Also what about the one whose Shardblade shrieked during the duel when Kaladin touched it.. Was that Relis? or jakamav? I have never understood why he too heard the scream..? Was he too a very nascent stage potential radiant?

@SzethIsBadAsHell with regard to how to revive Urithiru, I agree the two things mentioned by you are crucial. - recharging the pillar & - bonding the sibling.. May be in order to accomplish bonding the sibling, they may be required to elsecall on the sibling in the CR where he is most likely slumbering nearby. What is the area around the tower like in CR? Stormfather may be coaxed into sharing more detail into what happened with him.. Also i think the pillar will get recharged with storm light only once sibling is awakened.. before that it is going to be a futile exercise. May be sibling stays close to the pillar in similar way as re-shephir.

These are people describing what they are seeing before dying not visions from the unmade May be this person was also a potential lightweaver who dies like Elhokar and Tien.. cryptics really have awful record when it comes to keeping their potential candidates alive !!

I think he would be able to access both the normal surges as a normal truthwatcher but he would be able to use both storm light and void light to feed the surges..
