why do people only ever carry a few bottles of metals with them
Quickbronze replied to Zape's topic in Mistborn
Mistborn have to be able to discard all their metals in a heartbeat in case they run into a Coinshot or another Mistborn -
New character: Eheron is a male Elantrian worldhopper. He has one hemalurgic spike which grants him feruchemical brass powers, and he is a skilled artifabrian who invented a type of Fabrial that can fire short-range waves of heat, as well as one that allows him to temporarily create perpendicularities.. If you hadn't figured it out yet, he's something of a pyromancer. He typically wears a white robe with flowing sleeves that conceal his fabrials and bracers. He is the person Tarenwel chased into the cognitive realm, and the creator of said person's fabrial.

An intriguing question. Seekers detect kinetic investiture, not innate investiture; for example, they can detect someone using Allomancy, but they can't detect whether someone is an Allomancer, so the obvious answer seems to be no. After all, if the Surgebinder is only holding it and not using it, it isn't very kinetic. However, it is constantly being consumed, strengthening the user, removing their need to breath, etc. and it is always draining out of them. What do you think?

Because metals actually burn pretty slowly and the less you have, the quicker you can drop them. -
If you used F-steel on a Chromium Compounder you'd probably run into something and kill yourself, assuming they're tapping and their luck affects your attempt to kill them.

I'm in the boat that thinks "we" refers to Odium and Dalinar's own anger whereas "you" refers to the new, controlled Dalinar that is willing to defy Odium.

[OB] Division and the Shattered Plains
Quickbronze replied to Kurkistan's topic in Stormlight Archive
Indeed. If Surgebinders could destroy an entire planet, it might be in a similar way to how they ruined Natanatan, and if Brandon gives us a clue regarding how they did that(assuming they did do it), it could be a clue towards finding their original home. -
Most of these would be blocked if Chromium Luck works in the same way as people generally refer to luck--however, if it did grant simple, pure good luck, they're unkillable anyways. Nice ideas

How do you know that Demoux and Galladon are looking for Hoid on the Purelake?

Wait Vasher? Vasher has been see on-screen in SA? -
I want to know if I could legally put an OB quote in my sig if I didn't include any information that would allow someone to figure out it was an OB quote.

You could store all your Connection to make people not care about you, but that could definitely get you killed on accident, possibly even by your own allies. Tapping Connection wouldn't necessarily make everyone your friend; I'm pretty sure it would reinforce any negative Connection you have. I could be wrong about that though.

Shardclippers, Shardshears, Shardrazors
Quickbronze replied to Quickbronze's topic in Stormlight Archive
Shardclippers would probably be the safest of these, because clippers are generally blunt at the front. -

Your sig says I broke into my brother's account and changed his sig. Don't tell him. He's primarily on mobile, and will never see this -
True It's possible that an Seer could kill a Steel compounder if they were going so fast their mind couldn't keep up Though personally I'm of the opinion that Steel feruchemy increases your cognition to match your speed entirely Then again, if that were the case, it'd basically be a better zinc

I personally think Atium would be able to compensate but I have no way of proving that

Adolin mentioned in WoK that Shardblades could cut hair or fingernails, which opens up a whole new world for unkempt, irreverent, and extremely lacking in caution Radiants, such as Lift.
