Well, the things in the classroom are student projects from past years, one including children's shoes, and luckily they are at the BACK of the classroom, so I don't have to look at them every minute. Thankfully. There is just a lot of trauma involved in it for me. I went because it was part of a tour of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and it was important for some of the students to know what was happening during WWII, apparently. Being there just escalates feelings. Luckily I got to leave early. I can't transfer because my high school wants to keep everyone with the same teacher so they will not be taught the same curriculum multiple times, or get stuff left out. And honestly, I'm afraid to talk to him about it.

You know you're a Sanderfan when your English teachers defines sarcasm as "the distance between my intention and your understanding... a sarCHASM," and you look up and immediately think of chasmfiends. And how you drew them on your homework...

My English teacher has things all around his room in relation to the second World War. It is especially painful for me, at this time, because I went to the Dachau concentration camp over the summer, and it was very emotionally overwhelming. I can't even talk about it, and it was extremely hard for me to get over thinking about it. It took hours. Luckily, that is not the only thing I did over the summer.

I have dreams that I cannot distinguish from reality. Sometimes, I tell my mom about a dream I had, and she gives me a funny look and told me that it really happened.

Mostly, it was directed to some kid who thought it was just his grade in the class. I still thought the comment was mildly offensive, partly because I knew some of the people in that class, and it IS an Honors class, after all.

Sometimes I really don't know how tall I am. Technically, I am 5'3, but sometimes my perspective is different, so I feel shorter or taller at some times, compared to the same people, maybe half an hour apart? I don't know.

A grade or two older. Although the teacher made a really inappropriate comment along the lines of "does that make you feel smart or dumb," which is really NOT something a teacher should say to their students. Just saying.

I actually did panic, because I saw a person with a Stormlight Archive shirt, and it hit me in the face. I was just like Oh my GOSH, there is a Sanderfan in this classroom!!! I could not stop thinking about it for hours, partly because I never see someone with one of those shirts. But I had to focus, so that wasn't the greatest.

I get severe pain in my wrists, I don't know if that counts. Sorry though, that sounds really painful. Autocorrect is still my arch nemesis. I try to spell spren. What comes up is spleen. I mean, this is a fansite, for heaven's sake! And it just came up with fanzine in the stead of Fansite. This is my frustration. And my math teacher doesn't seem to get that although I may be one of the youngest people in my class, that does not mean I am a five year old. I mean, she told us to "be nice and share our calculators" in the most annoying baby voice I have ever heard. Let's just say that was not my best day ever.

I'm glad that I actually have some idea of what a whitespine is supposed to look like now... the first time I read WoR, I couldn't think of anything other than a blob that looked sort of like a pathetic porcupine.

From what I can tell, the seniors are no more mature than 6th graders, it's just a different sense of the word. My foot got stomped on so many times by some guy who was jumping up and down on the bleachers. Too hyped, I guess. There is such a thing as too much school spirit. Edit: Thanks for the advice. It helps a lot.

My mom has to ban me from all Sanderson books in order for me to get my homework done...

Went in for a high school orientation to help get us newbies ready to go to a new school. It didn't help in the very least. All the "helping" done was bragging about how this school is the best in the entire country (well, 2nd or 3rd or SOMETHING) and sports and blah blah blah. I am not a sports person, and I still felt very lost today. The actual first day is tomorrow, so I hope I don't die.

Yes! Just yes. And the weather fluctuates enough here that my temperature-sensitive body needs some stability... so saying my refrigerator of a room. I also have a habit of forgetting what I was going to say. I am pulling a blank right now.

I had a dream the other night that I freeze dried my rabbit, which was horrific. Terrible destruction to freeze dry rabbits! anyway, we had to bring her back to life and stuff, one of the worst nightmares I have ever had.

Gasp! Calamity?! that would be cool/scary. Like both. You know you're a sanderfan when others consider you insane because you mutter to yourself about SA because nobody else will listen! Which is why the Shard is here. Yay.

This actually describes my situation exactly. I am stressing out a lot! I have found that there is a depression in my ribcage on my left side, which makes it hard to breathe in without pain. And I have not slept well the entire summer, so goodbye (or not) to sleeping well for the next nine months!

I think that would be rather gruesome. Eurgh. Don't want to be around to see them get gored.

I think I have been dreading school for at least a week now. I have had dreams where I was running from my math teacher, my biology teacher told us we were dissecting frogs AGAIN, and I had 450 pages or so of math homework. Yikes! Guess I'm not ready yet...
