    The group spilled out onto the volcano. "Well!" declared Nogard. "Let's never go back there again." He turned to Jilu. "Were you able to find cloves?"

    Nogard huffed as hard as he could to propel himself through the portal.

    Nogard tried to blow out to slow his spinning but only managed to make himself lightheaded. "I should never have tried to visit the factory," he moaned.

    Nogard tried to air-swim and failed.

    "Huh," said Nogard. "That is bad." Nogard extended a hand to stabilize Shoe.

    Nogard found Empty quite disturbing. "Can you get us back to not-empty?"

    Nogard fell through the portal hollering.

    Nogard did his best to support the old man, but that made him half as quick. Fortunately, the hamsters seemed to have lost whatever directive they had been following and were now running around trampling everything. "Quickly!" gasped Nogard. "Portal us back!" @Ancient Elantrian

    "Uh," said Nogard. "Hamsters."

    Nogard waved at Yrank. "I guess we'll meet you there." Then he stepped through the portal.

    "Yes," said Nogard, less certainty in his voice.

    "I'm kinda curious about this factory place," said Nogard. "Could you teleport us there?"

    "Hold on. This is near that 'factory' place?"

    Nogard looked around, his eyes taking on a far-off look for just a moment. Then he shook his head. "Grass. Right." He bent down and pulled out a clump of grass. "There we go."

    "For now," said Nogard, stepping through the portal.

    "Let's go, then! It sounds like most of the others will stay here and wait. Maybe look for cloves."

    "That's okay," said Nogard assuringly, "you can stay and guard the newt eyes."

    "You can teleport us?" Nogard inquired curiously. "That sounds practical."

    Nogard looked puzzled. "What's a 'factory'?" Nogard continued to look puzzled. "How else would we get there?"
