  1. He definitely would have run out eventually but I don't think it would have happened for a very long time, like millions or even billions of years down the line. He also definitely did restore his charge as shown by the removal of the bracers being what killed him.
  2. *grumble grumble* Scribbler would have made waffles right there. *grumble grumble* And then thrown one at Alterminds face.
  3. Helping each other kill Nighthound?
  4. Well at least there's no Nighthound.
  5. It'd be the opposite, he would just be either able to heal back to normal or he wouldn't it shouldn't be distinguished by whether it's a scratch or getting decapitated. And I honestly don't think Wayne was exaggerating, how long does a scratch usually take to heal? A day or so at least so even if he were capable of storing all of his health it would be a few days of storing before he could erase even a scratch. I remember it being said that sickness was harder to heal but not that it was impossible. Hard but not impossible. Which makes sense, even though the symptoms are relatively minor it takes quite a bit of time to recover from illnesses.
  6. I think there was a WoB that complete beheading would have killed TLR but Miles has definitely survived what should be equivalent damage (Point blank grenade, shotgun blasts to the face) and was fine so it's not entirely clear. Gold healing is heavily tied into cognitive aspects so replacing memories isn't too implausible. I think we have WoB that 20% is about right and it is based on multipliers rather than flat values.
  7. What happened in the Dalles: Page 20
  8. I doubt it otherwise the gap between normal Bloodmakers and compounders would be practically non-existent. Storing 20% health for 5 hours would give you a full hour of complete invulnerability.
  9. To be honest though I doubt TLR would have had any problems for a significant length of time, he would only have been tapping about 30x youth, Miles' health has got to be thousands if not millions of times faster than natural.
  10. No worries, I'll just write more Scribbler killing Deathwish fanfics in the meantime.
  11. Since I really want to write her I'm becoming increasingly tempted to just let Lucy wake up in a rage due to Nightmare induced Epic hatred and go full corruption!Scribbler on the Dalles. Any chance of the Dalles moving ahead anytime soon?
  12. Subtle. A scholar with no practical experience in compounding whatsoever, he didn't even know it was possible until shortly before that very sentence, he'd literally just discovered the possibility that this might be a thing, I don't care how knowledgeable he is about feruchemy and allomancy separately that doesn't make him immediately have intimate knowledge of compounding. We have people today who understand general relativity and gravity, doesn't mean we're any closer to even approaching a grand unified field theory, let alone immediately understanding all the consequences thereof.
  13. I am rapidly becoming less sure.
  14. So long as that cute girl isn't an underage Epic with crippling emotional problems and potential psychopathic tendancies.
  15. Given that we're the ones populating it? I'd say about 4 and a half thousand.
  16. Actually I was thinking she'd get it to impress someone else then got shot down so gave it to Scribbler
  17. Why does shiny do anything? To impress a cute girl she liked.
  18. Is said squid planning to strangle Deathwish as soon as he shows up? If so, definitely yes. If not, well she can train it.
  19. *Looks shamefully at PM with Kobold* Yeah... about that.
  20. <Had the option to get female character away from Nighthound, instead insisted she remain nearby. I am a terrible terrible person. Well at least it wasn't Scribbler, she's still safely in another city. With Deathwish.
  21. Wanye x Hoid. That is all.
  22. It's a thousand times worse than what I imagined. (For reference I imagined her getting dunked in acid and then set on fire) Would Nighthound agree to that? It would fit Lucentia's theme of collecting Epics but holding leverage over them and if she did go there I'm sure she could be taken somewhere safeish. But I would have thought Nighthound would insist on keeping her close just to maximise his creepiness potential.
  23. She's got the range that it doesn't really matter where she is, she's mostly only in the city because I wanted there to be some potential for someone to find her.
  24. Yes. I am definitely doing one of those. Probably not since they wouldn't have any spiritual bind points.
  25. Depends on your shoe's size, mine are pretty big and there's this great repair shop that will fit a new sole in for... Oh, right, wrong soul. Can I show you into the nearest Dark Alley then?
