Thanks for the feedback! With steel that was mostly just an intentional nerfing on my part so that it's not insanely unbalanced. Iron was mostly just for flavor, not sure what I actually want to do with that because otherwise there's not much of a clear benefit to it, it's very situational.

So I'm aware that there have been a few attempts to do this, and also the MAG exists but I've found getting people who aren't big fans of the cosmere into that to be difficult and honestly I just prefer working with something familiar. So I'm trying to convert Mistborn and Feruchemists into 5e classes. This would be for standalone use so if they aren't perfectly balanced against existing 5e classes that's not a huge deal but I want to get it somewhere in the general ballpark at least and definitely try to get them balanced for each other. Woke up this morning feeling fine, got to work and then lost my voice within 10 minutes, started getting dizzy around lunch and then ended the day with another cluster. -
One of the spikes starts inflating, elongating outward from Rashan before the end of it begins to rapidly move, twisting itself into knots until finally a small balloon dog is created. The dog separates from the base of the spike, drifting off into the air, while the spike begins elongating again, producing a steady stream of balloon animals.

I've just considered a similar project myself I'd love to read what you have but yeah if you have large sections of the MAG copied then making that public is probably going to be an issue. I'll preface this by saying I've never managed to get a MAG group together so I haven't gone through the mechanics in much detail but would it be possible to convert it into something like spell slots? Maybe use the warlock spell slots as a progression guide and Cure wounds as a base level guide for how much healing is appropriate at what levels. -
