Well, silver immediately suggests shades or Elantrians' silvery hair and skin; many-to-few suggests, let's see, Rashek's Ascension, the Recreance (as mentioned), the Reod, and maybe the Manywar; and 'desolate' suggests the Desolations. Any hits?

If the metals are either absorbed into your body or oxidized/chemically bonded to whatever's in your stomach, they would eventually return to the planet. When you excrete them or die and decompose.

I'm fairly sure Harmony won't want stasis, that's Preservation. Although when you think about it, Harmony is kind of a weird name - from the melding of Intents and a dose of human perspective, I'd have called the combination Growth (or possibly Creation, but that's too close to unbroken Adonalsium, or Investiture being called the power of creation; it'd get confusing).
