I'm not planning to fight. That might be something to add to the weaknesses list. Because of the first contract, my character isn't really capable of attacking others.

I guess that would be the standard strategy if my character got attacked. Allocate as many muscle to the legs as possible and run for it.

Reread the passage, they stretch out a ligament to keep the broken bone together, which I think keeps it straight, but means that it wouldn't be able to handle a lot of pressure, especially from the side.

True, although I believe that in that case it did have a noticable effect on her body, as she had to use her muscles to keep the bones together.

Yeah. My character isn't really designed for combat, they're actually fairly pacifistic, and would just try to run away when attacked.

Kind of, standard methods to deal with kandra still work, such as broken bones. And given the amount of people with shardblades, there are plenty of non traditional measures going around

KoTiel walks into an alley to see a man poke a weird rock with a stick. Wondering what's going on, they decide to watch from a distance.

Are you talking about the reckoners rp or one of the old guild wars?

Do you have a link? I'm guessing that it's from before BoM, as it's said to be a resent development IIRC, and not yet widely used (I think only the Set knows about it).

If we come across old WoBs that probably aren't canon anymore, can we add a footnote that they should be taken with a grain of salt? In this case, it's the following WoB (incorrect part bold): In this case, SoS and BoM show that this is obviously wrong, since, except for TenSoon, all Kandra we've seen have been human (although sometimes using true bodies).

Hoid is using fortune, but later WoB's state that he doesn't specifically uses Feruchemy, just that the underlying mechanics are the same. https://wob.coppermind.net/events/32-arcanum-unbounded-fort-collins-signing/#e2567

If someone is suffering, and the only way to help them is to kill them, is it still evil? P.S. True, most Hemalurgists are still evil, but you do have things such as Spook's plan where dying metalborn get themself spiked to pass on their powers.

Probably. I think I'll be doing a kandra, but I'm still working on the design and backstory a bit.

Alright, thanks. Is it also possible to create neutral characters, basically types that interact with the different guilds, and possibly engage in combat (not often), but aren't part of any of the guilds?
-
I've read somewhere that the DA won't be getting involved in this, because you can't really balance Hemalurgy. Is it possible to get more info on it's state? Also, is there a list of guilds that are participating in this?

What YouTube Channels do you watch?

Yogscast, Extra Credits, Scott Manley, PBS Spacetime, Isaac Arthur. -
Subbed, since I don't speak Japanese, but dubs tend to feel really weird to me.

I remember people suggesting the idea of it being surface area.

For Sel, I'd suggest building a big space station in selstationary (geostationary) orbit above Elantris. Use aons to create two way portals between the station and a destination star system. This would allow for both travel to the system in question as well as back. If you want to return, you can use seons to tell the station to open a portal for you (assuming seons communicate ftl). The main drawbacks her would be whether or not aons can create these portals across large distances and if the station would be able to get enough dor to be able to actually open them (possible build it on the ground instead of in space). If they can actually create dor storage containers and find a way to run aons of them this wouldn't be necessary of course, as they could use the stored dor as fuel (could possibly be used in combination with the first idea, for emergency transport or going of the grid).

Does the theory behind techniques used have to comply with Final Empire levels of science? And in that case, how about using things such as chromium and bendalloy? Also, does Aons count as a single power, or only the ability to use a specific Aon? Edit: Just read chromium isn't allowed. Still, my point with using modern metals stands.

Not really, as Spook doesn't have infinite healing, godspeed, extreme mental speed, or any other broken abilities.
