It's so close to the end of the game that just killing everyone isn't really a good option ...if stick is going to detain we'll just have to have multiple people using fae lore or nahlrout on her while we put in kills as well? I don't want to die either but I would sacrifice myself if we needed to prove something, but now that I'm more suspicious of stick I feel like it would be better to act on that suspicion. I still can't figure out what happened exactly though? Maybe if Cluny or straw were trying to use the elim sabotage on me than stick's assassin could have gotten through? If there are only two skindancers it would make sense that they both targeted me and I blocked the sabotage with fae lore but an assassin got through....which means that whoever sent the assassin wasn't blocked. I could see stick and HH's condemning each other in the thread as an act to clear the other once one was killed. Plus we don't have proof that stick helped send an assassin on HH other than she said she did. We know that arinian says he sent an assassin on HH..did anyone else too? Edit: but also Cluny must have been in Imre otherwise my fae lore would have said it failed right?

Okay so I FINALLY fell asleep!! And now I'm back lol Like steph said though it is our mom's bday so not gonna be on much. I thought through what Burnt and steph have been saying about stick being involved in the omen recognition and I suppose it could be possible that it would show up positive for skindancer being involved if stick was one. I'm starting to feel more suspicious of stick now tbh. I wasn't really suspicious of steph before her declaration about the omen recognition so I'm inclined to reconsider that it might be stick after all...hmmm That's good to know that we have more time than I thought since the GM confirmation that they'd have to kill ALL of the students not just the ones who were elevated..phew I think I'm starting to agree with steph that attacking stick might be a better option...let me think through this.

Also another scary thought to share lol If steph has the banned books ability she could also learn a dangerous ability without us knowing about it! It would take her two turns to learn it or one turn but she wouldn't be able to use pms or take any actions on that one turn. And also she could be putting EP into any field she wants right now so when she becomes a master she might not be a master archivist. I don't know ...waaaaaaa (me crying if it was unclear) @Elbereth @TheMightyLopen @DroughtBringer why was Cluny not expelled by aman's votes?

I thought that too until the GMs confirmed that the elims were chosen randomly...but if I had to pick only one of you to be evil at this point it would be steph cuz she is apparently doing her best to frame me right now Edit: to avoid double posting lol How come no one but aman voted last turn? He voted for Cluny twice and nothing happened. @Amanuensis you're not actually at the uni are you? If you were I would ask for you to try and expell steph or Cluny. Since steph did cast suspicion on Cluny last cycle but then didn't even vote for anyone I'd say that looks pretty suspicious. She "voted" for HH but then removed her votes because she said she realized it was actually Cluny who was about to become a master and yet she didn't vote for him. If steph and Cluny are both skindancers and are the only ones at the uni???!!! I wanna go play sad music rn.

Personally I was going back and forth on using my money for protection for others or an assassin on someone I suspect but since I can't really attack steph or Cluny then I might as well go for protection for others. If cluny's assassin was blocked by me then he still has it and he can use it from the safety of the university on this turn. I only have one more protection from my gram so two hits should do it. If steph, cluny, and burnt are all evil and if they only need to kill all of the "arcanists" to win then it will just be down to stick and arinian if I die. Honestly if steph puts in the elim kill on me and Cluny uses his assassin then I'm dead anyways...bleh At least then maybe y'all can do something about it! But it will be very close! I just had another scary thought...I've been trying to figure out what Burnt was elevated in for the whole game because she's one of my only unknowns on my list...if she is an alchemist and has bone tar(she is an El'the) than she could have the ability to destroy any residence! If everyone is staying in the grey man to try and buy assassins for two turns then she could get ALL of the rest of the arcanists with one hit right?!

The thing about sending an anonymous courier though is that it isn't fool proof....if I used fae lore on you then you could just have an elim teammate send an anonymous courier for you right? And then you could claim to not have been blocked. It just looks good but it's not really proof. @Amanuensis I'm not sure what action she could have taken either. I'm still trying to figure this out. I suppose she could have held off on putting in the elim sabotage so that it would look like straw or Cluny had been blocked when I used fae lore on them? Ack ninja'd by you again lol

Okay what??! I guess this fills in my missing skindancer question!! Steph is totally lying about the omen recognition showing signs of a fae!! Looks like the failed attempt to get rid of me has forced her to try a different tactic! There's a problem with your theory @queensteph ..why would I admit openly to attacking stick if I was a skindancer??! I would have to be pretty dumb. And why would you wait to reveal the info about using omen recognition until now if you "saw" something like that?? Okay I was trying to sleep but the thoughts were tumbling around in my head so I had to get back on when I read Steph's comments I was a little shocked tbh. I was beginning to suspect burnt again but it looks like it was steph. Here is my theory and thoughts: 1. Steph had burnt attack me, and then Cluny and straw did as well. 2. Steph didn't want to leave the uni to buy an assassin cuz then she would be vulnerable to be blocked by one of us students who were expelled so she asked burnt to do it...since no villager would try to block burnt after she was pretty much cleared last turn. 3. Cluny had to leave the uni to buy an assassin but I used far lore on him. 4. Straw or steph put in the elim sabotage. 5. If stick was evil she would have detained me so I couldn't use fae lore to block the elims attacks, and she could also send an assassin on me. So she's cleared in my mind. 6. Aman said that he thinks the remaining elims are steph and Cluny so if they attacked him they would look more suspicious. (I feel like he is a villager) 7. PK was sabotaged early on and later told everyone that aonar was a skindancer so I trust him. 8. Burnt was attacked which could have been the elim sabotage. But she had a bodyguard and a gram apparently (who does that lol), so she could have taken a hit by a fellow elim to make herself look more innocent. She could have lied about sending an anonymous courier to steph making herself look like she wasn't blocked by Steph's supposed "fae lore" on her. So I'm starting to wonder if Burnt IS evil. Why would burnt go along with Steph's plans to attack me when it was confirmed in the writeup that I was the elim sabotage attempt?? 9. While reading back through a lot of the thread I feel like arinian is prob a villager. If Cluny is evil than he wouldn't want another arithmetic person around. And he could be dangerous to the elims in Imre. But he could have been using nahlrout on me earlier to stop my fae lore attempts? I kinda doubt it though. If there are 3 elims left then it is 6 to 3 right now since we lost two villagers to the mercs. That would mean this could very well be the last round. If steph can convince everyone to attack me again then that would mean she, Cluny, and straw/burnt/ whoever the third elim is would be free to attack 3 other players this turn. Bringing the count down to 3 to 2 skindancers. If they couldn't get them all this turn because of people's bodyguards etc. then they could get rid of the rest on the next. Either way this could be the last cycle. Wait!! I just went back and looked at the rules and it says that the skindancers just have to get rid of all of the arcanists to win! That doesn't include the students who have never been elevated right? Like aman and straw? So really they just have to get rid of me, Burnt,(if she is good), arinian, and stick right? I'm seriously freaking out here people! They are going for the finish! Help! Edit: ninja'd by @Amanuensis Okay I would totally say yes please kill me so that you could see I am telling the truth but what if it's true that they only have to get rid of all of the people who have been elevated?! Isn't that kind of risky? Hmmm thinking about it though it would still leave stick, arinian, and burnt to be the other arcanists and they probably have pretty good protection. So yes! If it will help us win please kill me!! My hard work wouldn't be in vain!

Noooooooooooo! Why were you on the streets! *crying for lost villagers Ugh that's sad and annoying.. I have good news though! I finally wasn't blocked! I used fae lore on Cluny and straw and there was no sabotage! So I'm guessing it was one or the other who tried to put in the elim order! If Cluny is at the uni still than it was straw but if Cluny went to imre last cycle (to buy an assassin perhaps) than he could have been blocked by fae lore...hmm except than his assassin would have been blocked too...either way I'm pretty sure it's one of them! I wanted to give my opinions on cluny's posts last cycle but I ran out of time...I get the strange feeling that he's been trying oddly hard to save up a lot of money in this game. First he studied in arithmetics when he was already an aturan noble. Then he tries to get his tuition down by role playing and voting etc. Then he tries to see if he can pickpocket nobles when they vote on him. He then successfully pickpockets steph. The assassin prices were insanely high last cycle so I feel like it would have been someone with a lot of money who wanted me dead. So either money loving Cluny or someone else with lots of cash. And that would leave a different skindancer to put in the elim sabotage but I may have blocked them( *cough straw *cough). So we may still have two skindancers who aren't in the crockery after all! Did anyone else block people? Edit: well it's been an hour since I posted, but no one else has posted so I don't want to double post... I just realized something...my fae lore on Cluny would have said it failed if he had been at the university. (Cuz it failed when I used it on HH when he was at the uni cuz I'm an expelled student) But it didn't fail on Cluny. So he must have been in Imre...but he couldn't have attacked me with an assassin if he was a skindancer cuz his actions would have been cancelled. hmm. Can anyone else figure this out? Also Cluny is a master now! Edit #2: okay so is it possible that the skindancers tried to hit me with two assassins AND the elim sabotage because they knew I had a gram but I ended up blocking both Cluny and straw so only one assassin got through? (Wow I feel either really paranoid or really egocentric lol)...just sayin is it possible that we still have 3 skindancers among us?

I'm suspicious of Cluny so here is analysis on all of his posts: 1.RP/ Says he should be active for most of the game. Says he can usually win a bluff, but that it might be harder with Sanderfans lol/ Wants to know if an expelled person can be sent to the crockery or if a person in the crockery can be expelled. 2. RP 3. RP/ Votes for HH and PK on Term 2: Month 1 4. Says the Steph bandwagon is suspicious. 5. Clarifies that an Aturan noble could have bought a gram (when everyone was suspecting the Vintish of being the only ones able to buy one that early in the game) 6. Says that Arithmetics can't harm elims except for black market stuff...and then realizes that is dangerous lol 7. Says to be careful when looking at game rules or google docs cuz of some virus or something?? (his link wouldn't load for me) 8. Says to feel free to vote on him so he can play QF 9. Sniffs at something stick said lol 10. Going to costco 11. Votes for Arinian cuz of the "extortive" post everyone was raging about 12. poker cat meme (says arinian is bluffing in his last post) 13. asks someone to spy on arinian's pms 14. Ok so i had to eat dinner in between doing this analysis so it isn't complete but the turn is almost over and this is as far as i got before i ran out of time... I hope it's helpful.

you have to use it as soon as you pay for it...but if it fails you can send it out as many turns as it takes to successfully attack someone

I bought it ...my bodyguard died when I was attacked Edit: also @Amanuensis I don't think it ever said that straw was on the streets and he was expelled on Term 3 Turn 1 (I just checked)...I know he's been on since then but he hasn't hardly posted here. That just makes me wary. I feel like either he or Cluny are probably evil. If cluny is evil than I would suspect steph a lot more because he has defended her in the past cycles and it seemed a little odd.
