  1. Compilation of all so far: Not: Szeth, Dalinar, Elhokar, Vasher, Shallan, any Herald, Silence Montane, or Zo. Hints: The first two things are more mundane than they seem. It is not the light that brings fear, but the truth it reveals. And the pact was only half fulfilled. The pact is more important than what marks it. The blood is quite literal. The second thing is just black ink, the half fufilled pact is more important. Actually, all four things are more mundane than you think. The speaker is from Roshar. This boast was meant to be misleading, so look be careful with people who seem to fit very well without some alternative interpretation.
  2. When you decide that the only way the lyric "Even the sun sets in Paradise" means "even in Paradise, the sun sets" and not "in Paradise, even the sun sets" is if he's singing in High Imperial.
  3. Can't pierce my, can't pierce my, no you can't pierce my coppercloud...
  4. Aww, thanks!
  5. No but I want them all on Roshar. Nate is probably a Bondsmith or a Windrunner, and Eliot maybe a Stoneward/Willshaper/Dustbringer/IDEK. Hardison... I don't know. Fabrial scientist?
  6. Leverage. Because Sophie is a Lightweaver and Parker is an Edgedancer. The others I'm not sure about (need more data, dammit!).
  7. I think you mean the Thaylen Passions?
  8. "(I Know You're Lying 'Cause Your) Lips Are Moving" for Sadeas and/or Amaram. And possibly Adolin, in a lighter spirit.
  9. Curiosity's got it!
  10. Fun, but no. The name, while not originally from the Cosmere, would fit in one of its cultures...
  11. Nope. (And as I haven't read WoT, I have no comment.)
  12. No, but closer. The "we" is important.
  13. From memory: Aharietiam.
  14. No to both. This depends heavily on the context of the quote. (No I'm not just plugging a favorite game series, why do you ask?)
  15. I tried to write one of these... it sucked. If anyone has one they want to post, go ahead!
  16. Galladon.
  17. It helps that my church does that too, so I knew instantly what the clue meant, and there aren't really many options after that. "My God, Sirrus. Did we really kill so many?"
  18. On the topic of acronyms: SA on my watch is Saturday, not Stormlight Archive. Good luck convincing my brain. I've had this watch how long?
  19. Accidentally? I am offend.
  20. I would like to point out that we only see Jasnah Soulcast into the three Essences that match her gemstones - and each time she does, the corresponding gemstone goes dark. She could be doing this deliberately to maintain the illusion of the fabrial, but it bears noting. Do we know the gem Shallan uses to turn the goblet to blood?
  21. No, no, no. It's like this:
