It always boggled me why gold was classified as a 'greater metal'. It has no use, and is an epithet for someone who can't do anything in the AoL era. Besides that, I guess you could tentatively classify atium as a temporal metal, even though it's a god metal, which would account for the same (or similar, being skilled in bronze was rare, I'd guess and not a lot of people could experiment) pulse lengths.

The action and all that happens is just a bit too sudden, I'd like if there was just a little more exposition to make it feel natural.

Leras does refer to Hoid as an old friend, but it was said that a group of 16 killed Adonalsium, not 17. I don't believe Houd had an active part in the shattering.

I think the WoB you're referring to said that you'd become a sliver. I could be wrong though. EDIT: Never mind, found it. DOUGLAS What about a Lerasium savant? Or would that require so much Lerasium that the person attempting it would ascend to become a new Shardholder? BRANDON SANDERSON Basically, this is what ascension is.

Well, I'd buy him not being able to harm others normally, apart from one thing. How was he able to best Kelsier, Kelsier, easily? It doesn't matter that they're in the Cognitive Realm, or that Kelsier wasn't a mistborn. Kelsier's whole existence relied on besting others in fights and Hoid trashed him completely. If he couldn't harm anyone, why would he bother learning all this?

If Hoid literally cannot harm other people, why would he take the time to learn fighting skills to the point where he is easily able to best Kelsier, who was one of the best fighters in the series?

you little devil I like you (emphasis mine, it was written in white font) EDIT: also, One Piece seems under appreciated. The manga is one of the best I've read, but the animation is a bit funky, and that's why I recommend the manga until at least the time skip.

Awakening metal is just a really funky business. I seem to recall that Vasher (?) or whoever awakened the said had to be at the 9th heightening to even attempt this.
