A group of figures emerged from the barrier, hooded, with long cloaks that seemed to be fashioned entirely out of Tulips and chanting together in unison. The Hollandhakor monks had arrived to help combat this newest wave, and so they all started up a riveting tap dance performance.

But they were quickly pushed back by a tide of Milantrians emerging from the barrier, it was unclear whether they were glowing so brightly due to their fantastic sense of fashion or the Investiture causing their skin to glow. Following after the gap made by the Milantrians, the Rio De Janeirorgers emerged, altering the state of everything around them with both Investiture, and an incredible culture.

The large smile that filled the barrier began to falter as it watched the new arrivals. "What!? You would interrupt!?!" The smile began to creep back to its ethereal mouth. "Fine. Enough warming up, let us begin!" With that, more figures began to emerge, dappled red and white figures began to be constructed, their bodies seeming to change as they were observed. The Canandra pulled out electric guitars, drumkits, keyboards and more before beginning to launch into a slew of Canadian goth songs. Not far behind, a group of green and gold constructs wearing corkscrew hats began to form, the Australurgists had arrived. Bringing with them a confusing mixture of other cultures, pop music, didgeridoos and the harsh screeching of dropbears. Dark shapes began to form, as the Scottaze made their way free of the barrier, kilts draped around the strange mixture of Fjordish synmbols and the Gaelic alphabet they thery were comprised of. Some of them began to swell up before slowly deflating, the glorious sound of bagpipes being emitted from them as they did so.

The barrier waited. Confused. But then, several large Aons shifted together, glowing brighter untill they formed an immense smile. "You think that you can defeat me?" Another shape began to emerge, similar to the construct that had emerged previously, but this one seemed to glow a predominantly green colour. The figure strode forth to meet the Swedeomancer. It stood there staring at him for a moment, looking him over. With a sudden snap of its fingers, two dozen other constructs formed behind it,, all with slightly differing appearances. The other constructs formed a line to either side of the first one to emerge and then they all waited. With one more snap of its fingers, the first construct caused a swell of irish folk music to begin to fill the area, and as one the constructs all launched into a perfectly synchronized performance of riverdance. @I think I am here.

Yeah, well a large part of why I wanted to make this was for something with a steadily incrementing power level and so people could explore new skills / combinations, I think the last one the levelling was a bit slow so people lost interest. Hopefully this keeps things interesting.

Every few days / When needed for story purposes.

Looks relatively balanced to me but just as a note: Changing forms requires a Highstorm or Everstorm, the Alleystorm should be able to do something similar but that means they'll need to wait for an Alleystorm to change forms.

Basically, as you complete quests one of the rewards you earn is downtime days which you can spend doing non-quest related tasks. In d&d that's usually making spell scrolls or potions or copying spells into spellbooks for wizards. In this game it would be a certain amount of off-screen grinding of levels. Because leveling up is going to get progressively slower the higher level you are, so I it's going to be easier to handwave some of that time.

The barrier wasn't quite sure what to make of this, it had no protocol to deal with a sudden Swedish invasion. So it constructed an Aon Sheo near the point they were gathering so that they would die when they hit the barrier. It nodded to Mahz as well. "So long as I'm not directed to do anything else by protocol or direct command." It said. "My project is restricted, please contact an Administrator for further details. But you may call me as you wish. I have the capacity to infer from context when another being is trying to speak to me." It continued to smile warmly at them.

"No." Jeffrey agreed, that's why it was unauthorized. Showing the caution and care that had been instilled into him as a member of the DAs decontamination unit, Jeffrey walked up to the man and gently prodded his nose.

The barrier sensed that this intruder was more disposable than the others and so instead of warning him, simply sent five hundred blasts of Aon Daa towards him.

Voidus prime devotes 90% of his power at all times to ensuring he is not in any way inside a pineapple. This is actually the real reason he can't get out of the barrier, he just doesn't want anyone to know that yet.

BINGO!

So in the event that people want to just grind for some XP to start with I'm going to try and come up with some way to keep track of that without people having to RP every single action if they don't want to. If anyone's familiar with Adventurers league in D&D then it'll probably be based off of something similar to downtime days.

He's not usually the type to instantly vaporize anyone (Unless you throw a pineapple at him, then it's instant death time)

The doors to the lab opened once more as Jeffrey cautiously looked in again. "Hey boss, weird question but has someone here just cloned themselves without authorization? Just had some strange readings."

The figure paused for a moment, seeming to consider the argument before nodding. "That is an acceptable interpretation of my request." It agreed. A few of the Aons that comprised it's body began to glow a little brighter, Aon Tia noticeably bright among them. "As you're not attempting to flee, protocol dictates that I request you to meet with the nearest Administrator to determine your intentions." It said, continuing to smile politely. "Nearest Administrator has been determined to be Voidus, I will escort you to his..." The figure stopped, head tilted in confusion. "System is currently in lockdown, cannot override without authorisation. I am unable to escort you to the nearest Administrator." The Aons that made up its body began to rapidly swirl around, flashing bright for a moment, then dimming the next. "No guidance or protocol found for how to proceed. I will accompany you until an appropriate solution is determined."

Pretty much any ability available in the cosmere, a few minor abilities that aren't, Alleymatics, and one other trick that is really meant to be an end-game reveal so I'd rather not talk about it too much here. Not omnipotent but he's about as close as you could get in the Alleyverse.

A number of particularly small Aons in the barrier began to shift, they seemed to slowly alter in colour from pure white to a vibrant purple as they moved, all of them gathering together in the spot where the Aon Tae had first been drawn. After all of them had gathered, that section of the barrier began to bulge out, a three dimensional humanoid form slowly taking shape, comprised entirely of Aons. As he stepped free from the barrier completely, the form gained further definition, a short top hat appearing on its head, a cane extending from one of its arms, and what seemed to be a surcoat grew from its shoulders to cover its body. The figure tipped the semi-transparent top hat in the direction of Rekaerb. "Please evacuate the vicinity before any more warnings are issued." It advised in the same polite, masculine tone. The figure vanished, also shifting into the cognitive realm to pursue its quarry. "Excuse me." It began. "I believe I asked you to remain still?"
