  1. I’ll attribute that to the fact that I actually have a really powerful role. I’m trying to protect the role more than I am trying to protect myself. I feel like a parent trying to keep their child from doing something stupid. “No Village, you can’t hang the role scanner.” “But Dannnnnnnex, I wanna!!!!”
  2. This is a huge jump to conclusions. I didn’t know, we still don’t know. I guessed that the Elims were trying to frame me, and if you see the conclusion we came to, we determined that the Elims weren’t trying to frame me at all! The Greys don’t remove a vote from a player, they remove a players vote. Did you miss all that? I think you either just slipped something big or are drastically misunderstanding something. I don’t think Lotus is village at all, my read on them is Null to Very Slight Elim. Wait what does lotus have to do with this at all??? This happened like, very recently. Fairly common Elim tactic. Can’t remember exactly where, but setting up mishangs using vote manip is absolutely a viable and common Elim strat. What is an Elim Vote remover going to do with their action if no Elims are in danger? Try to sow confusion to make future mishangs more possible.
  3. I’m just waiting for gears and archer to reply to my call-out. Gears was online after I posted it, so the fact that he hasn’t replied makes me mildly suspicious. Let’s add some incentive for a response. Gears. Please respond to this.
  4. I mean, ideally they would be, but Nale’s Skybreakers? Lawful Evil so hard.
  5. Unknowns like.....whether we have vanillas or not? If only someone had proposed a plan to fill in that gap in our knowledge...
  6. @Gears @Archer, I believe you two are still voting me. Was this not enough to convince you? Could you elaborate on why you’re still voting me if I’ve managed to explain away the removed vote thing? Do you think my explanation wasn’t good enough? A response would be nice.
  7. We know lotus is a warder right? Do we know who they’re bonded to? Maybe it’s Illwei, and he started a push because he knew lotus would survive. Probably not, but it’s an explanation.
  8. Well that’s obviously the conclusion I would come to. Because I’m village! I’m frankly just as confused about it as the rest of you, the ‘maybe they’re trying to frame me?’ was the only reason I could think of to explain it. And the crazy thing is, if that is what the Elims are doing, I foiled their plan, I figured it out. But it’s still working. EDIT: WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT I figured it out. The solution lies in the mechanics of the Grey Ajah. They don’t remove a vote from a person, they remove a person’s vote. Look at the end of last cycle! Votes were flying around like crazy! People changing votes left and right. The Greys have no control on who their target votes, and votes were changing like crazy all the way up to the end of the cycle. One even happened 30 seconds after the cycle technically ended. Boom. Solution. Remove your votes please. Edit 2: Is that actually how Greys work? This is what the rules say: The “cancel one vote” makes it seem to me like they target a vote and then that vote is canceled, but I guess technically it could be either way. @TJ Shade
  9. I mean, all that would mean is that 2 people think I’m village. Not really proof. Either way, I don’t think this one vote removal is enough for a vote this cycle, there are so many possibilities where it means nothing, and only one where it means I’m Elim. It seems like most people believe that I’m Brown, but they think that doesn’t exclude me from being Elim. I’d say it does, Brown in the hands of an Elim would be so OP. They would know exactly who to kill to have the maximum impact. Especially when you consider that the current game-making meta is leaning towards Village Benefitting rulesets, I very much doubt that TJ would give an Elim a Brown. (Unless TJ is a huge troll, which is a possibility.) I do still think there is one vil and one Elim, I was just saying that’s it’s a possibility. And finally, there’s one big flaw in your reasoning, I was the one that pointed out that my second vote removal could be from an Elim. Why would I do that if I was an Elim myself???
  10. Maybe the Elims weren’t on during rollover chaos, maybe the action was put in back when I had a few votes but not enough to die, maybe both Greys are just village, there are so many other possibilities to explain this.
  11. Oh c’mon not this again. For the whole “omg he slipped he said he was framed” or whatever: I’ve been guessing that we have 2 Greys since the very beginning. Since before the game even started. I’ve always assumed that one was vil and one was Elim. This was my exact thought process: Oh, there are 2 vote removes on me. Huh. Wonder where they came from. Well, some people were defending me, so if one of them was a grey, that makes sense. but what about the other one? well, I doubt both Greys are village, so the other must be an Elim. but why would an Elim vote manip me if I was about to die? Well, I guess they wanted to make me look like an Elim so they could have an easy mishang this cycle. Yeah, I guess that makes sense. So that’s what I said. I very much do not understand how that is any kind of ‘slip’ or alignment indicative at all.
  12. You should reread some of C1... Liranil Claimed Green publicly in thread. I claimed brown (because I am brown) and scanned Liranil to be sure. My scan said that they are Green. Both me and Liranil have said that we don’t have any warders.
  13. It sorta feels like a WGG to me, but idk. There is almost definitely only one green, liranil, and they killed Reading like they said they were going to.
  14. Geez that was stressful. It seems like things worked out pretty ok. Lotus didn’t even die. Reading died, and he was a yellow, so that’s not great, but all things considered that could have been a lot worse. Connie even survived the Elim kill. So she’s a Sedai with a warder. Or a warder herself I guess. Liranil is in-fact a Green Ajah. I wasn’t actually expecting that tbh. This might not confirm that I’m brown, since one could use the fact that reading died as proof that Liranil is green, so let’s do this. Who here is most suspicious of me, and hasn’t done anything like a Roleclaim. I’ll scan you this cycle if y’all want more proof. I think the two vote removes on me were the only two vote manips we have. I’d guess one was from someone who thinks I’m village, and the other was from an Elim trying to make me look sus for a mislynch.
  15. I am once again asking for someone to switch their vote to Lotus, we have seconds left people.
  16. @Liranil, thinking ahead a bit, and assuming we both survive the hanging, the Elims are going to try and attack one of us. I don’t have any warders, if you do, a Yellow should protect me. If you don’t it’s up to their discretion. So do you have any?
  17. Well, assuming we’re both telling the truth, Lotus has to be a weaker role, I very much doubt there are 2 greens or 2 browns. So I’d be willing to vote them, just so the village doesn’t lose the best roles in the game. In fact, I think I will. Lotus. Liranil.
