Pleased with her book reference, she turned back to "What's your name? I'm Lorelei, by the way." ~∮~ Paloma followed Michael into the empty compartment. She didn't get how he found it. All the rest were packed. She frowned. Why didn't he say anything? He wasn't even looking at her, but staring out the window. What was up with him lately? He didn't used to be like this. In their first year, he was the loud one. Paloma scootched closer to him, put her earbuds in, then started looking for that video he'd recommended to her. If he wanted to stay silent, she could deal with it.

    That depends if you want era 1 or 2. Era 2 has sleeves. I used black jersey, because that's what I had, but I wish I'd used something a little lighter. (Weight not color). For ribbons, I used a bunch of different kinds. I can't remember them all. But Joanne's has a good selection to choose from.

    It's pretty easy. I've made one. Word of advice, don't just take a gray cloak and cut it up. That's the slacker's way out. It's better if you sew the top of a cloak and then sew ribbons of colors ranging from light gray to black, like it describes it in the books. It gives you much more freedom in what you do and looks awesome.

    Storms, I'm late to reply, but starting late, costume and makeup troubles, everyone missing their cues. That stuff.It went much better today. Multiple people complimented me on my acting.

    I know that, but wells. I just had to use the idea of glowing wells of power to be the preferred method of travel. But hey, positive spin: if I take the idea in a whole different direction, maybe it could be original.

    I know how you feel. I had this great idea of an expanded universe with a group of people that travels between them. How do they get between them you ask? You jump in a well and come out in a different world. Is there a character with color changing hair? Yep. Are there higher beings that the only way to get magic is to essentially get some of their power? Of course! And I started coming up with some of this before I'd ever read Sanderson.

    (I'm sure not sure this is even allowed, so you can just let this post stay as a joke or something, if it's not.) Faintly at first, but getting louder, a whooshing noise was carried on the wind. A few heads turned as something started fading into existence. It was box shaped. Now they could see that it was blue. And now they could make out the words on the top of it. Police Box When the police box had fully materialized, a man stepped out of it, wearing a suit. Fiddling with his bowtie, he announced, "Hello, I'm the Doctor."
