My main concern would be to do with heat transfer, heat energy is just so abundant on earth as compared to the rest of the universe. Even an object at room temperature, if completely drained of heat would give ~300 degrees to play with. Considering that few Epics in the Dalles have a PI (Actually I don't know if any have a proper PI) he'd be a bit OP.

Voidus smiled, pulling his lab coat on over his darker combat gear. He retrieved a syringe from one of its pockets. "Sorry Winter, standard procedure" He said.
-
Ozymandias looks fine to me, even with 2 PIs since they're both incomplete.

A flash of light announced the return of Voidus accompanied by Winter. "Hmm.. We weren't really expecting to see you again any time soon, I don't know which alleys would be best equipped for it. Well for now we can just send you into our feruchemy department, Feruchemical gold helps a lot of the experiments be less... lethal."
-
(That would seem appropriate)

A flash of light produced another Atium spike charged with Elsecalling abilities for Panda.
-
Voidus pulled a small device from a pocket, activating it and recovering the rare Atium spike charged with the power of an Elantrian. He quickly sketched out an Aon Tia, carefully adjusted to the local geography. Adding modifiers until it was ready. "Just grab onto the Aon then." He said to Winter "The Dark Alley awaits"

"The Alleys always need more subjects for research, and Winter is rather... unique in the ways she's expanded some of our research, to be able to spread the warping of the Spiritweb without further use of spikes is rather incredible. While using some of her subordinates would be useful it would not be as useful as having the original." Voidus nodded as Winter disposed of her weapons. She would undoubtedly attempt to overthrow the alleys once on the inside but that could be handled with time. He extended a hand to Winter burning his chromium. "So what's it to be?"
-
Voidus considered the offer, the wolfkindred were interesting but Winter would provide a far superior research sample. "We might be able to work something out." Voidus replied. Holding something over Winter would ensure her loyalty, she might even be allowed some freedom unlike other subjects. "We're always happy to welcome someone thought lost back to the alleys."

I was thinking Impact might meet up with Frequency soon if that's alright Mailliw? Although she'll need to get the hang of flying first

"Informed consent? No one can be truly 'informed' about the research unless they want to take the decade or so required to master Hemalurgy. It just holds back the research." Voidus watched the Pandas exchange with the other one, analyzing the situation with a critical eye. Some kind of transmutation abilities. Soulcasting? It had been a while since the Alleys had a Surgebinder to test on. He watched Winter knock her erst-while ally out before leaping at him once more. He kept his own chromium on a low burn, confident that if she tried to deplete his stores again it would harm her just as much. Burning pewter he pulled out his obsidian knives, countering Winters strike.
-
Voidus smiled at Winters question. "Because I want to know" He replied simply. He tapped Steel, quickly downing an Aluminium encased vial of his own. Launching himself backwards with an Ironpull he turned to confront his two opponents. He watched as the wolf was swiftly kicked from the roof by the Panda who threw a vial towards him. He grabbed the vial Panda tossed him, quickly drinking the gold and beginning to compound once more.

Steelheart vs. Prof [Firefight spoilers included]
Voidus replied to Lightning's topic in The Reckoners
Whether or not he can move comes down to whether the force he can exert on his forcefields is greater than the force Nightwielder can exert on his shadows. Given that Nightwielder a) is barely using a fraction of his powers in his appearances thus far Uses his shadows offensively for the most part, whereas prof uses his fields defensively for the most part. I'd give it to Nightwielder. -
"Sounds good, approved!" -Mrs. Voidus Do Chiskreven shamans still adorn themselves with feathers like other shamans? Or do they use pieces of skin or something?

Voidus pushed the metals right back, most of them immediately shot off to the side, one discarded bullet casing hung suspended in the air between them as their pushes were transferred to eachother. Voidus dug his heels into the ground, wishing he'd brought his feruchemical iron spikes. He gritted his teeth and pushed with all of his hemalurgically enhanced powers. So not just a lurcher but a full Mistborn? Voidus definitely needed to recover the Winter asset for the alleys.
-
Voidus frowned as Winter started stabbing him again. "Could you stop that?" He asked the wolfkindred. "It's rather painful you know." Voidus pulled a silvery spike out of his pocket. Atium, correctly placed could steal nearly any attribute. He quickly identified the Iron-points in Winters body, relying partially on memory of how her spirit-web had already been altered. He blocked her strikes with his spikes, meeting her eyes with a challenge.

A quick note for Edge and Kobold: The Chiskreven wouldn't be able to gain magic just by worshiping a different god unless they were explicitly granted the ability by that god which is not likely to happen with most gods. If you have a specific idea for a character in mind though you could try running it past Mrs. Voidus.

Voidus hated being stabbed. He particularly hated being stabbed several times then ignored for several minutes while his flesh closed over. Standing up Voidus stretched, cracking his neck before pulling out obsidian daggers of his own. "Thanks Panda, one of those cuts severed my spinal cord. Spiking painful to heal that one. Then of course the wolf had to hit my gold spike so I had to use up my store." Reaching down Voidus quickly moved his spikes back into place, wincing at the pain they caused. He burned his gold store, filling his goldmind back up with the resultant surge of Healing.

That is quite possible, she's never used it to fly before, it's really only good if she slowly accelerates and decelerates, otherwise bones will break. I was thinking something more like tearing a muscle a bit to keep her in action for now but still keep it realistic.

That's pretty likely, she may even join with one of the factions attacking the Dalles, but not the Pandas. Impact does not like people who nearly crush her with elephants. Impact or MV?

Huh. Seems to actually know something of Hemalurgy, pity he didn't join the alleys. Voidus burned Bendalloy, the spike reduced from a barely visible gleam to three distinct objects, crawling slowly towards him. Burning Steel Voidus carefully nudged all three spikes, changing their trajectory so they just barely missed him. "Not a bad plan, but while not able to carry a charge silver can still be affected by allomancy." Voidus pulled a steel ring onto one finger, wincing slightly as its hidden spikes pierced the skin. One of his smaller steelminds it was still filled with a significant amount of speed. "Of course even if you were to use Aluminium, I can just do this." Voidus grinned as he tapped, speeding towards his opponent.

Portal 2 GLaDOS would have to be Lucentia, just whining about getting killed all the time and occasionally trying to kill people. It's a little known fact that pandas always aim for necks. Yeah I sent her a PM, hopefully she still wants to be in the RP.

If he meets up with Sam and Revolution it can be Well necks are still pretty unguarded, I might change the other one though, thanks for the spot. Don't forget next to a giant mutant animal army. Defensively she's still pretty fine but yeah she's not going to be in luck if she runs into any enemy Epics. I was thinking about her running into Elsa so she can get into the story a bit more.

So the army invading now has kindof sped up the twins' story so hope everyone enjoyed their days of innocence, Impact is now Corrupted!Impact due to massive power use involving a rampaging elephant and MV is going to get rather depressed about losing her twin.
