  1. Ah, already been offered a cookie. Have a kiwi bird! Please don't eat it. It's super sweet. Her name is Hesina.
  2. I have never seen it. Sorry!
  3. Is his name Gary? (Why do I know this? @Cel read them when she was in third grade. And we talk about weird things on the bus in the morning. Like evil toothpicks).
  4. I agree with @Archer. Elantris was actually the one I read after finishing the SA. (Well, OB wasn't out yet, and I didn't even know that Edgedancer existed). Which were the first books by him that I ever read. Now I have an obsession and am on this site. Well, have an upvote and a cookie*.
  5. I've heard there's an evil toothpick in one of the books.
  6. Hello! Welcome to the Shard! Have a cookie* and an upvote! I actually just finished the second MB trilogy last night, and can't wait for The Lost Metal. And don't worry. The Way of Kings gets better. When I finished reading it, it instantly became my favorite book of all time. Then I read Words of Radiance, and it took tWoK's place. Then I read Oathbringer... A work of art! Best book of all time. Never mind the fact that it is a brick. I carried it around at school for two weeks, and it doesn't fit in my back pack. Except when I take everything out. (I fit fifteen Sanderson books in that bag when I went to a signing. Eight of them were hardcovers. Four of those were bricks). @Archer I found it. This is wnhat it says in the corner: By Richard Kopelow This is super Alpha, needs much polish NLP done with nlp_compromise Layout powered by SamsaraJS Base project generated with generator-samsara This is a fan made site, if you haven't read Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson you should Translator
  7. I've been curious about this for a while, and have just decided to ask. Where do your usernames come from? Is it the username you use for everything? Does it have a story behind it? Something else? Smart Sloth: this was a username I used a lot in school last year. So when I joined, I used this. I also really like sloths. Teshani Kholin, Tesh Kholin, Tesh: My major roleplaying character. Her story is floating around in two or three different places on the fourms.
  8. Chicken or walnuts?
  9. I just finished tBoM, and am freaking out!

    1. It was super super good. (That was expected).
    2. What the heck? He did it again! I mean, ugh! And how?... What?...

This is going to be a long wait. At least I can try to get my hands on a copy of WS2.

I also went to a second hand bookstore yesterday, and got a copy of a book that is out of print, and the author has been gone for about forty years, for two dollars. It was awesome.

  10. (Sorry for the double post). Technically, that's just bad spelling. But if you did have that talent, Eastern Street Island would get a whole lot easier!
  11. To walk into conversations at the strangest points. And I actually do it all the storming time. And no, this conversation does not count. It became strange the second it was posted.
  12. What would you do if a turtle had a hedgehog ridding around on it's back? Edit: HOLY COWS HEDGEHOGS ARE SPIKED!
  13. When you go see the new Wrinkle in Time, (the old movie was much more like the book, and the book better than both of them) and you see things relating to the Cosmere throughout the movie. "They speak in colors." Breath. Streams of cloth flying around a person. Awakening. Red eyes. Inhabited by a voidspren. A symbol that looked like Aon Rao. Magic glasses. Oculator. (Well, that one isn't Cosmere). To name a few.
  14. Welcome! Glad to have you here! Want a cookie*? *Disclaimer
  15. I am in love. My family can't have cats because my dad and I are both allergic, him worse than me. He also hates cats. I love them. We are sort of looking into a dog, though. Only problem is that it has to be hypoallergenic. So I have parakeets. And we have the cutest rabid ever. Who I am allergic to. But I still love him. My brother has a goldfish. His name is Pants.
  16. I did the exact same thing just a few days ago, actually. When you go over to @Cel's house, and you two spend the first hour reading from OB and tBoM. (Her OB, me tBoM). There were tears shed. (Yes, she's reading that part. Just at the end of part three). When at the Harry Potter club at your school, you're talking about Dumbledore's Army, but keep almost saying the Dark Alley instead.
  17. Tesh

    Hiya!

    Everyone calls tLotR literature.
  18. That would be awesome! I personally don't have a 3D printer, but I'd still like to see something like this happen.
  19. I would soooo do that. If I had a smartphone. Which I don't.
  20. It's about books, after all. It's blocked on all school computers at my school. But I still have access to the Coppermind and Arcanum.
  21. Alright, I will do that. Thank you!
  22. So, for an application, all you need to do is sell a cookie, correct? I've made three attempts, but none have worked. My skills include remembering tiny details of things I read at a normal pace, research, having a lot to say, being loyal, following rules, and going unnoticed. I also have connections with a large group of people, as I am the leader of the Knights of the Cosmere role play. If I manage to join the Dark Alley, I would also like to join the Counterintelligence.
  23. Well, @Quell is on Nalthis. And some of us are in the cognitive realm.
  24. @BillLangdon I mean, just look at the chocolate chips! They prove it's still warm, even after twenty hours!
