But if she was stranded in PR, she says she was asleep which I think could mean that she was senseless as you point here, it is also mentioned that stormfather could not find her and assumed that she had died too, then could it be that she had become a wind spren? She just roamed around Roshar? But should not stormfather be able to find her then? Or was she actually sleeping somewhere either in PR or CR? Like pattern? Where has he been since shallan relapsed? Had he retreated into CR? Or he was locked in the safe?

Helaran was not a surgebinder and he was probably at even less than squire stage or he would have healed. He was given those shards by sky breakers. They were dead spren when a normal nahel bond breaks due to the death of a radiant, the spren are not affected much and they move on to the next potential KR. For instance wyndle moved from that cobbler to lift fairly easily with very little problem I think. Syl herself says that she was more jolted by the death of her first KR than other spren because she was relatively new to the bond and hence inexperienced and he probably died may be immediately after forming the bond. may be also I believe they remain in the physical realm coz syl said I was sleeping and stormfather found me years and years later and brought me back. @DancerAs far as I remember they breed animals that give them gemstones. Very similar to how shallan suggested doing with chasmfeinds also. But the animals they farm I forget their name, they give small gemhearts/gemstones. And apparently there is some minning also going on. Although not in detail, but kaladin did mention about the gemstones farming from breeding shelled animals in oathbringer I think... Glass well that is interesting may be it is soulcast

That would also mean that the unmakes are also of the ashyn. They came to Roshar either with humans or later? stormfather says that dawnshards broke ashyn

Food will grow, water in bath spaces, sanitation, light all over the place and may be some led tvs and computer screens will just pop up

During highstorms, honors perpendicularity is still unstable and does not stay at a place for a long time may be that’s why normally that connection is not made. But at the peaks with a permanent perpendicularlity, may be it will cause rattles during highstorms

I did not like lift when i first read edgedancer, but when i reread it, i realised that actually there is a lot of depth to her character. She only comes across as immature if you pay too much attention to what she is saying and her insistence on stealing food etc. I think she does this because she wants to believe that her wish was granted and she has not changed. She was a street urchin and she still is a street urchin, hence the food stealing shenanigans. But focus instead on her actions and you will realise the depth of her character. for instance, in edgedancer, she pretended that she was not paying any attention to what the veziers were doing, but the truth is that she was listening, she heard from there spy reports that nale is in Yeddaw. She deliberately went after him. Because, she felt that everyone pay that white assassin so much attention because he has been killing kings, but this guy(Nale) has also been killing all over roshar and no one cares to stop him just because he is killing little people. It was then i realised that ok, wow, she is more than what seems on the surface. she is not here to eat all ten pancakes that is just what she tells Wyndle. and there are many many such things that proves that she is actually awesome

Why would elsecallers or willshapers need any oathgate type mini mechanism to travel they should be able to manage it independently but may be other radiants used these? i had originally thought that these discs could be some kind of stormlight beams for more light into rooms.

They were made and then unmade. Sounds like co-opting something that was originally existing without odium. But I am not aware of any wob regarding this. Except for the red colour is for corruption wob.

I am at a loss here in understanding the logic behind this thought experiment. It is not in line with Dalinars character. Where in the story did it give you the impression that he ever laid a hand on evi? He may not be in love with her, at times he may feel that she tests his patience but that does not mean that he ever hit her. It is a work of fiction yes, but there is fiction and then there is fiction. When a novel has such complex characters, not everyone is going to like every character. It is your wish and no one is forcing you to root for him. Shallan is a major character and many don’t like her. Many don’t like Venli who is going to be major character in SA4. But atleast chose to dislike dalinars for things he actually did. And not made up things he could have done if he were a completely different person. Besides, war crimes are as serious a crime as if someone beat his wife. So if Brandon can give a war monger like dalinar such a great redemption arc then he can do it in your scenario too. Dalinar beat his wife once? Your scenario.. it seems like you think he knew she was in there and chose to burn her because she disobeyed him!! He never meant her harm. In fact he was totally broken by what happened. “I never did deserve her” is his regret. Shallan has killed both her parents teft has caused his whole community to be killed.

i agree. This is pretty much what i was thinking. Odium wants to control the perpendicularity and he sent moelach there. Seems like death rattles might just be a side effect. Also rock's wife says that our home, something is wrong, very wrong. now this could be just the death rattles but i doubt that. His wife left the peaks months ago, there is no war going on there that i can recall which would cause a lot of people dying and giving death rattles. So many that it would amount to people claiming that something is wrong here. i think there are some other effects too which might be even more creepy. It is mentioned in the epigraphs that soul nearing the tranquiline halls means when people die but "at the transition point between realms" ?? - when a person is dying, his soul transcends the realms, ok but when else could it apply? two possibilities come to mind, a) during highstorms, when the gemstones are charged, it is due to the fact that three realms are very close, plus now we also know that honor's perpendicularity manifests during the highstorms. So, will that be a time when the transition point is close, so is it possible that at that time, people will be seeing these weird visions of the future during highstorms whenever moelach is near b)is not cultivations perpendicularity similarly a transition point. so is it possible that irrespective of whether anyone is dying or not, people would be seeing these death rattles all the time now in the peaks coz maelach is near. also, if it is true, then, what could possibly happen in the peaks during the highstorms? is it even more worse?

i like where this is going. and i also remember somthing about that sheer glass wall that urithiru has. it keeps getting mentioned by people. that it is absurd. Sounds like foreshadowing to me.

shin have the honorbldes, they may have shardblades too. they did fight in their shin invasion with shards. It is likely that after the massacre of Dalinar's vision, other radiants may have decided that they need to put there shards in some place safe. I also dont think that these knights represented the entirety of their orders. I think these were just the knights of these order that were in the area.

She ran away but has she joined odium? Are we going to see some midnight essences fighting with odium oh and I don’t want to see ashertmam at all. He was creepy. Just kidding and of course moelech I think the death rattle one especially if we do go to horneater peaks

I agree that it has not been explicitly said if ambition vessel uli da is dead or not. She was surely wounded and may be in hiding. Vengeance to me seems to be in fact a possible shard if odium and ambition were to merge! That also makes me wonder that odium is said to have been wounded, he is the “broken one” so what if a few splinters of odium really did break away and got assimilated into splinters of Ambition!! Such a shardic intent especially with a dying vessel could certainly create something or be an “EVIL” force. And since she wants to lie low, because she is ambitious and she plans for the future, she might even want to have a whole continent just to herself
