yey more emotionless people yey i am not alone ... in all seriousness i've been like that for the past two years following my existential crisis after a certain "thing" that happened with me and a friend .( it is not like i am competely detached i just enjoy not interacting or thinking about others and i do still go out with friends). it is not bad to set a goal and try to succeed , nor is it a bad thing to set priorities espesialy if it concerns studying in order to have a better future . But it is also important to not get so consumed by your studies , to the point that you dont have any friends , don't burn bridges when there is no reason . a healthy balance is something that you will have to figure out and no one but yourself can do it , weigh what is precius to you and set the scales accordingly . Just know that there is nothing wrong with being reclusive or focused .

sooooo... i just finished listening to the first book of the wheel of time and it was certainly not bad . and i know that Sanderson has said how much it has influenced him and how honored he was that he got to write the final part . but it just didn't sweep me off my feet like many other books . it didn't keep me up all night , hooked , saying : just an other chapter the characters were interchangeable until the end , the magic systems were underdeveloped and some things about the world havent been clearified yet and as a reasult seem counter intuitive . i allready have the whole set , so i am definately going to read it (eventualy) . but my question to you is this : should i have higher hopes like everyone else? if not is any of the books skipable?

Pat Rothfuss is a kick chull writer. he has dedicated his last ten (probably more) to this trilogy to make sure that it is perfect his books though more rooted to the real word than most of Sanderson's fantasyworlds still demonstartes immence writing skill and imagination to make the world realy grounded and some characters like the chandrian, the ademreans and especialy the Cthaeh (ohhhhhhhh it is soooooo gooood and terrifying) make this one of the best fantasy series out there , especialy for a sanderfan i have an other problem i just finished listening to the first book of the wheel of time and it is certainly not bad . it didn't sweep me off my feet maybe i'll make a topic as well

Mid-Range Game 19: Return to Urithiru
manukos replied to little wilson's topic in Sanderson Elimination
hmmm... lets try something (it will definitely backfire ) HEY GHOSTBLOCKS you have two choices : you let us kill smn at random (cough ,cough amanuensis , cough )without any healers or things like that , and we all win with the bondsmith the plan fails , in which case my personal objective will be to see the ghostbloods dead p.s. we (the diagrammists ) will set the kill order so plz no other cooks do anything p.s.2. @Magestar idk what the correct spelling is but the deity known as lil wilson told me that i am a diarammist and in here he is an all powerul being that can have me dissapear so i will not go against his wishes .- 329 replies

i dont know if i agree at least to the ten fools part . we only know of two: Cabin : who acts like a child although he is an adult. Eshu : who speaks of things he does not understand in front of those who do. those two could be taken as the contrary of Battar(wise) and Paliah(learned) but they are the only "inteligence" driven heralds but there are many more aspects of stupidity for the ten fools to impersonate . Plus it would be hard for Battar or anyone for that matter to act like a child for a long period of time apart from that i realy dig your idea about the inverse of characteristics . an other one you could had mentioned is Shalash though they could just be in hiding and i do kinda belive that Nale was justified in his killings according to laws (even if i liked Ym as a character) and he even lets lift go after she is pardoned for her crimes so .... what was thw point of this post ? i have no stormin idea
