of her father beyond what she's been told and the few evanotypes around.

Possible, but I'd still call it unlikely based on the difficulty any sort of Cognitive Shadow would (probably) have getting around like Hoid does, even one who has refounded their Connection to the Physical.

Hoid was human at one point, so there would have to be some form of transition there, which I don't think is completely realistic.

Ruin would probably encourage it most of the time, yes, but there's certain times where it's just her remembering Reen's teachings. Like the one time it happens when she doesn't have her earring in.

First Ideal maybe, the rest of them probably not, with how tuned they are to Roshar itself and to the person/spren combo swearing it.
