    I propose an amendment to #4. 4.Rule Maximum Rule: there may be a maximum of 75 rules at a time, if another rule is passed, the oldestleast voted for rule is pushed out of effect. Players may vote on rules already passed. I also propose a new rule. The Game State rule: The Game State shall be represented by a number of Pieces of different types; A Board shall exist, containing a number of different Places; Places can hold Pieces; Each Piece must be in one and only one Place; Privileges allow Players to alter the Game State; Pieces may grant one or more Privileges; Each Player will have a Place designated as their Hand; Places include: The Pool; Pieces include: ∞ Eggs in the Pool; 1 Crown in the Pool; Privilege-create, modify, or remove Pieces or Places; Privilege-move any Piece; 9 Tokens in each Hand; Players may suggest proposals, amendments, movement, or removal of existing Pieces or Places; Upon a majority vote of more than three players, said proposals, amendments, movements, or removals are taken into effect.

    Jacob paced slowly down the length of the prison hallway, taking down a few notes on each occupant he passed. There weren't many. Silence took few prisoners, and those he did take rarely stayed here for very long. 

    But there was one prisoner that had been locked here for weeks now already. And with Silence absent, she would be staying here for a while longer.
