Ok, I'm actually really enjoying him now so the Amputee will be appearing somewhere in the near future. His method of attack is to throw his hairs at people which then turn into full sized dead replicas of him, resulting in a very slight inconvenience for his enemies, followed by ensuing hilarity at the sight of his dead body in a tutu.

Sounds good to me, although the secondary could probably be incorporated as part of the primary power, just to avoid doubling up on defensive abilities. Power-wise he'd probably fit into the Dalles best I think.

Well I'm probably not justified to condemn anyone for going mad with power since I've made 20 new Epics today since we got that WoB on useless Epics. Yes they will all appear. Yes they will confuse you greatly. No they will not go away just because you ignore them. You must watch the man who can turn sneakers into jelly and the young girl who can make ink smell like rotten eggs.

There's plenty of speculation but without further WoB we don't have much to go on, just to clarify though were most Mistborn to burn Lerasium it would just make them a stronger Mistborn, there's implied to be some trick to using it differently.

Most of the population here is clustered though, we have a low population density but mostly that's because the entire center of the country is a massive desert. So I don't know that there's necessarily less risk of running into an Epic.
