  1. Cool, it's my first time using it but I'm enjoying it so far, though I find the claim that I'm apparently 14% fluent a bit suspect since the extent of my German is basically limited to greetings and telling people that something is my hamburger.
  2. Still inclined to disagree, again in a one on one duel Steel probably wins (Though it really does depend, if we're talking guns are an option then the Seer shoots the Steelrunner before they can even do anything, and if they're using melee weapons the Steelrunner has to slow down to actually hit someone unless they want their arm to get ripped off) but against a large crowd? I'd put my money on the Atium, Bleeder was only ever able to use her speed in very short bursts otherwise she'd have run out in no time.
  3. Context would only possibly detract from the experience of complete obscurity with things like 'clarity' and 'making sense' who needs that?
  4. Against a Seer the Steelrunner might win but if they were both against other opponents the Seer usually would, especially in protracted battles since feruchemy's a lot more vulnerable to running out than Allomancy is. So if it was them against say a hundred enemies I'd probably give the win to the Seer, they're basically impossible to kill without supernatural help. A steelrunner might be able to dispatch 10 or even twenty before the others can so much as blink but they'd run out of speed pretty quickly and there's always the chance that they'd get hit from behind before they noticed they needed to move.
  5. When he's with Marsh he becomes at the very least very, very close to weightless. If there's a hard limit it's very close to 100% for weight at the least.
  6. Working 16 hour days to harvest ink from the squid farm was well worth it for never having to listen to Lucentia again.
  7. And Lucentia spent the rest of her days with a tattoo on her neck saying 'Silence'. Few people knew just who had forever muted Lucentia's incessant complaining but everyone thanked her for it.
  8. Lucentia?
  9. Not sure, fairly but probably not enough to even talk about the incident let alone the connection to her weakness. She'd visit regularly, primarily to ensure Autumn doesn't notice anything about her that might indicate her turning into a more common Epic mindset. She'd be pretty open about her feelings of the present but less so about her past, though she probably would have brought up the whole kidnapping thing and her thoughts on Koschei and Epics in general as a result.
  10. *looks in vain for red rep* Guess someone already ninja-balanced it It's not really my area of interests but some very quick research shows that it is used so if Scribbler and Autumn built up enough trust it might work. Keep in mind that Neverthere and Nighthound are in an alternative relationship model so they're not always something you want to look into. "Yes punching Reader in the face has long been recognized as an effective means of treating insomnia, depression and anxiety."
  11. That was my thinking, slowly introducing it as a means of exposure therapy although I don't know if they use that for PTSD type anxiety so I'd do some research first.
  12. I get the sense that Shiny's involvement is unlikely to help much... Unless it was the other party at hand that she kidnapped.
  13. Maybe? I really wish I could since she's the only Epic I have who actually deserves to be Redeemed, but it would be pretty difficult she has serious trust issues right now. Realistically the only way I can see it happening other than a mysterious relative of Voidgaze's suddenly making the trip to town would be extensive counselling and coaching with Autumn but given how much she's been using her abilities lately she'd probably not be in the most open and trusting mood in the world.
  14. Deathwish is probably not the best character to include in a scene where we try to remind Lucy of the trustworthiness and non-totally-creepy side of people.
  15. We'd then need to devise a method by which drinking would somehow help save his life. EDIT: If it was Remington then I think she'd likely be torn apart by a certain other young female member of the Dalles guard if she got in a romance with him
  16. Unfortunately not likely to happen without a significantly trustworth non-Epic of her age to become a romantic interest, of which I believe there are currently none.
  17. Pretty much, she would have a pretty high chance of summoning a chainsaw or bat of some kind and smashing everyones head in.
  18. Well I would get Scribbler to dress up in Funtimes-approved clothes and follow her around offering her 'Funtimes is awesome' drinks all day but unfortunately she has a tendency to avoid alcoholic beverages.
  19. Yeah that's just because of what Moogle said about you'd die if you stored more there's no hard limit that prevents you from doing it, characters become completely weightless fairly frequently.
  20. And Funtimes never spent another minute without other peoples characters offering her a drink.
  21. <Barely managed to decipher. <Is still proud.
  22. She's holding her excitement in until she can throw a glitter-filled celebration party?
  23. -From the WHIO guide to poetry, next week a recitation of everyones favorite 'And then Nighthound died'
  24. Well the goal is to destroy the state. Destroying morals has got to be a part of that right?
  25. Not to mention Neverthere herself has placed explosives just absolutely everywhere they could possibly be useful. Again, Timeport would be fine but the others much less so.
