  1. @JNV @Biplet @Fifth Scholar @Araris Valerian @The Known Novel @_Stick_ @The Wandering Wizard @|TJ| @Amanuensis @Matrim's Dice Here's your 20 minute reminder to get all of your votes and actions in before rollover! You have about 20 minutes! Sorry for the delay on this last reminder. Today was a very busy day. Had a 12 hour work day.
  2. Giving this the Official GM Stamp of Approval. Officially™. Oh also here’s your 22 hour reminder to get your votes and actions in before rollover. Don’t forget there’s an inactivity filter! @JNV @Biplet @Fifth Scholar @Araris Valerian @The Known Novel @_Stick_ @Kasimir @|TJ|@Amanuensis @Matrim's Dice
  3. Oop forgot to post in this thread. Just wanted to quickly say that I had a blast those first couple cycles. Getting Lynchbait was so much fun, even if it bit me in the butt. And it was hilarious being the first to die and come back. I'm so glad I got to be the guinea pig for that. Anyway, thank you @Kasimir and @Fifth Scholar for running this game! And thanks to @Elandera helping out as an IM!
  4. It was a sorry lot that gathered in the town square that day. Not the same spot as where Mern's body had been found. Thankfully the thing parading as Drestien, the new mayor, was competent enough to avoid gathering the people there. Feden could give him that much credit. As the town began to gather in for the meeting Drestien had called, Feden focused on watching them. They were small, though they had grown a lot in the last few years. These were the people Feden should have been in charge of, not Drestien. But alas, things had not played out that way. And with all the talk of the Lord Ruler falling and this latest murder in the town, Feden worried about getting power back from Drestien next election. Perhaps he could stage a coup? Use the current unrest within the townsfolk to get them to overthrow Drestien? Make him the scapegoat for the murder? That could work.... Feden was so entranced in his treasonous thoughts that he had hardly paid attention to the meeting's proceedings. Why had Drestien called this meeting again? Oh yeah. It wasn't just about calming the people down. It was about getting them to vote on whom amongst them was the killer. It wasn't going well. Everyone kept shouting names and cursing at each other. After several hours of deliberation, most of the accusations settled on Fadran. He was a new face to the town. Had not gotten to know people very much. He kept claiming he was just making his way through the town before finding work elsewhere. But he had stayed just long enough to maybe learn how the town worked. Its security, lack of security in places. The habits of its people. Who would be the best first victim. It was only a matter of time before mob mentality took over. The last time Feden had seen this happen was during some riots in Luthadel when he was but a child. This was no Luthadel riot, but Fadran did not last long amongst that crowd. None of them would confess to making the killing blow that day, but perhaps it didn't matter. Perhaps it was the sum of all of the hits that cut Fadran's temporary stay in Creston short. Feden walked up to Drestien after the crowd dispersed and the few constables showed up to dispose of Fadran's body. "Do you think that was the killer?" Feden asked. "I sure hope it was." ~ Fadran was not the killer. As night settled upon the town, screams were heard. Once again, the sounds came from the town center. Where Mern had been found. Varloux was the first on the scene. His inn had been specifically placed near the town center to profit off of townspeople spending time there, then wishing to retire nearby. It was a gruesome scene he came upon. Two bodies scattered throught the town center. Gerald Heloux, a nobleman. Not that he had been very noble, but even someone who shunted all of their noble duties did not deserve a death like this. Xino, a skaa man that proudly boasted about his fancy card he always carried with him. Someone had drawn strange symbols and markings on it. And left a pile of bones, picked clean, nearby? "By the Lord Ruler," Varloux whispered. "This is a bloody mess. I need to open the inn early. People are going to need to drink after this." Channelknight Fadran has been removed! They will be sent out shortly! There will be a removal during this Cycle. Tied votes will result in a random player within the tie being removed. There is no vote minimum, though no one is removed if no one votes. There is also an inactivity filter: if you a player does not vote for 2 consecutive Cycles, they will be removed. In addition, PMs are open for this Cycle. PMs may only be one-on-one, group PMs are not allowed. All PMs must include myself and the IM, @Devotary of Spontaneity. As a last reminder, feel free to contact her if you have any moderation concerns! Also, I was planning on reminding about the inactivity filter, but I don't have to because everyone voted C1! Congrats! Player List: This Cycle will end at 10 pm CST, on Friday, February 24th.

  8. Idk. Currently leaning towards troll, right now. No, not that kind of Troll, the other kind of troll. Though, he might actually secretly be a Troll too.
  9. Here is the current VC. As a reminder, there are about 3.5 hours left until rollover! 10. I hadn’t even thought about that. An elim with that hat would make so much extra money as well. Especially if the elims intentionally make a lot of PMs so their money goes to the elim with the postman hat.
  11. @JNV @Biplet @Fifth Scholar @Araris Valerian @The Known Novel @Channelknight Fadran @_Stick_ @Kasimir@The Bookwyrm @xinoehp512 @|TJ| @Ashbringer @Amanuensis @Matrim's Dice Here is your 14 hour reminder to get your actions and votes in! As another reminder, there is an inactivity filter. If a player goes two consecutive Cycles without voting, they will be removed.
  12. So true. Also, @Amanuensis, I meant to get on and remove my vote last minute, just in case I’d need it later. Unfortunately, I did not account for having to do a 13 hour work day yesterday and only got home by the time rollover was happening.
  13. I got so excited. I was like “OH MY GOSH FLIPS!” Alas, my hopes were immediately dashed. Mood
  14. This is mostly accurate. You have the wrong number for TKN’s votes and are missing Fifth’s vote on Kas.
  15. The following should be an accurate VC. I would appreciate if other people could double check for me. I have no fancy machine to count the votes for me. The Known Novel (8): Fifth Scholar, Araris Valerian, The Known Novel, _Stick_, |TJ|, Ashbringer, Amanuensis, Matrim’s Dice Fifth Scholar (1): Kasimir Matrim’s Dice (1): Channelknight Fadran
  16. PAFO! Tineye is indeed also a target scan. Apologies if I missed any questions from pages 2 or 3–still making my way through the thread.
  17. Quick clarification about the rules: it will not be announced in the thread whenever the conversion spike is used.
