What do you call a cow with only two legs?

Just to be clear, is this a person, or a situation? Miles Hundredlives?

I find puns terribly corny. They aren't too pleasing to the ear. However, they're my field of expertise.

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)
Curiosity replied to killersquirrel59's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
You are given a tiny fairy that will yell at you the minute you say anything that could be interpreted as remotely intolerant to any group (religious, ethnic, cultural, etc.) and gives you bland sounding words to use instead. Have fun with your Political Corrector! I wish for an eidetic memory. -
How Many Sharders Have Signed Copies of Books?
Curiosity replied to Elithanathile's topic in General Brandon Discussion
I have no physical copies of Brandon's books except for The Emperor's Soul, which is not signed. Yet... -
Having a Bad Day? Stop here for a Good Rant!
Curiosity replied to traceria's topic in General Discussion
I have come to the conclusion that sorrow flows from the chasm between how the world is and how it ought to be. -
For context here: I'm a Bible-believing Christian, perhaps what some would call a fundamentalist, though I'm currently unsure exactly how that term is perceived. I'm personally with Orlion here. There is a wide swath of beliefs that call themselves "Christian" with huge differences. Mormons, for example, believe in a very different interpretation of the Bible, and therefore a very different God than, say Catholics or Lutherans. All three groups call themselves Christian. There are New-Agey Christians, Pentacostal Christians, and Reformed Christians, all of whose beliefs I diverge from on differing levels. Some of the different beliefs I consider different enough that I don't consider to be the same religion; some I believe trust in the same God and any differences we have are minor. (One interesting thing to note: In Mexico (as far as my experience has extended), they distinguish between "Christiana" and "Catolica" churches, indicating a further split between perception of the two belief systems.) I do recognize that Islam, Buddhism, and other religious categories have similar splits, but I did want to note that just because someone calls themselves "Christian" doesn't mean that I'm going to automatically agree with their general worldview. Twi and Unknowingly, I'm curious as to what you see as the biggest differences between Catholicism and Protestantism. When I have asked this question in the past, I've received a fascinating variety of answers.

There's Investiture in everything in the Cosmere. Everything is alive and sentient to a certain extent (See Stick)*. However, only humans are sapient, that is, they have souls in the form of extra Investiture. Breath makes up a certain portion of this Investiture. I think that Drabs are still sapient, but lack a significant proportion of the Innate Investiture.

(Spoilers) Questions on the Nature of Divine Breath
Curiosity replied to Sirce Luckwielder's topic in Warbreaker
Plus, there's always the annotations, a favorite resource of mine. There's quite a bit there, but not as much in Theoryland because Brandon was holding back spoilers for Nightblood.- 5 replies

Let us suppose for a minute that you have just stepped into the Well of Artistic Acension and the power to make awesome costumes now flows through your fingers, wiping away any clumsiness previously limiting you. You also happen to be able to summon any materials needed. Given this, if you were to cosplay as anyone from Brandon's work, who would it be?

Huh, I got Assertive ISFP with this one, with knife-ege margins on the "SFP". It doesn't quite fit me, though. Their description of ISFP is way too crazy for me. I'm not that spontaneous or anxious, and I enjoy talking too much. I think that of the Sensing/Observant types, ISFJ fits best. The loyalty to and connection with a few people described is something that I definitely identify with. After reading through everything on the website, I find that I best fit INTJ still, but the biggest thing that is different is T/F. I'm pretty sure I'm at a tie between the Thinking and Feeling, since the weaknesses of the INTJ aren't simply there as much. In junior high, I definitely exhibited the traits of an INTJ. However, high school shaped me closer into INFJ, with possible deviations into INFP or INTP.

I find it interesting that most waffling on the forum is between I/E or J/P. My flippable letter is F/T. I tested as an INTJ, but the T is very weak (less than 5%).

Hey Glamdring, we're playing that the person who answers the preceding challenge gets to post the next one. I'd be happy to try to name Paul McCartney songs, but if you could work within the game, that would be appreciated.

For being proudly Aussie and princess of Newcago. You were the first person that I noticed missing from the forums, i.e., not actively posting for a week or two.

No.

Yes? I think so. 18
