  1. Well, @Devotary of Spontaneity was online just a few minutes ago, but they haven’t commented on any of this... Really makes me think we should just all switch to a Devo vote tbh. That is super suspicious. All of this discussion has been around them, and they aren’t commenting at all. Edit: Wait, they’re viewing the thread now, have anything to say Devo?

  3. Order. Tying myself with them makes sense to me. I think I’m more sus of Connie, so I’d prefer that tie, but this works too. And technically it still works to find an Elim. If I’m saved by Devo, I’ll know that Devo is an Elim, and even though I am village, what must’ve happened is one of the unlikely scenarios where me being Vil doesn’t clear Devo. For the rest of you, me surviving due to Devo is functionally the same. You just wouldn’t be able to clear me. So if I’m saved by Devo, we are all in absolute agreement that they are Elim.
  4. I’m down, it it means clearing the Greys. But y’all should be sure it actually does. Think of every possible scenario where it doesn’t, and see how likely they are.
  5. The terror this image invokes is indescribable. 020E6329-F6D4-4F08-98A7-E937818D6924.jpeg.28406c40505df7affe5f3237359ff9a8.jpeg

Oof. Maybe you’re just so special that even Chaos wanted to see your profile. :P

Ahhh!!! That is a little scary!

If you don't think you've done anything wrong, though, you should be good... I think it's kind of hard to break most rules of the Shard without being aware of it.

Maybe you double posted without realising or something?

  6. Why would you vote Devo and not me? If (when) Devo flips vil, y’all will assume the Elim Grey is James, and then waste another cycle voting them. If we vote me, we can clear both of them.
  7. True, but if there are 2 Elims left, I’d probably have a pool of 3-4 suspects, I wouldn’t only have 2 Elim reads. Unrelated, but @James Brafin and @Illwei, why are you guys voting Devo? I was under the assumption that you both read me as village. So if I’m village, the conclusion was that both Greys must also be village, right? And Devo is Grey?
  8. I am more certain about Burnt now. The only Elim read in this entire list is Gears, everything else is null-village. Seems like classic noncommittal Elim reads.
  9. I do not like where the vote is going rn, it’s too spread out, and I read almost all of the candidates as Vil. Only exception is Devo, who I could see as being Elim, but as we said, if I’m Vil, we can’t really have an Elim Grey. And I obviously know I’m village, so I have to read Devo as Vil too. I guess I’ll vote Burnt, as I can’t really see a better candidate. Maybe we should take a closer look at the less actives. I can see Connie as being Elim. Maybe.
  10. Unless she assumed the Greys would save me again, so she knew she would die either way. Not voting me would cause more chaos as it would make people more suspicious, as you are now.
  11. Well I guess that’s the difference between us. I consider those reasons to make sense. Role distribution isn’t random, therefore we can derive information from it.
  12. @Gears, if you really want a me-exe we can do that. I’m not saying that sarcastically or frustratedly. Completely calm and genuine. As I said before, I was more concerned with protecting the role than myself, and it seems like numerous people have the game completely role-solved, so my role no longer matters. We’re doing pretty well, all things considered, we can probably spare a single exe if it means getting the Vil on the right track. We could purposely orchestrate a tie between me and someone else even, so it’s not a complete waste. And we know who the Greys are now, so we can just ask them not to save me. I only ask that you really take a look, and consider if maybe you’ve been tunneling a little bit. If you still think a me-exe would be useful, I’d be on board.
  13. I was the very first person to guess that we’d have one Elim Grey and one Vil Grey.
  14. But I’ve been the one pushing that assumption. Why would I do that if I planned on using said Elim Grey as a secret weapon to survive the tie?
  15. Other stuff: me wanting to tie myself with striker (biggest and most important point), my gameplay style matching village!me much more than elim!me (according to other people, I obviously can’t judge that myself), and me helping hang both Quinn and Lotus (sure, could be a couple of busses, but I genuinely hate bussing, check MR47).
  16. I genuinely have no idea what you’re talking about. Like, I agree, I can be rather blunt, and this comment on many of my other messages would make sense, but with this message in particular I see no issue.
  17. We don’t, we think I’m clear because of the other stuff. why did you think that Village!Lotus would condemn me?
  18. Why me? And why didn’t you speak up when all the suspicion was on me because of those vote removes?
  19. Ive never actually made a guess for how many Elims there are. Both 4 and 5 seem possible to me. Well, it seems that we might not be able to decide which (if any) Grey is an Elim, but we do both seem to think that Burnt is an Elim, so maybe a Burnt vote this cycle is the way to go? I do think that the Elims probably had at least one bonded pair, and we now know lotus is Elim, and we were mildly suspicious of Burnt already. Makes sense to me.
  20. well, it’s likely that one of them is an Elim. If you don’t wanna get both, who do you think? Or should we leave the Greys alone and try something else?
