  1. I'll try to explain why I think it's best to leave Odium be for now(or RB him) and focus on the 17th Shard. Player list! Bold as probable evils. 1. Joe - Preservation(he revealed himself earlier in this very thread) 2. Haelbarde 3. Cloudjumper - suspected evil due to suspicious posts/help save Aman on D1/quietness/lurking 4. Zephrer 5. Araris - claimed in this thread to have started out as either Devotion or Dominion, so village 6. Mailliw 7. Sheep 8. Aman - 17th Sharder/Poisoner/Outed 9. Burnt - ???OC??? 10. DC - suspicious due to posts/connections to Rae and Aman on D1/other stuff that's too long to type here 11. phattemer 12. Mark - Survival(obviously, there were blatant hints before it was actually revealed) 13. Conquestor 14. Lopen - Knight Radiant/Honor(might as well reveal, I've already revealed to most players). 15. Arraenae - Hoid. 16. leiftinspace 17. Alvron - Odium 18. The Young Bard Now, we also know that Autonomy is out there, so that's one more "evil" we need to take into account. I have it on good authority that Autonomy has yet to successfully get an Agent, since Elbereth died D1 and their investment on D2 failed because they hit a Shard. So thankfully only one Autonomy player right now, but that could change after this Day Turn. There also could be an Odium's Champ. It's not certain that there is though, because Alv claims he never made a Champ. He could be lying obviously, and I think we would be smart to assume he is. So, that means that there is or could be 3 more evils than the ones I listed above. Maybe even 4 if the 17th Shard started with 5 players(I really hope they didn't, but, hey it's possible). So, looking at it that way, that would make: 9 evils(non-villagers) to 9 villagers. Yikes! However, we know that Autonomy doesn't have an Agent right now and I don't think there would be 5 17th Sharders, so that would make it 11 villagers to 7 non-villagers. In that case, 4 of those 7 would be 17th Sharders, and it's extremely likely that they have Ruin. So, who should we go for? The team that has 2 kills and 2 players, 1 for only Shards and 1 for only non-Shards, but whose identities are compromised(Alv and maybe Burnt)? Or the team with 4 players and 2 kills, planet destruction power, vote manipulative powers, a Poison kill, 2 delayed death roles(Trapper and Outed player), Hoid(a bunch of powers here) and who knows what else? To me, it only makes sense that we'd take out a 17th Sharder, try and RB Aman, so he can't do anything and then try to stop the other 17th Sharders from killing anyone too(Hoid is unable to act right now either because of Joe using his Investment on her), by using our Shardic power. We might even be able to get a roleblock on Alv too, I think. Not sure though, there's still a lot of uncertainty with the plan as it is. Plus, I don't want to completely reveal what our plans are(be assured though, me and the other village Shardholders are planning together). Also, I feel I should try to explain more in depth why I believe DC is a 17th Sharder, because I know that most of you aren't nearly as sure of his 17th Sharderness as I am and so would like a more concrete case for why I am so sure. So...I'll do that tomorrow. (Give me a break, it's the middle of the night right now!)
  2. We can either RB him or put a Mistborn on him. He's already revealed, so we know to put someone on him. Ruin and the 17th Sharder kill is more of a mystery though, so I really think we need to find them asap. Hoid can't make kills and we know Aman doesn't have Ruin right now(though that could change), so I think we need to kill the other sharders first and I'm really really really suspicious of DC. Enough that I'd pick him to lynch over a revealed Odium and a revealed 17th Sharder.
  3. I honestly don't know, because I'm not actually afraid of him! Hah! Take that Alv! (now I'll probably get a scolding from Wilson about how I should be afraid of him and how I'm gonna regret saying that. ) Yes a lot of stuff has happened in PM's. But, hm. I guess it doesn't matter if I say this. You're in a PM with Devotion right now. I know that might be a surprise, considering the contents of that specific PM, but it's the truth and I can have others back that up.
  4. He can Invest and use his Shardic power at the same time though. (and your fear of him only gives him a more firm grasp on your soul... ) Ah, yeah, I did say that. I'll try to find the context of that conversation and explain my thought process if you really want me to. I guess I was just thinking in an objective way saying "the village needs to do this while the 17th Shard need to do this and Odium needs to etc. etc." Anyways, yes, I'm trying to make certain that we can get Ruin out of their hands asap, because if we don't, it's gonna be extremely tough to take them down.
  5. All true except the thing about me. Why do you think I'm probably not village??? I don't understand how you can think I'm anything but village Araris. It's good to know you started as a village Shard so you're cleared too. Joe is Preservation and Invested in Rae, so she's unable to act this Turn or this upcoming Night Turn, if I've got the mechanics right. DC is a Trapper and I highly suspect a 17th Sharder. Like, almost 100% certain he is. We also know that Aman doesn't have Ruin because he was Outed as not holding Ruin(again, if I understand the rules correctly). Edit: Oh yeah, Mark and Burnt are probably what Rae says. Mark for sure. Rae, why wasn't there an Odium kill? Alv knew that I was a Shard and another player was a Shard and both me and the other player didn't move our Shards around.
  6. @Rae, way to take my challenge literally. I'll do a reply sometime...maybe soon. @Mailliw, yes I took note of that possibility. Doesn't change the fact that I wasn't converted/invested. I'm extremely sure that I would have done so many things differently had I been converted at that point. And this isn't one of those "of course you'd say that" things, because I've literally RB'd Odium from attacking anyone and revealed who he is in the thread. If I was Odium's Champ, then why would Aman and co. be trying to lynch me? I would have no reason to reveal who they are or kill them. Rather, I would try to work with them to get my win con and then slaughter the remaining players(but would focus on killing Shards at first, in which case Aman would know his team had no reason to fear me right now). You know I'm not a Champ Mailliw. Seriously people, we need to pile the votes on. Vote on DC please, villagers. Are you really gonna let the eliminators just control the lynch?
  7. I will admit to having bussed a teammate before. Most notably LG16, where I helped lynch Kipper. But that actually ended up poorly for my team, just like Aman bussing you ended up poorly for your team in LG17. I don't like bussing teammates, but if I did, I'd much prefer being bussed over bussing. You might be casting suspicion, but my Stormlight will shine through the worst you can throw. @Aman, Dude, I have Honor...
  8. You wanna know why I asked for Ruin or Honor? So that I wouldn't get converted by Odium. And I got Honor and still have it. There was 1 Day where I could have been converted(Day 1), but thankfully I wasn't. I guess if you all are gonna even consider the possibility that I'm evil I'll share what information I have to share. It's almost a 100% certainty that Alvron is Odium It's also extremely likely that Burnt is his Champion. I'd already shared this info with a cleared group of Shards, but here it is for you all too, since the 17th Shard already knows it. And want to know why and how I can prove I'm not Odium's Champ? I used my Shardic roleblock on Alvron last Night and then surprise! There was no Odium kill. If I was Odium's Champion, then I would have tried to RB someone else, like a Mistborn or something, so I could make a kill. Also, I think it should be apparent I'm not a member of the 17th Shard. I was pushing crazy hard for both Aman to be lynched on Day 1 AND for Rae to die by Night 1! That would have to be the stupidest bussing I could do. Aman is a great planner/manipulator and Rae is Hoid. The thing with the "they" instead of "us" isn't nearly the same as what Elbereth did. In this situation, I was referring to the game mechanics and a factions win con, so I just referred to the village as an all encompassing "they."
  9. If you're good...then yeah, that would look bad on me and I'd apologize. But, I really do think you're evil, so I have to pursue what I think is the best way to win for my team. Cloudjumper. DeathClutch I'm still wondering where Cloudjumper is though. Dang it Rae, I thought I could get through the whole game without a vote on me!
  10. We really need to focus our votes so we can be certain that no vote manipulation can occur. Whether it's Aman, DC, Cloudjumper or Burnt, we need to decide early enough that players can put their votes down when they're able to. Personally, I want to lynch either DC or Cloudjumper(he still hasn't responded to anything I've said about him, even though he's been on), because I think that one of them has Ruin and so that we can narrow down on which 17th Sharder is gonna make the kill during the Night so we can try and roleblock them or redirect them somehow.
  11. I'm wondering why you claimed to Joe when Mark had already claimed to Aman and proven himself as Survival. Did you really get played? Or were you playing Joe? Well you can't fool me! I'll explain to those of you who aren't in the know. I am in a PM with a group of players. Joe claimed Survival at first, but after much ninja'ing and trolling, decided to trust us and tell us he was Preservation. He then claimed Survival to Rae because we were very suspicious that she was Hoid, and eventually she claimed to be Hoid to him. Now, Mark got a PM with Aman on D1, and supposedly claimed to be Survival and gave Aman an extra life to prove it. This is also confirmed by Conq scanning mark as Survival. So, why, if Rae knew that Mark was Survival, would she claim to Joe? Because she knew we were already suspicious of her enough to kill her and wanted to try and protect both Aman and DC(who is in that group PM I mentioned) because Aman knew who the real Survival was and DC knew that Joe wasn't Survival. So Rae claiming to someone who she obviously knew wasn't Survival was almost definitely a ploy to help DC and Aman gain trust. And so, DC is a 17th Sharder. I don't have completely solid proof, but if you'll look back at his posts from Day 1 where he interacted with both Aman and Rae, I think you'll find those posts suspicious, in light of the information that both Rae and Aman are 17th Sharders. This also brings me to another point. Cloudjumper is most likely a 17th Sharder as well. Why? Just because I think so! Haha, j/k, but he does seem extremely suspicious to me. Both his last post at the end of D1, him being voted on by Aman(weird piece of evidence for guilt, I know, but Aman has cast suspicion on his teammates many times before) and his complete silence in the thread lately(as well as his very quiet nature in the Sel World PM on D1) lead me to believe that he is an evil 17th Sharder as well. So...yeah, those are my thoughts for who the 17th Shard team is made up of. Maybe another member, but I don't think so.
  12. Dude, you know that Preservation Invested in her right? So lynching her would do exactly nothing? Preservation told you he did that... Sorry about that, I was going to reply, but wanted to talk with Joe first. Will get back to you on that. I mean, if DC is a 17th Sharder like I believe he is, it doesn't matter, but I generally don't like revealing players roles if they haven't given me the go ahead. (I know that I have done that quite a few times this game, so I figure I should try and actually be a little secretive with my info from here on out.) Edit: ninja'd by Joe revealing... Anyways, yes, Joe is Preservation, so there's nothing to worry about.
  13. Oh, I'm worried about him. But when you've got Odium on the loose and probably a Sharder with Ruin, he's not the top priority. Seriously, we've got so many enemies right now. :/ If you want to reveal who he is though, I'm fine with that. I have a guess for who he is, but it's not definite. Villagers, our numbers are getting low enough that this lynch could be a breaking point. So please please please work with me here. Rae just basically claimed Hoid in the thread, but we can't lynch her because Preservation invested in her to stop her from taking any Actions. Aman is an outed Poisoner, but we could still lynch him. Mark, please don't give any 17th Sharders an extra life. That would really be sad and they have no reason to waste any attacks on you. If you could, I'd appreciate you giving Nyali an extra life to keep her around for a bit longer.
  14. Huh. So, I'm assuming that the 17th Shard killed PK then. I really hope he invested in someone at some point. Otherwise this just got really bad for us. :/ Also, good work revealing Aman Elodin. Too bad we couldn't get protection on you. I think I'd like to ask that Survival invest in Nyali so she can keep being alive and then Endowment can Return PK or Elodin so that they can give us whatever info they might have. I'd suggest PK, so he can tell us if he Invested in anyone and if so, who it was. Otherwise I'm going to assume that Ruin is now in the hands of the 17th Shard.
  15. No, tunneling is being so certain of someone's guilt that you won't listen to reasoning and possibly facts that say otherwise. So far I have only seen stuff that points to Aman being evil and almost nothing that points to him being village aligned. If you believe someone is evil, you're supposed to push as hard as you can for their death until either they die, you die or evidence appears which changes your mind. At least that's how I see it. If he is the Troll, then I'd still push for his death. He could be just as much trouble or more if he is the Troll. I don't think he's the Troll though. Anyways, I suggest any kill roles go for either Aman or Rae, with the knowledge that Rae is probably Hoid and so she probably has an extra life and so would need to be double-tapped to actually kill her. I was hoping she'd get lynched so her extra life would get taken away, but no, I let them tie the votes. My mistake.
  16. Vote shenanigans with Hoid on D1 point to you being evil. Vote shenanigans on D2 point to you being evil. It was almost definitely evil players who moved votes on D2 and they decided to tie the votes on you and Rae instead of killing you(and consequently it saved Rae as well). Could it be because they want us to kill you ourselves and so waste more of our time/resources? Yeah, sure I guess, but I really don't think so. I was already pretty suspicious of you from your posts and now it comes out that you had secret info about why Nyali died, but didn't share that right away. I'm guessing that's because you wanted to contact Odium and help him out since he's perfectly aligned with your win con, isn't he? I realize that you were busy and I'm not saying you were lying or anything, but you only had to type one sentence and, maybe the more important fact, Burnt felt confident enough in the fact you wouldn't betray her that she posted an extremely misleading comment about not having information about why Nyali died. And that brings me to Burnt. Why do you have to be evil? I'm sad. Oh, that's probably because I revealed information to you that I really shouldn't have. :'(
