  1. I'm good, does that mean it's tomorrow in Astoria now? Probably between them Bioterror the Metal and Deathgale could probably knock out the entire country in a week or two if they felt like it. It's night time in the Dalles at the morning so maybe s/he can enter into the city tomorrow?
  2. Astoria is our current powerhouse setting, filled with overpowered Epics and sure to include some intense fighting scenes. The Dalles is a city ruled by normal people, some Epics work for the city to keep it from being taken over while others are trying to take it back. Corvallis is an Epics idea of a utopia, where the needs of both Epics and Vanillas is met, although Vanillas are kept in a constant euphoric state by one of the Epics, that Epic has now been kidnapped prompting a rebellion. Portland is... insane. Unfortunately it's largely closed to new characters at the moment.
  3. Welcome to our insane and pony filled corner of the forums Shattered Logic! We've got a couple of settings still open at the moment did you have an idea for a character? Epic or normal human?
  4. Well Nightblood is essentially just a twisted Shardblade that's had it's Investiture cranked up to 11 so I think it's just the natural extension of other Shardblades abilities.
  5. Years of lurking in introduction threads and offering cookies have given me super ninja capabilities
  6. No problem, it's here. The Reckoners section of the Role-play subforum. Just post a message in the latest Question thread introducing yourself and we can help you out.

    New metals?

Definitely not from Brandons Mistborn, looks like a wiki for a RP of some kind so I'm guessing they're fan made for RP purposes. Silver is explicitly Allomantically inert.
  8. I take it Regalia will not be invited to the funeral service?
  9. I think in the interests of time we might have to.
  10. Get away from the sparklsplosions to somewhere less insane?
  11. So I think we're just waiting on Mail mi to finish up with Timeport then the MoNA attack and Portlands done for the night too, so we should probably work on getting Backtrack and MV finished up in the Dalles soon.
  12. Bad murder Epic! Bad! *Squirt squirt*
  13. Which Megan promptly turns the most ridiculous shade possible.
  14. I might bring Necropathy in to the Dalles some time in the next few game days depending how things go as a rival gifter since I'd completely forgotten about him til now but now I really want to play him.
  15. Alfredo McBooty. (The smiley is part of the name, pronounciation at that point is a bit difficult)
  16. That was my thinking of why we could handwave numbers away for now, I don't think the RP would be as fun if there was no canon fodder other than Vanillas.
  17. And when both of the RPs resident nitpickers agree to handwave something I'd say that's probably the way to go.
  18. I think we're already over quota in almost every city, either we'd have to branch out of Oregon which I'm sure we'd all rather not do or else there's going to be some handwaving going on.
  19. I managed to stick out the Inheritance cycle to the end but that ending just left me completely underwhelmed and annoyed in a lot of ways. His writing's not terrible but just plot-wise it just... yeah not a fan anymore.
  20. Guess so, otherwise I think I have more Epics than should be in the entire state even from just the last couple of days I could fill Portland a couple of times.
  21. I think Twi made a mistake with the 700 million, that's 10% of the worlds population so that's about 1000 times more than it should be, so I think it's around 1 million Epics worldwide.
  22. Excellent, welcome to the Dark Alley Silverblade.
  23. There's also Epics like Obliteration to take into account, eliminating entire cities is going to force quite a few Epics out into the countryside. That said this is a pretty big problem for me since I've assumed a ratio of about 1:1000 so that Portland would have nearly a thousand Epics rather than less than 100, migration can account for some but I think I've already said the MEE alone was over 100.
  24. Ooh, found someone who could be interesting. Necropathy (Gifter) Primary power: Necrosis induction, any wounds inflicted by Necropathy or someone he has gifted to, no matter how minor will set off a chain of necrosis, tissue death in the surrounding area. If he uses his full powers himself this is enough to kill in seconds from even the most minor wounds, when spread throughout a team through gifting it causes intense pain but is not necessarily lethal if treated quickly. Use of this power also corrupts the wielder, although Necropathy himself can survive this corruption anyone else who is gifted his power will slowly begin to waste away after a few days unless he withdraws his power.
  25. I'm sure we could work something out.
