  1. Can we get some GM feedback on the coliseum idea Twi?
  2. We're actually just discussing possibly starting a new one We make another. Depends how interested people are. I can make a few stock Epics that people can fight against or we can just pair people off, or do it tournament style.
  3. They feel like it would amuse a group of writers somewhere? I'd go with all of the above, it'd be a safe way to gauge your own strength as an Epic without risking your life so I think it could attract quite a few mid-high leveled Epics.
  4. In a word? Horrible. Excruciating pain, usually localized behind the eye and it almost never responds to any pain medication however strong it is. Luckily mine's episodic not chronic so it's only for a few weeks or months at a time, some people get them multiple times a day, every day with no relief for their entire lives.
  5. I'm thinking everything would basically work as normal but once their astral consciousness was killed they'd return to their body unharmed, although probably with lingering psychological pain.
  6. That could work too, I like the Vanilla fighting idea too. Although it wouldn't go over well for anyone challenging Soulcaster, he's the Epic I didn't want to put in Astoria because he's too OP
  7. Sounds like a plan. Or we could just have the Metal come in and crush everything into oblivion while Soulcaster is sleeping. More or less.
  8. With an astral projecting Epic who is now receiving a slight power alteration?
  9. On that note I've wanted to set up a town with my OP Epic Soulcaster in charge and he can remove peoples consciousness from their bodies so he could let Epics fight it out on an astral plain without unnecessary death since I think any Epic dictator wouldn't just kill of Epics for sport.
  10. Well I mean if we need to start a new area with lots and lots of Epics to murder I guess it'd be good to have someone who makes lots of Epics. Wonder if there's anyone like that around.
  11. Every time I get a headache I worry that it's the start of another cluster and I won't be able to do anything for the next month, then the anxiety develops into a panic attack and I make the headache worse. Why is my brain so dumb sometimes?
  12. Unless he had a partner with whom he'd overcome his weakness, so that the two of them might go around making ships for all time.
  13. If there's one thing I've learned from Game of Thrones it's that the two aren't mutually exclusive.
  14. Companion of Jingleberry?
  15. Well they have the advantage of actually being married so I guess Edge is going to have to hurry along the engagement for AlGaze. Midnight wedding anyone?
  16. I should probably point out that since Neverthere and Numnums eloped they might be able to scare the vote in their direction
  17. Or for those with less wish to be mentally scarred, Mixed Marital Epics, in which married Epic couples attempt to gain the most dawws.
  18. I propose a new Oregonian sport be started called MME. Mixed Martial Epics.
  19. Just reading the thread tags and trying to remember, did we ever come up with a pony and/or Epic power for Shia Labeouff?
  20. Atium and Lerasium are wrapped up in spiritual something that makes them sepcial, you couldn't just create it.
  21. That's why I keep insisting that Metronome is the most powerful Epic in the world, he's the reason Epics all time their arrivals like that.
  22. Looks great to me and I don't think heat resistance is a problem. Weaknesses should be PM'd to Twilyght
  23. Usually we ask people to post a profile here for feedback before they appear in game, it can be as simple as their list of powers but information like their appearance and personality is always great to have too. After that just post an introduction for them in the thread featuring them entering town/killing some pandas. Might help to give the Dalles thread a bit of a read through to know what's been happening.
  24. Not very common and there's none in the Dalles. If you really want to be unoriginal though feel free to use any of my spare Epics like: Biohaz: Supernaturally bad cook- Anything she cooks tastes so awful it is capable of putting people in the hospital. Naturopod: Can give plants legs, these walking plants rarely if ever do what he tells them, preferring usually to follow him around and kick him especially if he doesn’t water them. Hero of Ages: Can shapeshift into various stereotypes from different periods in history (Eg. The stereotypical knight in steel plate armour, wielding a lance or into a Victorian era lady) Lunascape: Garden of the moon- under the light of the moon can create all manner of plants. Husk: Can shed his skin. Acme-fodder: Can cause anvils, pianos and other heavy objects to be attracted to his face. Occasionally summoning them out of thin air.
