  1. Depends on what's been filled in the crossword and what hasn't
  2. Not much is known of Releasers/Dustbringers just yet so it could be fun to speculate away (my bet's on Navani, that would be frightening ) I can't find the WoB either, I have seen it. (getting nothing on theoryland). It is not so much Adolin isn't a major character (Me and Maxal have been discussing Adolin's potential radiancy here http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/27677-adolin-radiancy-potential-spoilers/) it is more that he won't be a main PoV character (Can't remember if the books will still have this format but it was like a book = 1 flashback character/1 prominent story character. In both cases so far they have been the same e.g. WoK = Kala/Kala, WoR Shall/Shall, in addition to focusing on a particular Order) EDIT: Thanks Weiry!
  3. Well...I think maybe the following; Dalinar's past explored (definitely), with; Adolin will have some more development, given WoR's ending; Shallan's escalating Ghostblood involvement; Jasnah's appearance at Urithiru, or perhaps seeing Kaladin at Hearthstone; Kaladin acceptance/embracing his past at Hearthstone; Viewpoint or 2 from Mr T, Eshonai, Szeth and Rysn
  4. In regards to his appearance, he apparently just walked up to gates then fell However, it could be that the closest he could get in his state was just outside the walls and could have been using a Surge prior to arriving. Or perhaps given his raggedness and exhaustion, he may have just tripped and fell in a puddle. Emphasis mine. I'd say that (mainly because i couldn't remember if it had been argued elsewhere f he was something else entirely or not, so technically old news) definitely confirms the man is actually a Herald
  5. My mind was the doing the exact bolded things. How much do we not know. Does the mechanical allomancy have something to do with this o.O
  6. On the Honourblade(s) looking different Emphasis mine. It appears that, given Honourblades are Shardblades' template (and are technically Shardblades), this effect could extend to them.
  7. This is true but wasn't there a WoB saying that Heralds couldn't Surgebind unless they had the Honourblades? Hold on...here it is
  8. Didn't the WoR revisions Brandon make change how Nale did what he did? So maybe what Mr T said wasn't a complete lie (granted, this wouldn't make any sense prior to revisions, but now the question is when Nale get it?)
  9. Or using the expanded mind of a Sliver/Shard to solve that last pesky Crossword clue "4 Down - Made up synonym for Gibberish"
  10. Aye, I couldn't remember what Rashek actually did to the geography other than to hide and move the well specifically so i assumed he would have had to move both. I have yet to actually read the annotations of any of the books (it is on my list) so i was just going on from a picture i saw of the geographic/magnetic poles but that may only have applied pre and post FE. Interesting. I wonder in regards to Ruin/Preservation on their meta-plane if were able to see the southern continent or if Rashek and his meddling created a kind of block round there, which would explain why there's still people on it after the climax of HoA.
  11. Has it been theorised/speculated on if Vasher suspects/knows of the true nature of the Spren/Plate/Blades or is aware Cosmere-wise in regards to Roshar/Desolations/Aharietiam?
  12. True, it is more a corrupted version. Vasher probably doesn't care that much about Roshar's people in general given the low number of shardblades. He's probably more corcerned with tracking Nightblood
  13. I'd probably say it would be similar to situation of cutting Miles in half and only one side can regrow back. The soul could only inhabit one body but it probably transfer itself from body to body. I think it would be more like one long blink that death or sleep, depending. As for human mind, that is an interesting idea but i'd still say one soul. It is rare for fantasy and sci-fi to blend altogether. I have faith the Supreme Sanderson overlord will pull it off with storms and colours. I don't actually know. We know Shardblades don't cut each other and Spren are more Cognitive. Could this mean that A.I's would be considered Cognitive entities and lack very little Physical presence? Hmm, this is fascinating "There are no strings on me" then a Wind/Spacerunner crewman in a spacesuit quips "Maybe so, but you do have Lashings on you!" (sounded waaaaaaaaaaay better in my head)
  14. I'm with Unhinged on this. I think it has been said that Nightblood is far stronger than an average sprenblade (I'll see if i can find the WoB) so he actually didn't do too bad. Although, now it is in the hands of someone far worse...
  15. Hmm, I always assumed the Well was atop the magnetic North Pole and Ruin's shardpool/Investiture spawn point would have been the geographical one, going from near proximity to each other in the vague description I remember from Alendi's journal and then comparing to FE, I would say the Well/Luthadel is the magnetic where the Pits of Hathsin would be the geographic, considering they weren't that far out from Luthadel itself
  16. "Paradox tries to request to join the Knights Awkward, and in turn the Quipsmiths or the Theoryweavers but gets distracted by a new line of Cosmere thought as well as the innumerable questions about Master Hoid"
  17. I actually lol'd. Highfive! So did Tien (too soon?) Perhaps your brother was seeing Rockspren!!! You know you're a sanderfan whenever you see the word Invest (and derivatives) and you automatically think "What if the internets were invested?" *thehorror* that or When your paranoia kicks in that the Shards are real and are trying to send you a message and hunt you down (The truth is out there, Stick told me so) Or when you think Stick from Daredevil is an apprentice of the Supreme Overlord and must be a part of B.A.R.K and B.I.T.E as well as The Chaste
  18. Would be interesting to see if it could have innate Scadrian Investiture (or perhaps even become a Misting/Ferring/Fullborn)
  19. Didn't TLR do something while he still had the well's power so that the Southern Scadrians were made into a contingency in case the FE went storms up? (Don't think it was ever explained)
  20. Add in Feruchemical Iron and we've got ourselves a Hulk
  21. Well i was thinking of his Not only that but it doesn't clarify what someone without an accent actually sounds like (meaning, is it telepathy/mind communication or some such). I'm siding more with the Honour Blades acting like Babel Fish/cypher; would explain a decent amount (would be interesting to know how many languages Szeth speaks and if he speaks with an accent, given how many places he went to, although granted he didn't really do much conversing)
  22. I fear I may have interpreted 'without an accent' incorrectly. Can anyone clarify/offer thoughts on if it is meant as having no accent whatsoever or whether it is perfect Alethi but with no Alethi accent in particular. If the former, that sounds a little weird, especially in Hoid's encounter
  23. Nobody can stop...The Juggernaut!!
  24. Could possibly add the 17th Shard to either the Wild Card section or their own. Granted we haven't really seen any actions taken in regard to main storyline
  25. This has been asked (in one form or another) and consequently RAFO'd QQ EDIT: apologies, this is incorrect. Thanks WW!
