    I found the graphics useful, for what it’s worth, but I think the most efficient method is looking at each player’s options for MoM and PoE and seeing which combination fits best with the clues

    Eh, storm it. This seems like our best lead atm so might as well rule it out if wrong. @Araris Valerian I am making an Accusation! I accuse StrikerEZ of being the Assassin, and I think he used Acid to commit the murder and that the Key Evidence he left behind is the Shu-Korath Pendant.

    Hm. Mobile so bear with me, limited ways to format my thoughts. If we imagine this like a literal crime scene, which I’m going with atm, this is what I’m thinking: Cause of Death: Accident Location: Hut/Shack Evidence Left Behind: Manmade Victim’s Clothes: Naked Time of Death: Noon In Progress: Religious Worship Time of Death feels mostly irrelevant, other than maybe ruling out some edge cases that I can’t think of atm. Cause of Death being accident suggests the MoM was used in an indirect way, like a Rube Goldberg trap being set up ahead of time for the victim. Location is where the body was found—doesn’t make a ton of sense for the victim to have been moved after the fact, given an indirect death. Technically doesn’t need to have impacted the Murder Method, but it’s such a weird combination with Religious Worship… suggests to me a religious rivalry, like maybe the victim was a secret follower of Shu Dereth or a Jeskeri Cultist, and thus the murder was motivated by opposing zealotries? Evidence Left Behind most likely related to the PoE the killer left, but also could mean whatever killed the victim was manmade (and not invested). Naked is still weird to me but I don’t know if I agree with partial nudity. Feels like an important clue regardless. How do you reckon Glow Paste or Hidden Message fit in exactly?

    Oh right, I haven't really thought about the human factor; very curious to see if I can even naturally form suspicions without proper voting and such. I'll give Striker time then

    Ah right, forgot about the Supernatural option. I'm down to use my accusation on Striker/Acid/Shu-Korath Pendant right now btw, just lemme know if it's worth confirming/denying today.

    What do you think about Acid melting away the clothes? Contained in a Hut/Shack of some kind, spilled on the victim while practicing a religion in private? Oh and I've been ruling out all investiture because of the Manmade clue but I think maybe we shouldn't (if anyone else is) since that's specifically "Evidence Left Behind" and might not apply to the MoM

ED2T: I like these guesses better: TKN, BURNED ALIVE AT STAKE, GOD BEYOND SHRINE? STRIKER, ACID, SHU-KORATH PENDANT

    Do both the MoM and PoE need to overlap on all 6 clue tiles? If so, we shouldn't neglect the latter

    For anyone else who might still be confused how this game works (AKA me before I just did this myself), I recommend checking out the last iteration (QF33B). Specifically: TLDR we have those 6 clues (Accident, Hut/Shack, Manmade, Naked, Noon, and Religious Worship) to narrow things down now, and with each new cycle we'll either get a new column added with another hint or a unique event that helps us solve in some way. ED1T: Based on the other tiles, I'm guessing a public event that took place at the same time as the murder. ED2T: Hope this works since I can't quote C0 ED3T: Oh yeah, does anyone know what a Rathbore Monk is?

    My idea was that when players sign up, the GM/IM preemptively send players their PMs (sans role/alignment, which can be edited into the first message later) and ask if there's any anticipated problems before sign-ups end and the distro is finalized.

Even Bip cursed you shortly before her last breath BTW the original C5 plan was for Biplet to claim she saw Mat target the NK but Wiz decided to frame Mat himself without confirming how it works with the rules or either of us first glad that happened, though. A sweep would’ve been depressing
