  1. I'd probably post here first to get some constructive feedback, then EOO once it's finished and PM Twilyght the weakness.
  2. Granted. Loathe though I am to interfere with dreams of chicken nuggets I must also give a bane so um.... you're now blind. I wish that I never depleted a container when I took things out of it. (Wallets give infinite money, chips packets never run out, etc.)
  3. Voidus stepped out to meet the Newcago Emissary. "I'm sorry? Ruined Cookies? We've made cookies available for everyone and we've discovered the most delicious recipes in all the cosmere. Is a small tiny piece of your soul such a large price to pay for such delicacies?" Voidus took a calming breath. "On the matter of Winter all we know is her location, she's been growing increasingly unstable for a while now. All I can say is that Winter herself should be able to deal with almost any problems that confront her, certainly she should be able to deal with some lowly Parshendi. I would suggest that there is something preventing her from doing so." Voidus quickly began sketching a figure in the air with one hand, a large Aon Tia. "This can take us to where she's been held. Well hopefully anyway, Investiture around the Newcago Court has been, odd lately. I have a certain vested interest in seeing her safe myself actually. So, Emissary, shall we depart on this daring rescue mission?"
  4. The Adventurer cursed as his shot missed the boss. He had no idea what kind of trick he'd need to beat this one, there was usually something environmental or some vulnerable area but nothing stood out as immediately obvious. Maybe this was just supposed to be a grind and he was supposed to just shoot it hundreds of times until its health finally depleted? Although... Given his opponents reactions so far, was it perhaps another player? He didn't remember whether or not this game had any PvP but it certainly seemed likely. "Ah well, we'll figure it out." He muttered to himself. Bullets suddenly erupted around him, he survived only by instinctively shifting through one of the bullets and coming out the other side of it. He was just as confused as his enemy. "What the? Man they really didn't do a good job of checking for bugs did they?" Bullets continued to strike around him, he shifted through another one, this time ending up reforming around another bullet, the force of the bullet continued, pushing itself deep into his shoulder. "Ow! Bloody Slontze!" He took aim again, this time sure that he would hit, his attention was grabbed by something he should have been expecting. Most bosses had two kinds of attack, their normal speed attacks that were kind of obvious but still difficult to dodge, but then there was the kind of attack that had the boss glowing for ten seconds before he used it so you knew to definitely dodge. Usually those kinds of moves were an instant kill. It seemed that this guy also had a grenade attack. "Sparks." The Adventurer muttered as the grenade sailed through the air, right into the path of his attempted dodge to the side. His vision erupted in a sudden ball of fire and he felt excruciating pain throughout his body. Then darkness. Huh? Loading screen? He could still see his minimap, a general outline of this level laid out before him. Maybe I get to choose where I respawn? The Adventurer tried to select an option but his arms were stuck and couldn't move. He mentally selected the place where he'd met the boss and suddenly he was back there, the scene exactly as he'd left it. "Sweet, I love autosave features." The Adventurer said, taking the rifle from where his last life had ended. "Now, what to do with you?" He eyed the boss, relatively certain that it was another player character now, they tended to be better at predicting movements than AI was. "So how do you like the game so far?" He asked his opponent.
  5. None from me, so long as you make the hair right. Breeze would be very annoyed if you went with something monotonous like black
  6. Naww, I just want to take her home and sick her on my enemies to cause massive destruction.
  7. You've never been on without them before? We throw all kinds of parties while they're out
  8. I enjoy cold, it's been about 40C for the last week now, I'm well and truly tired of hot weather.
  9. Never seen snow either, although I'd love nothing more. I love living in Australia with the sole exception of the weather, I wish it was winter forever and we could get some actual snow.
  10. Well I wouldn't wish Nighthound on anyone but they were Epics and undoubtedly committed many horrors.
  11. Ah, got it must have missed the post too so take an upvote Yay, two more new Epics to replace
  12. Hmm, it's not in my notes, do you remember who took her and where she died?
  13. Lucy watched the two carefully, the belligerent one, Elsa was it? Seemed to be the one manipulating all the ice. Lucy subtly prepared some more fire based tattoos, the ink pulling out of her skin and hovering in the air under her hands. "So we're just supposed to take their word for it I suppose?" She asked Emma "They could be spies sent by whoever sent this army in the first place." Neither of the two had done anything obviously hostile to the Dalles so far, but Lucy didn't trust any Epics, new Epics who arrived in the city at the same time as an invading army were even more suspicious than most. Well if they knew about Autumn then there wasn't much of a case to be made against them for now. "Fine. But if either of you do anything suspicious then we're well within our rights as members of the guard to use lethal force against any suspicious or threatening Epics in the city limits." Dealing with the two had give Lucy a thought, a way she could help the city guard in future with her abilities. She maneuvered the ink through the air in front of the two new Epics. "I must insist that you both wear these around your necks while you're fighting. If either of you do anything I can use them in an instant, I'm sure you can guess what they do." Twin renditions of the word 'break' hovered in the air between them.
  14. The Adventurer grinned as he encountered his first real combat of the new level, his opponent seemed to be a tank of some kind, soaking up the bullet with scarcely a pause. "Finally, my first boss battle." The Adventurer said with a grin. He strafed to one side immediately, many years of experience had taught him that such opponents were slow to aim and attack. He dove to the ground, turning his fall into a roll, it seemed much more awkward than it should, the animators must have tried to go for a 'realistic' approach to the combat mechanics. Pulling his rifle back to his shoulder he took aim at the boss once more, trying for a power shot he watched the barrel of his rifle begin to glow with a golden colour until it was almost too bright to look at and then he fired.
  15. Mac? *Struggles to avoid violent nerdburst in favour of PCs*
  16. And probably break the internet.
  17. Voidus eyed the gun warily, if there was one thing you learned after surviving what should have been lethal wounds over a dozen times it was just how much getting shot hurt. "Hmm... seem to have been a few alleys off in my calculations. Sorry about that, Tia can be a bit annoying and I er.. may have been busy finishing something when I was adding the modifiers." He thought back to the delicious taste of that last taco. "Anyway we may be having some guests soon, from Newcago. It seems things got interesting after the party, and Winter seems to have vanished off somewhere again."
  18. Well like I said there's not much I can post for Samuel until he's taken somewhere, his post now would just be him mentally ranting at his captors and trying to work his mouth free so he could kill them all.
  19. I didn't even put any thought into him, I just thought that since David and Tia have described a standard fire Epic profile I may as well include one, you're quite welcome to him.
  20. I made a whole league of flame Epics Veritati(v2): Former priest obsessed with finding ‘heretics’, he believes that Epics are the Nephillim of the bible, sons and daughters of fallen angels who lay with human women. While his ability to control fire is almost non-existent he can cause almost any object in his field of view to burst into flames. His wounds passively heal whenever they are engulfed in fire, and if conscious he will instinctively ignite any part of his body that is wounded, causing it to heal. Fallen Phoenix: Teleporter capable of appearing in a burst of flame. He can also create lasting portals between any two fires, the fires will burn cold for the duration of the portaling effect, causing no damage to any objects transported through them. Pyrelord: Capable of turning his body into fire hot enough to melt bullets and shooting from his hands. Relatively standard fire Epic. Hellfire: Can produce a black flame from his hands which is impossible to extinguish, the fire will burn until the next dawn or dusk. Hellfire can also use this fire to scry the future somewhat, able to foresee any sources of danger to him until the coming dawn/dusk. Tartaros: Can summon fiery demonic beasts, these beasts are generally inclined to obey his orders but are not bound to do so and possess their own free will. He can to a degree choose the form of the beasts he summons. Although I'd rather keep Veritati alive at least. I cannot express how much this made me smile, thanks Twi that really means alot
  21. Nope, just means I get to make another Epic to fill his place in my master list
  22. Of course I do You'd probably best check with Edge as to what the kind of power level would be though. Trench: Can shift large amounts of earth, however not with great force, also possesses hydrokinesis. By using both powers to create mud he can exert a much greater force on it. Overwatch: Flight Epic with Energy capabilities, can fire small ‘bullets’ of energy from his fingers or produce a mid-sized shield which can shield him from frontal attacks. Polymer: Can manipulate Cellulose, allowing her to control most plants as well as wood and many types of fibres. Ivory: Osteokinesis, Ivory has complete control over her skeleton, she can manipulate individual bones at will and can rapidly regenerate any lost bones, can also generate completely new bones.
  23. Voidus finished off the remnants of his last taco, the 20th by his count. Hunger finally satiated he licked his fingers with glee before taking out his Aonic amulet, the Tia symbol glowing briefly before he vanished, returning to the Alley.
  24. Huh. I closed the tab so I retook it with what I thought were the same answers and got a completely different result.
